Seaside charm where the ocean is your front yard!
Nuestra casa se encuentra justo en el paseo marítimo de la playa de Oregon y tiene amplias vistas panorámicas del océano fuera cinco grandes ventanales en la parte delantera de la casa. Disfrute de la observación de ballenas, los surfistas y los turistas que caminan por la Prom. En mayo de 2017 realizamos algunas remodelaciones importantes en el exterior de la casa aplicando una mancha alemana al ladrillo, así como muchas otras mejoras que pensamos que harían su estancia más agradable.
En mayo de 2016 se remodeló la planta superior de la casa para dar cabida a un concepto más abierto y convertirlo en un ambiente agradable para los niños. Con sillas de puff para ver películas y una televisión de alta definición de 50 "con un reproductor de DVD, los niños tendrán una pelota. También hicimos algunas modificaciones importantes a la "cueva del hombre" y el cuarto de servicio. En la "Cueva" hay una "televisión de alta definición 50 con cable y una bonita chimenea de gas caliente para que los amantes del deporte pueden disfrutar de sus juegos en un retro-bar y luego tomar una siesta. También hay una mesa de futbolín. Y hay reproductores de DVD en cada planta para que pueda ver películas, así como un par de reproductores de VHS para películas antiguas hayan traído. La casa también está cableada, en todo el interior y también en la cubierta, para que pueda disfrutar de su música grabada en el piso superior, el piso principal y afuera en la terraza.
La cocina, que fue remodelada recientemente, tiene asientos en la mesa para al menos 10-12 para esas reuniones familiares o grupos más grandes. También proporcionamos una silla alta para los más pequeños. Sé que hemos construido algunos recuerdos maravillosos mientras se está sentado y comiendo.

Great place to stay and enjoy all the area’s natural beauty! We had plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the short walk to the beach, sound of crashing waves by which to fall asleep, and the quaint downtown to explore. Plenty of fun for all ages!

I was hesitant to leave such a good review. Only because we want to rent this property again and don’t want any competition! The location was perfect, the space was perfect, the kitchen amenities also perfect. The beach is steps away, wonderful walking on the promenade just through the front gate, and top notch people watching from the deck. Love this property. Its location on the prom was fun for people watching, close walk to the beach, comfortable setting. The amenities provided were excellent (comfortable beds, nice furnishings, kitchen well stocked with all we needed). Would highly recommend this property.

This house was great for our group of eight. Large comfortable kitchen, huge dining table, cozy living room with gas fireplace, great yard for lawn games or just relaxing in the sun. We really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out!

Adult party of 7 & a pup. This was our 2nd time staying here and we love it. The house is as described. Large home with plenty of space right on the promenade with ocean front views. Walkable to everywhere. Safe comfortable home with plenty of parking.

The home was perfectly located to town and other attractions. Beach was awesome! Only odd thing was the basement was damp and did smell of mildew. I kept emptying the dehumidifier. We didn’t use the basement. The floors and handrails were sticky and we had to wipe them down. The bedding must have been washed in heavy bleach, very strong smell.

We enjoyed our stay at The Prom House. Seven adults stayed at the house and four others visited with us from lunch thru dinner. There was room for all of us to visit around the large table or in the living room. The beds were comfortable, ample towels were provided (including beach towels which we didnt need), the kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements and appliances. The view of the beach and sunset is wonderful. The house and patio are great for people-watching too. The bathrooms are nicely updated with heated floors. The living room is homey and comfortable with a nice gas fireplace.

We enjoyed this beautiful home on the quieter end of the Promenade. The views are great and we appreciated the easy walk to the beach. All of our sons weren't able to join us, but my nieces and children popped in and spent a night each. The home is comfortable, with plenty of beds. It was a fun house for hide and seek and the beach toys and kites added to the fun at the beach.

This place is right on the ocean front, and just a bit of a walk from the main drag. House is charming and there are just tons of beds and sleeping options throughout. It's well stocked with games and such, and is a couple blocks away from The Osprey Cafe which is a fantastic restaurant. I would totally stay here again.

Our extended family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days 3 nights at Prom House and wish we could stay longer. The house is so beautiful and attractive from the outside. The view is gorgeous from every window. The house is spacious and has everything we need that makes us feel right at home, even toothpicks!!! We loved sitting outside in the evening enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean and peacefulness away from the crowds and noises. Yhank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back.

We loved our stay at this home. It was just as advertised online. The beach is your backyard. My kids loved hunting for sand dollars when the tide went out. The Prom is right out the door, and you can walk to Seaside. There are four bedrooms, plus a large bonus room with extra beds. The kitchen was roomy and beautiful with huge windows looking over the ocean. The front garden was so cute and a perfect place to people watch. The house was clean. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, dvds, playing cards, extra blankets, pack and play and books around the home. We had eleven of us in our family staying, and there was plenty of room. Check in and check out were easy with no extra fuss. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a marvelous stay at our Prom house. 3 steps in and my 92 year old mother could easily navigate her walker around main floor and we even walked path to beach♥️My granddaughters claimed the large open bedroom upstairs and loved it. My grandson was so pleased to have his own little room. An older beach home full of charm and so cozy. Loved the large dining table which allowed all of us to dine together and play games together. We had a perfect stay.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The variety of sleeping areas worked well for our group. The location is perfect and the ocean views are amazing. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. The one suggestion I have is to repair or update the appliances. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing weekend with the beach at our front door. Made the trip to Seaside with an infant, grandparents, and dogs and the Prom House was the perfect setting for our trip. Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean were just wonderful.

Easy to work with the team of VROB team. Checking and out was so simple. Lots of room for sleeping. The beds are very comfortable. The house is clean and comfortable. Towels are greats Nice size table for many to sit around. AMAZING VIEWS FROM LOTS OF WINDOWS…Just an absolutely perfect vaca spot in Seaside.
One recommendation is to update the appliances and dishes/cookware. Needs some good wine glasses. 🍷

This place works out well for us, it great to have a place we can all be in the same house and close enough to activities to make it lots of fun. The kitchen was great for our needs, lots of things the littles loved playing with. We like being on the ocean. Plenty of room to spread out.

The views were incredible! We had such a lovely trip. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us in nice, clean, comfortable beds. We walked in to town for dinner each night. It is about 3/4 of a mile to town on the Prom. We also stayed in one night for a great dinner and then games downstairs in the fun, funky bar/man cavewith a warm gas fireplace. Communication with caretaker and owner was exceptional! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This is an unbeatable location, steps from the beach, walkable to shops and restaurants, and drivable to everything on the coast. We were very happy that our larger group all fit into one house.

Had a nice family time. Plenty of room for 6 adults, our 11 year old grandson and 4 year old grand dog! REALLY great view of the ocean from upstairs!! LOTS to see and do within walking distance both directions!

Amazing view! Beachfront on the Prom - can't be beat. We've been to Seaside several times and this was by far our favorite property. This rental was perfect for our extended family over the weekend holiday. Plenty of rooms and beds for our group of 9 people. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare a large meal around the dining table. Communication with the owner was terrific. We would highly recommend this rental!

We rented this adorable, very clean property for a family reunion/60th anniversary celebration. This 3 story home is perfect for the whole family, the kids loved the basement to play games and could be a little bit noisy while we adults visited. The kitchen was well stocked for making large meals together and the table is a great size for your family/friends to sit together for a meal or to play games or put puzzles together. Sit on the patio and watch the waves roll in, it is right across the promenade and out to the beach. We will definitely look for this house again for our next weekend getaway to Seaside.

Great pet friendly home for our all adult family. Perfect beach front home on the Promenade for easy access to everything. Small market and couple of restaurants close by and of course many more options an easy walk & less than a mile away. Lots of parking. Nice path to the beach. Great ocean views. Small cute fenced yard for your dog. Large table for gatherings & plenty of kitchen space. We didn’t use the basement but it’s a nice bonus area. Only thing that’s needed is the front area rug needs cleaned, otherwise clean home. Lots of bonus chairs, grill etc in the garage to use.
Definitely will stay here again. We all enjoyed it here. Thanks!

The Prom House is everything you need to comfortably stay in Seaside. There was lots of room to move around, cook together and have fun! We’ll equipped with everything. I gave it a 4 in cleanliness only because the rug in the living room needs shampooed - but this is a pet friendly house! Awesome front yard/patio and a short trail directly in front. It was fun being on the prom and watching the activity!
The stairs to the 2nd floor are steep, so you might want to keep the elderly on the main floor. Marci the owner is a gem. We will be back!

My family of 11 & one dog had a nice stay here in August 2022. I especially enjoyed the view from the upstairs master bedroom & kids room.
It was a short walk to the beach, which was quieter right here. 😌 loved the front of the house with the 2 long built-in benches

We had a lovely time staying at this charming, unique home right on the beach! The house was perfect for my family of four with plenty of room to stretch out. The bedrooms were cozy and you can hear the ocean while you sleep. The house was immaculately clean and check in and out was effortless. Marcie is an amazing host and quick to respond to any needs.
