Beautiful View!
I will preface this by saying, this house and the views are GORGEOUS. The house is located about a mile from a adorable little plaza with a few restaurants and ice cream shops. Its only a few moment drive to Bell Rock, and about 10 mins from downtown Sedona. The views, modern amenities and prime location make this a wonderful vacation rental and we would absolutely stay here again so my next comments are only intended as constructive feedback for the owner. The kitchen lacked a few necessities. For example there is a standard coffee maker (not a Keurig) which is preferred for us, but no coffee grinder for beans nor correct coffee filters. Also wish there had been basic ketchup/mustard/ziplock bags etc.
The host was very nice, but he called and texted multiple times requesting to give us a tour of the home. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and I understand an initial phone call saying "if you need anything let us know" but I did find it off putting to receive multiple requests. Some guests like the full white glove experience and others just want to be on their own (we are the latter).

Beautiful home with gorgeous surroundings
This is a very nice modern home that is fully stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Close to amazing hikes and can even take a hike right off the property. Owner was extremely helpful with check in and was truly concerned that we had a good experience. Highly recommend Sedona and this home!

Great Break
This is a fantastically equipped property that is basically brand new. My wife, 2 daughters and I spent spring break here and loved the place! Lance was always a phone call away if needed and was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home in a perfect location
We were 3 couples visiting Sedona for the very first time and this rental met our needs in every way. We wanted a house with gathering area to end the day after hiking and sightseeing. The open floor plan was perfect for our group. We also utilized the deck for wine drinking and star gazing This rental was better in person than the pictures on-line.
Lance was an attentive and accommodating host. We were not sure whether to stay in downtown Sedona or in the village of Oak Creek but was glad we decided to stay here. There were less traffic congestion in this area and the house was very close to the trails we wanted to hike. It was also easy to run to the nearby Supermarket and restaurants.
There were a few minor electrical issues that we informed Lance and he was appreciative of us letting him know. We would stay here again when we come back out here which we would love to do again.

Wonderful place to stay for Sedona
The home is beautiful & comfortable in many ways - nice view, furnishings, beds and patios. The place is very clean and the kitchen well appointed and stocked to cook meals (fairly new grill on the back patio). It is about a 15 minute drive to Sedona where there are a number of restaurants to choose from. The Mariposa restaurant is quite an experience if you can get a reservation. In addition to food, the hiking trails are abundant, and the Grand Canyon is only 2 hours away. Our host Lance was easily available and helpful. Did I mention a TV in every bedroom and the family room. We had a great time!

Quiet, Relaxing Location!
During our few days, we found the location very quiet and convenient to town. Lance was very communicative and helpful! I highly suggest this home if you are wanting to get away from the crowds yet have a comfortable place to wind down. The bedrooms are set up well for a group of 4 ( two couples).

Sedona Family trip
We selected Lance’s property as an alternative to hotels in the area...pricing, space, convenience. Great location, beautiful modern and well stocked home (ie., kitchen tools, cook and drink ware, tons of towels, etc.) Lance was very responsive and communicative. Brochures on the area were at the house and Lance had a lot of suggestions. No issues whatsoever. We enjoyed our time there. We would choose this property again for future visits to Sedona.

Lovely stay in Sedona
Our expectations of the house based on the photos and description were exceeded. The house is very roomy, bright, and open, the master bedroom is large, and the two guest rooms are in the opposite side of the house, giving everyone privacy. The master bed was comfortable and although we never ventured to try the steam shower, the luxurious shower in the master bathroom was great. There were sufficient dishes and cookware to make meals - and plenty of wine glasses! The outdoor patio was our favorite spot to watch the sun rise and sunset. The vacant lot with shrubs and trees behind the house added privacy, and we loved hearing all the birds in the morning. Being in Oak Creek Village this house is away from the congested center of Sedona, but an easy drive to everything. The house is close to the Bell Rock, Courthouse, Cathedral Rock, and Chapel of the Holy Cross areas which offer plenty of great hiking options.

Modern, Clean, and Relaxin
This home is beautiful! Modern with technology, appliances, and super clean. This home is well taken care of and there is no dirt leftover from previous visitors. Mattresses are quality and comfortable. The owner is very hospitable. Overall one of the best home rentals I’ve ever stayed at.

Awesome Place!
This house was all that it was cracked up to be and then some. The views were amazing and as many others have referenced, the house was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. We loved the modern decor and the open space of the kitchen and living area made it a great place to congregate. Lance was very thorough in helping us to get familiar with our surroundings and was quick to respond with any questions that we had. He even had a surprise beverage stocked in the fridge for us when we arrived. We love Sedona and would highly recommend this property.

Quiet spot with great views
We visited early March with 2 older kids. This place is very clean and modern. Outside of Sedona a bit but we enjoyed walking in the quiet, friendly neighborhood. The view is as shown in the pictures - beautiful both in the morning as the sun comes up and during the day as the clouds pass over. The kitchen is well stocked - even had some spices & drinks available which was a nice touch! This place was perfect for us - give the kids their own space if they wanted it but also allowed us to be together in the large living room/kitchen combo in the evenings to play games or watch TV. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely House with a Wonderful View
The house was very well appointed and with a gorgeous view of Castle Rock and Bell Rock. The house is on the periphery of Oak Creek, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Lance made the check in/check out process very easy and was an excellent host.
On the morning we checked out we saw a family of javelinas pass through the yard. It's convenient to get to the shops and restaurants in Oak Creek Village and into Sedona. The steam shower was a luxurious treat!
We would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed this contemporary & comfortable home!
Lance's home is new, clean, contemporary and comfortable. We absolutely love the great room floor plan and all the wonderful, tasteful décor throughout. The vast amount of window space is perfect for views, views and views and albeit it a bit cold out at night, we would have loved to have sat outside on the back deck space which is well lit and has great outside furniture. We will most certainly stay at this amazing home again! Far better than anything else we've found in Sedona within this price point.

Amazing place and a great host!

Visited during Christmas week with 3 kids.
Super clean from hardwood floor to all of 3 rooms and bathroom.
Stacked Kitchen. Only had to buy foods to eat.
Almost looking like new utensils and dishes.
2 pots/ 2 pan but maybe a couple of more big size pan would be great for large family.
We enjoyed steam shower tremendously, used it almost every night.
Manager, Mr. KATO, asked us favorite drinks on the phone and he was kind to have it available in the refrigerator when we arrived.
It is located 10 min drive south of downtown of Sedona, but it is in the very quiet neighborhood and Clark market which sells lots of organic foods located in about a mile away.
Stayed 6 nights and definitely hope to come back next time we come to Sedona.

Upscale, comfortable home with fantastic views
Our family had a wonderful vacation week in this upscale, new construction house. The design is sleek and comfortable with ample sofas and chairs positioned to provide breath taking views of Sedona's famous mountains. Clark's market is three minutes from the house with lots of organic produce and a huge wine selection. We cooked several dinners in this well equipped modern kitchen, as well as all breakfasts/lunches. The master bed room is spacious with a sofa and two chairs facing picture windows framing the mountains and a door to the patio. The master has a deep tub as well as a steam shower. The owners paid a great deal of attention to details, like the super soft and comfy bed linens, and art pieces. Ditto the other bedrooms, and one other has a door to the patio.
The location is perfect. It is close to the iconic mountains with hiking trails within 5 minutes drive. The Village of Oak Creek has its own town center with great restaurants and shopping, and downtown Sedona is only about a 15 minute drive. From inside you feel like you are in the wilderness, but actually there are homes and a village nearby.
Lance was very accessible, helpful and friendly. We were there during Thanksgiving week and he made suggestions for Thanksgiving dinner restaurants. When we left, he called the Highway Patrol to check on road closures because of a snowstorm.
During our week we had perfect hiking weather in the 50's and then a day of gorgeous snow. Coming from Florida, this was perfect for us! Our adult children (ages 27 & 30 ) said this was one of the best family vacations ever! Good internet, Direct TV, netflix, Hulu and more. It is a wonderfully comfortable yet sophisticated house that worked well for all of us. There are so many activities and places within 20 minutes, like Page Springs Vineyards & Cellars (tours & wine tasting), V Bar V Heritage Site, Montezuma's Castle Nat'l Monument & Well, Wisdom Jeep Tours (I recommend the Vortex tour), and plenty of psychics and healers, and many others, so you can stay near the house or travel to the Grand Canyon and environs. We plan to return! I highly recommend this home!

Phenomenal Rental
We stayed here this weekend while we were getting married in Sedona. The pictures of this property are gorgeous, but this house is even more amazing in person! It’s breathtakingly beautiful, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. The furniture, beds and even towels were luxurious! The space was bright and open, with a beautiful view of the red rocks, making it an ideal place for wedding pictures! The owner was great with communication and made sure we knew how to use everything in the house and was always available for questions. STAY HERE! You will not be disappointed!

Beyond Expectations!
Wow! We couldn't have made a better choice. This new modern style home was , clean, spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable and had all the amenities including a quality grill and built in wine refrigerator . We love to cook and didn't have to bring a thing except the groceries which we were able to pick up at the highly acclaimed Clark's Market close by, another plus! We loved the open feel and the views of the red rock especially as the sun was setting.
This place was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway for two or memories with family and friends.
The owners were really easy going and helpful with questions and recommendations.
We can't wait to come back. This place will be definitely be a regular for us.

Best Sedona house & really nice owners!!
This home is brand new with a comfortable modern style, tastefully decorated and has so many great amenities. We enjoyed the beautiful red rock views at sunset and barbecuing on the rear deck where we relaxed with family. The kitchen was fully-equipped & the living area had lots of places to relax and gather. My husband loved that the house came with Wi-Fi, Direct TV, Netflix and DVD players in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, the master had a steam bath shower, there was a laundry room and so much more!! We loved our stay and can't wait to stay here again next time we visit Sedona !!

Wonderful new modern designer house with view! We loved it!
My family was coming to Sedona from Canada and we stayed in this brand new designer house. We loved the design and now have ideas for our own house renovation. It was spotless, and the owner was great to deal with. We liked the big garage to keep the cars cool and the outside sitting area with a great view right off the kitchen. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms super LUX esp. the steam shower. Big enough for the entire family to gather. We will be back!

From great red rock views (especially near sunset) to the relaxation and barbecue area on the rear deck, this house has it all. It's brand new with a super sleek modern look, yet comfy like home--- fully-equipped kitchen, steam bath in master shower, lots of places to relax and chat in the living area, DirecTV, Netflix and DVD players in living room and all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, laundry room, comfortable beds, well-appointed decor, and more.
Also, the owners are super nice and easy to communicate with. They even asked what my favorite beverage is and left some in the frig prior to my arrival. They really made me feel right at home !
I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Sedona !!
