What a great condo in a lovely neighborhood. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the area, especially since we had our dog. It’s very close to a greespace so it’s excellent for walking and running

A quiet neighborhood, great for walking and close to everything. The condo was beautiful, Clean and comfortable as pictured. Just double check about the pool, we really missed out as the association decided to close it during the week. We even walked to dinner at the 131 Main for a fantastic meal .

We recently bought property and wanted to stay in the area. This condo was centrally located to so much. The area was great and so many great restaurants. The condo was spacious and provided enough space for the 4 of us. Would rent this place again.

We stayed in this property for 10 weeks while we were waiting for our home construction to be finished. The condo was in a great neighborhood near walking paths both through the woods as well as adjoining neighborhoods. The kitchen was well appointed considering we were there for months and did a decent amount of cooking. Parking was in one of the 2 Visitor slots (one of the two seemed always to be available) or on the street (we had two cars with us so didn't want to take both of the Visitor slots). Nice covered balcony with table and two chairs. Overall a perfect solution while we were watching construction.

Eli's condo had all I was looking for - a comfortable, attractive, clean place in a quiet, nice neighborhood at a reasonable price. Two bedrooms, two baths, a complete kitchen, cozy fireplace, big screen tv - and coffee and half and half was the extra bonus. Would stay there again.

Great location, great neighborhood to take walks and walking distance to great restaurants. Eli was amazing to deal with and always provided a quick response. The apartment was spacious and great for our 8 month old to crawl all around. We would definitely look up this property next time we are in town.

Eli's condo is clean, comfortable and roomy. Its located in a very quiet neighborhood in Cornelius near shops, restaurants, and easy access to I-77. My daughter and I stayed here for a week and it was a perfect set up for us to have our own meals in and save on that expense and enjoy all the comforts of home. Condo is well equipped with kitchen items, iron and ironing board, and in unit washer and dryer, as well as clean towels and sheets just like home. A better choice for the extra space and cost compared to a hotel. I will definitely be booking again in the future. Eli made himself available if we needed anything during our stay. It is so well set up, we needed nothing! Thank you Eli!

I enjoyed my month stay at this condo, the location was perfect and the neighborhood great for walking around, there is a good biking/walking trail nearby and nice pool too.

My wife and I were in town for a tennis tournament. The condo was super clean and spacious. All the appliances were modern and location quiet but super convenient. Minutes away from any where in Lake Norman you would want to go. With all the room to spread out at less than half the price of a hotel, not sure why you would stay anywhere else. I would give six stars if I could. If you are looking for a comfortable quiet place to stay, you can't do better than this. Eli is wonderful and responsive. Book it!

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Eli answered any questions I had quickly and efficiently. Very clean and the right price!!!! Beautiful grounds, quiet neighborhood, park and swimming pool within easy walking distance. We loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee, enjoying the birds and their song.

Perfect for my elderly parents with walkers. Ground floor entry, walk in shower with seat, clean. Owner was very kind and quick to communicate and address our extra needs. Highly recommend this property.

Condo is better than described...CLEAN! Felt like home the second we walked in. Great neighborhood, easy access to great local restaurants as well. Extremely quiet and peaceful. All amenities you need to enjoy a great stay. Eli is super easy to work with and everything was super smooth!

We stayed as two adult couples, it worked out great. Two bathrooms and two large bedrooms as well as plenty of space in the living room and kitchen area. It was clean, the location was perfect for traveling to Ashville, Mooresville, Concord, and Charlotte. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Eli was VERY responsive and extremely prompt with the return of our security deposit. We also ran into one of his cleaners on the way in she was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed there with our two little ones. The location of the condo is great - easy to get to lots of dining and shopping. Condo was clean and kid friendly. We had plenty of space for the kiddos to play, especially since we were snowed in for two days. Upon check in, the place was a little difficult to find as you have to go through what looks like a stairwell door. Once you figure that out, getting in and out is easy. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was perfect for our travels to Davidson. We were very pleased with the spacious rooms. It was very clean and well kept. Perfect location to travel to Charlotte, Cornelius, Davidson....lots of nearby restaurants, coffee houses, and grocery stores. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We plan to rent it again. The owner was easy to deal with and made himself available for questions.
