Our family of 8 adults and 2 babies had the absolute best vacation. We always love wild dunes, but as our family grows it gets harder to find the right spaces. This home was perfect. Spacious, great seating, new appliances, comfortable beds, and excellent proximity to the pool and beach. A definite repeat!!

Wild Dunes is a wonderful resort and this home was just perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the layout. The location is perfect and so close to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Wild Dunes. The house was great, conveniently located, and worked really well for our family. Literally the only thing I would mention is that we tried to work the ice maker for two days and finally gave up and had to buy ice.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home close to the beach, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, lots of space to spread out, great kitchen (bring your own crockpot & extra dish towels), outdoor shower with warm water was a huge bonus, very clean home. Highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to IOP. We txtd with maintenance 1 time re garbage disposal and they were very responsive guiding us thru resetting the 2 button unique setup at this houseOnly recommendation for property mgmt company was the nearby community pool water appeared unclean. Water was cloudy vs clear. We spent most of our time at the beach so not a big issue for us.

My family of six and my brothers family of 4 comfortably fit and enjoyed this house for. 5 night stay. House was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Steps away from the beach. It was perfect!

The house itself was nice. Some things are a little rundown/outdated and need fixing. The "beach items" it states they provide, are left over items from other visitors. Nothing of real substance. Not enough towels for the 5 people who stayed, no kitchen towels, and very miscellaneous utensils. Overall, still a good house. Cleaning service needs to update their checklist.

The location is great and we love staying inside Wild Dunes Resort. The beach and pool are very close to the property and with a two month old it was very convenient. The property needs to be better maintained and bug treated. We found large roaches through out the house and contacted the management company. They were quick to respond and sprayed the next morning but that problem is not going to be solved overnight. We also had a big issue with mosquitos out front. Anytime we went to get in our vehicles we were swarmed by them. It was literally a race to get into the car so they didn’t get in with us. Overall enjoyed our stay but for that price point it definitely could have been better.

The home's exterior could use pressure washing and repairs, as it looked tired. The wood on the screen porch was filthy and could have been at least wiped down if not washed. The interior was clean enough and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the living area was cozy. It's a lovely home but needs a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay and liked the home. The rental agency was responsive and very helpful. We rented both bikes and an umbrella and beach chairs, which was a nice service that we enjoyed.

We loved our stay at 11 pelican bay , island reality was very attentive to our needs, the clothes dryer stopped working, it was replaced the next day, looking forward to staying there again next year !!

We notified Island Realty as well as the insurance company. The insurance company is refusing to pay our claim, leaving us out thousands of dollars. I will not be booking any other vacations through island realty or their bogus insurance companies. Total scam.

This was a super cute house, very clean, and super close to the beach for a girls weekend! Back deck is great for coffee in the morning. High recommend for a vacay to Wild Dunes.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Pelican Bay 11. The house is clean and inviting. Our favorite was the screened in porch and the front porch swing! The beach and pool are a short easy walk! We rented bikes and rode around to the restaurants and other locations within Wild Dunes. I highly recommend doing this (we did the tandems with our younger kids)! We would definitely stay again at this beautiful beach house!
