Plenty of places to sleep, could use a deep cleaning. This was the first rental I have ever got with No dish soap for the sink or dishwasher soap. No kitchen towels. No detergent for the washer for even 1 load.

I would give 5⭐️However there was not a BBQ pit as shown in pics, we had to purchase a small one after seeing the small Smokey. Best location & feet from the beach. Sunrise & sunsets were stunning. Pretty spacious & looks just like the pics. Not the most modern but perfect for family. It would’ve been nice to have the beds made as well for a more warm welcome. 2 fridges were nice but only 1 cools well. Overall property was as listed.

Fun family getaway for spring break! House was comfortable for 4 adults and 7 children! Great location... had a small hiccup with the internet, but the owners were very attentive and worked during their vacation to get it up and running! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Tvs did not work. Shower master had a whole that is opening up on the patched are. Dishwasher was nasty. Not enough towels. No extra blankets. Big water bugs in the house. Needs a good paint job and needs updates. 2nd refrigerator does not work well. Hard to get key out of door it gets stuck. But location was great.

We experienced everything the renter stated on June 4th and more. The location is prime, the a/c blew cold, the kitchen table is a great gathering place, the wainscoting is truly eye catching and the outdoor shower were the great parts of the stay. This place does not sleep 19. The two cots in the closet were broken and smelled. The room with two twin beds is actually one twin bed and one bed that is about 2/3 the size of a twin bed. Bring your own towels and sheets as we had very thin/cheep towels for about 10 people, not enough sheets for all the beds and the beds that did have sheets were the wrong size. Not enough pillows for the beds. Some bedroom windows do not have curtains. The oven burned everything and though the first floor filled with smoke, the smoke detector did not go off. I did report the following safety concerns - the deck railing upstairs is detached in the corner and the railing on the bottom floor is wiggly; the back door is busted. Several area of flooring that are soft and some showing the corrosion. The place was not clean - thick dust and dirt on the refrigerators and we swept up quite a bit of upon arrival then cleaned the bathrooms and counter tops. We opted not to use the dishwasher as it smelled and had dead bugs in it. The dust ruffles are filthy and the bedspreads are not washed between renters. Lastly, as we cleaned up to leave we slid the couches out to look for stray toys and found dog food, dead bugs, dog hair and dirt. Truly broke our hearts as this was our first VRBO experience. We did relay out concerns to the office and the lady took many notes. She also asked me to email the issues to the company and the owner. I did this two days ago and have not had a response. Praying this property gets fixed as it has such potential. We provided many pictures to the management group.

If all you’re looking for is a great location this house is perfect. Just steps from the beach and has a restaurant right across the street. Other than that, not much else positive to say. The beds weren’t made upon arrival and the king and queen sheets they provided didn’t fit the beds. The disposal didn’t work in the kitchen sink and the dishes were rusty and old. Only 2 burners worked on the stove and the oven temperature was not accurate. It burnt everything we cooked. The deck was falling apart and definitely a safety hazard. House really needs some renovations done. Hardly any towels were provided and one roll of toilet paper per restroom. Had a problem with the house key not working and had to contact management twice about it. Outlets in some of the bedrooms didn’t work and the worst part was the water was cloudy!! Felt so gross to shower and brush our teeth. Cockroaches were also an issue. Spent a lot of money to stay here Memorial weekend, had a great time but wished we had stayed elsewhere.

We rented the property for a weekend getaway and the location and home were PERFECT! The home was steps from the beach and across the street from a bar/restaurant. Everything was really accessible! The property management was friendly and very helpful! We’re looking forward to our next stay

House is large, but does smell like mildew. Definitely needs some better upkeep. Probably not safe for younger kids as the main deck rails are nearly rotted completely and a huge fall risk with little ones. Managment is not very organized. Very close to beach and great bar and resturant.
