The lake house was the perfect place for our family. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed and served us well when we had our cooking competition…which my team obviously won!!!
The wood fire pizza oven was also a hit.

We loved this home, and its beautiful landscaping, charming pool, and gorgeous porch. The location on the quiet cove was very nice, and was a respite from the rowdier parts of the lake.
The communication with the owner was very good, and all of our questions were answered promptly.
We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the area.

We brought our young adult group (along with some older adults and my 2 year old!) we had a great time! It was great for everyone! Great cove! The pool was perfect for my little boy and the younger boys loved the downstairs playground- complete with a huge TV, poker and ping-pong! Plenty of space for us all! Would highly recommend!

WOW this house had everything I could think of. Thanks for having the perfect home on Lake Oconee in a quiet cove for our family vacation. We had 3 generations here and had a blast. The ping pong table, poker table, the paddleboards were all so kind of the owners to have to make it even more fun.

Our extended family spent a memorable Memorial Day weekend at Lee’s property. He was a gracious and responsive host who worked quickly with us to answer questions and problem-solve. The house easily accommodated three couples and four kids under the age of four. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Pool and deck and dock are fantastic!

This was our second stay at Lee’s lovely lake home. The home fits our family well (three generations ages 1 to 68) and there’s so much to do! We especially enjoyed the pool, fishing from the dock and paddling around the cove in the canoe and on the paddle boards.

We were at Lake Oconee for a wedding in Greensboro. This home was large enough for our extended family and for everyone to have their own bed. We were able to hang out at the pool the day after the wedding and relax. We had everything we needed and it was an easy drive to Greensboro, and the Publix. Highly recommend this home.

This home with its quiet setting and many extras made for a super fun weekend for our 3-generational family.
What made our stay fabulous:
- The amenities/extras! This was our 5th rental at Lake Oconee and the first time an owner generously shared a canoe, paddle-boards, and fishing rods. It really made the difference in our ability to fully enjoy the lake. And because the home is in a quiet cove, we didn’t have to worry about boat traffic.
Other things that made our stay enjoyable:
- The pool!
- A dining table for 12
- Relaxing around the gas fire pit at night
- Watching the Dawgs on the big screen
- Playing ping-pong
- The screened porch
- Comfy beds
- The well stocked kitchen
One miss:
- The pool was not functioning properly when we checked in but Lee worked with us and his pool service to resolve the issue quickly.

Great place and beautiful setting. Much of what we would say has been well documented in terms of the house, sleeping arrangements and amenities - its all great! We used the pickleball courts down the street every night and never saw anyone else there! We also used the paddle boards and rafts and other pool and lake toys which was very nice and handy to have available. All in all a great stay with tons of different seating areas to read and enjoy the quiet setting! Thanks Lee - great stuff you have there!

We absolutely love to staying here! We went with some friends and our kids, everything was so clean and nice. The house is very up-to-date with so many amazing features. The house was truly perfect for our family weekend!! It was so amazing to share memories with family and this home! We hung by the pool, played ping pong + corn hole, made s’mores at the Bon fire and drank our coffee by the gas fireplace! It was the perfect accommodation for a wide age range. People could relax or do all the lake activities!

One of the best VRBO experiences we've had. So many dimensions to Lee's place that make the stay amazing. Lee is a gracious host and very responsive. House is in secluded neighborhood with a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Many high points including pool, dock with paddleboards and canoe, fire pit, multiple bbq options (Weber and Traeger), outdoor fridge and ice machine for when at pool, basement entertainment area with bar and ping pong room, fishing equipment, etc. Our group had a fantastic trip!

This is our second time renting this home. It is one of the best stocked properties I have been to. Plenty of kitchen dishes, appliances,
paper supplies, etc. Also a treasure trove of pool toys, life jackets, paddle boards and canoe. The owner was great with communication as there was a problem with the pool cover and he sent someone over right away. Great vacation for our family.

Excellent home that provided our group of family and friends with a perfect stay in a quiet cove on the best side of the lake. The house had absolutely everything we needed inside and out. The backyard is excellent for entertaining around the pool, firepit, outdoor kitchen and the dock. We had enough room for both of our 19ft boats at the dock as well. I will be booking this home again next year. Host was readily available and checked on us but we literally needed nothing from him except where to buy cheaper gas. (July lake price was 6.90/gal) This was the perfect place for us.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple of normal rental things happen but the owner was very responsive to our messages. The layout of our house was perfect for our group and the views were beautiful. The kitchen is really well stocked for cooking (more than most rentals), which we very much appreciated. We had a great time during our stay. We had some hiccups due to weather but the property owner was on top of everything. Communication was excellent! The house is a lot of fun. We enjoyed playing ping pong , eating meals on the patio and the paddle boards.

This year is our third year renting this amazing property. Each year we are always surprised by the improvements and additions that the owner has made to make this property unforgettable. This was our second stay here and the renovations are beautiful! Loved the small pool and outdoor areas and expansive deck. Owner is incredibly responsive and even came to pressure wash the pool deck during our stay due to bad storms. Very fun week!

We had a great family trip at the house. My four year loved being able to fish off the dock and swim in the pool. The house was well stocked and clean. I highly recommend it!
