The place was clean, well located as advertised. A lot of friends got together and were looking to socialize. The living area and kitchen were very well laid out and spacious and server our purpose very well.

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy’s place. The house is well maintained, comfortable, and spacious. Nancy makes sure you have everything you need. A 2 block walk to the main road with great shops, restaurants, and access to the lake. A great place to stay at Bolton Landing.

The house location is perfect- literally a 5 -10 minute casual stroll to the heart of Bolton Landing. House itself was so roomy & comfortable & is appointed with anything & everything you could possibly need. Nancy had thought of everything & is an Amazing host. We hope to return yearly

Nancy was very kind and attentive. The property was very close to town. We walked to the beach and local spots. Beds were comfortable and the yard was great for the kids. I would highly recommend staying here!

She was responsive to our needs and we were surprised to find refrigerator stocked with breakfast food to get us started. Also plenty of condiments supplied. Morning coffee on the porch was a highlight. Great bbq grill with cooking utensils. We did campfires in the evenings with fire wood and starter provided. Stargazing on back lawn was also a treat. Perfect location - just a short walk to everything. It was a comfortable and easy vacation for our family. Can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a great time in Bolton Landing! The house was roomy & clean, and came very much as advertised (or better!). We enjoyed a few nights outside on the porch with the fire pit. Very, very short walk to downtown and Bolton Landing is a short drive to a lot of great places. Best of all, Nancy was a very gracious host and the communication with her was excellent. She checked up on us a few times, which was very appreciated. We'd gladly stay here again if we come back to the area!

I came here with the family for a long weekend getaway. The house was perfect for our needs, as it was spacious, close to all Bolton Landing had to offer, and was well-stocked. Nancy was easy to get in touch with, and greeted us upon arrival. She offered valuable tips on things to do, and made us feel welcome the whole trip. We will definitely call her again the next time we visit Bolton Landing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nancys home! It was so comfortable and clean! The pictures don't even do it justice! Its even more beautiful in real life and much bigger than it looks in the photos! It was so nice to stay there during this weird time due to the coronavirus. We were very nervous about going away but I'm so happy we did! Nancy is a wonderful host. Very helpful and provided everything we needed for a vacation at the Lake. My family had the best time sitting around the fire pit, cooking out and walking in to the Village of Bolton Landing.

We were looking for a 4BR house in Bolton Landing for a group of friends that get together every Labor Day weekend to enjoy the last gasp of summer. I was lucky to find any 4 BR House, but even luckier to find the PERFECT house for our group. The Owner Nancy responded right away to a question I had, and based on that I booked it. The house is within 2 blocks of every restaurant, shop, bar, and the Sagamore Road. Once we got there on Friday, our cars never moved again. Nancy was there to greet us, which was a nice touch. She gave us a quick tour, mentioned that she has a full propane tank for the gas grill, and had pre-built a fire in the firepit so all we had to do was light it. Very nice touches! The house itself was well-furnished and very comfortable. Everything was spotless. For me personally, the shower in the upstairs bathroom had a very high shower head (at 6'2" I didn't have to bend down to get under the shower head), and great water pressure, two pet peeves of mine. Honestly, we could not have been happier. We had a great weekend, and cannot wait to come back. Nancy is great to work with and super-nice. I give this home 5-stars across the board!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bolton landing. Nancy did a wonderful job preparing the house and communicating with us prior to our arrival. Everything within the house was clean and charming, and we absolutely loved using the fire pit outside at night. Also, just a quick 3-5 minute walk from restaurants and shops which was SO convenient. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great rental. It is in a quiet neighborhood which is in walking distance to downtown Bolton Landing. It is just a short car ride to downtown Lake George. The house is very spacious and well kept. We were four adults and three teenagers and never felt crowded. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with all your basic cooking needs. The entire house has a ready to move in feel, which makes it very relaxing. There is a great grilling area and fire pit on the side of the house. Overall an outstanding rental experience.

Nancy is an amazing host, and this is a wonderful house: modern kitchen, tastefully decorated, nice furniture and TV. The house had everything we needed, including some basic grocery items when we checked in, all kitchen necessities, and even beach towels. The house also has a great BBQ area with an outdoor fire pit - perfect for cool evenings. The location is very central too, about a half mile walk from either the beach, marina, or Sagamore island. It's just a few blocks from restaurants, bars, and coffee. Overall Bolton Landing is more quaint and less busy than Lake George itself, so a better place to stay than in the town of Lake George. If we visit Lake George again next year this house will be at the top of our list.

This was our first time to Lake George and we had the best time! This home was perfect for our family with 4 teens. It was beautifully decorated, clean, stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and beach! Nancy thought of everything and was readily available if needed. The home was located just 2 blocks from the town of Bolton which made it easy to walk to. We truly had the best time and having this home to return to each day was perfect!
