The condo was very clean and the furnishings and decor were nice. Tish always answered any questions that I had and we would definitely stay here again. Big balcony with great view!

Tish was very responsive to our needs and provided detail instruction on check in and check out process. Location itself was ideal for my family. Onsite facilities and beach access/proximity was ideal. Love waking up to ocean view and sound.

We had a good vacation - our daughter lives in Ponte Vedra and we wanted to be near her family. We went to the PGA GOLF Tournament, great restaurants but missed having the afternoon sun at the pool.

Great unit, very clean and bright, lots of small conveniences were stocked in the bath, kitchen, and for beach and pool use. Super convenient location, and the host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks on Jax Beach in this property. The condo is well-equipped and furnished. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking and biking distance.

We have rented this property for the past 3 years and already booked it for next year. We like it that much 😊! The unit has been refurbished with new floors and cabinets and some furniture has been upgraded. Very comfortable beds, kitchen is well supplied with utensils. very relaxing

This is a beautiful property that has been newly renovated. The condo had everything that we needed. Tish was a great host and provided all of the information we needed. If there was a question, she answered quickly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and recharge at the beach.

Comfortable and fully appointed unit, very well maintained building, beautiful view, responsive owner - what more could you ask for?

Instructions on how to get in, were pretty easy to follow. The place was very coastal decorated and clean; the kitchen was very well equipped. And just like the pictures, it had a beautiful view of the beach. At the beginning, I had some issues with the TV, but the owner was very kind, and was very helpful to find us a solution. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would not doubt to stay there again.

The condo met our expectations. The view was lovely and so easy to get to the beach. I would highly recommend renting lounge chairs and umbrellas from the beach rental guy… it was nice to take a towel and book and a cooler and stay all day!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We have used VRBO for several vacations and this one by far exceeded all the others. First of all, we have always vacationed in the gulf except for 2 trips to Myrtle Beach. I was looking for something different this time. I was done with the crowded beaches and souvenir shops on every block. Done with the rowdy party crowds and bumper to bumper traffic anytime you wanted to go anywhere. Let me just say this location was PERFECT! It was family friendly. The beach was HUGE with plenty of room to spread out. We never felt crowded. There were lifeguards on duty daily. Traffic was not terrible to deal with at all. One thing that did surprise me was how early restaurants close. Several restaurants closed at 8:00! As far as the condo, it exceeded expectations. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and was easily accessible. This was probably the first condo we have rented that actually had all the stuff it claimed to have. It was beautiful and well maintained. The balcony area was spacious and clean and has an electric grill which works perfectly. Check in process was clearly explained in my message from Tish. We never needed to contact her for anything but I have no doubts she would have been readily available should we have needed her. The condo building was well taken care of. People we came in contact with were so friendly. The pool was small but under utilized so most of the time we had it to ourselves. We had the best time and will most definitely be back to Jacksonville Beach and Oceania!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. The interior furniture was comfortable and pretty. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of nice and plentiful dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils for the two of us. The bathrooms were pleasant and clean with lots of towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. Great views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room/kitchen. The electric grill fired up beautifully and the patio furniture was comfy and plentiful. We did not use the second bedroom/bathroom. The building elevator was quick and reliable. Streaming TV was nice but we rarely used it as the weather was spectacular. The pool/hot tub was handy but rarely used by any of the residents while we were there. Parking was plentiful. Building seemed secure and safe. The beach was easily accessed; was crowded with beach goers on the weekend but not during the week. The location was really ideal... it took us about 1 hour to go south to St. Augustine and about 1 hour to go north to Amelia Island via the ferry. We traveled on main thoroughfares to the city but not too much on expressways except to cross the St. Johns River. Because of the pandemic, we cooked and ate at the condo most of our stay. Grocery stores were plentiful. We visited the fish market located near the Ferry a couple of times where we bought fish/shrimp. We prepared the meals at the condo and the results were tasty and delightful. I highly recommend this condo for 2-4 people.

Our stay at Oceania was very nice and we throughly enjoyed it. The condominium was terrific and very nicely furnished. The beach views were also fantastic. Lots of great restaurants within easy drive. We will definitely try to schedule another visit soon.Special thanks to the owner for assistance with the television system.

This property is very nice. It is clean and well maintained. The area is very quiet but also very close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Our stay was just what we needed to relax and regroup during the Covid pandemic! Check-in was easy, the condo was very pretty, clean and well stocked, location is perfect. The pool was a great plus. Loved it. Didn’t want to leave...ever! Thank you.

The property is perfect! Huge Balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Check-in was discombobulated but eventually got worked out. The owner was very responsive before and throught the stay. Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra, and St Augustine have amazing restaurants! The beach is wide and flat, great for biking, jogging, and all water sports. Definitely coming back.
