Lovely Log cabin in heart of Big Sky
Un gran lugar de vacaciones familiares! Nuestra historia 3 casa de madera tiene una gran terraza al aire libre con bañera de hidromasaje, Wi-Fi, hermosas vistas panorámicas y está totalmente amueblado con un baño en cada nivel. Situado en la aldea de Prado, de compras es sólo media milla de distancia, y un corto de 10 minutos en coche hasta las zonas de esquí. West Yellowstone se encuentra a 40 millas de distancia. Los 2 dormitorios tienen camas de matrimonio, el loft tiene una reina más 3 camas individuales, un buen espacio para los niños. Una excelente ubicación que ofrece el esquí alpino, XC esquí, senderismo, paseos a caballo, pesca, ciclismo de montaña, rafting, y un fácil acceso Parque Nacional de volar.

We loved the hot tub and this cabin as a home base for our days in Big Sky. There was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the living room hang out space as well as the balcony even in the winter. We even saw a moose from the balcony once. I would definitely rent this place again.
Our group was a bit on the large side and I wish I had noticed there were only 2 showers earlier (there is a tub in the 3rd bathroom but that wasn’t as useful for quickly moving our crew through). It was a little challenging that both showers are inside of a bedroom. If you wanted to use the hot tub until late at night and then shower, you’d have to knock on someone’s door to use the shower. It worked fine for us but jsut something to note.
Finally for some reason the fridge did keep freezing our food. We tried to change the temp but it didn’t resolve the issue. It maybe needs to be replaced given groceries are expensive in Big Sky and you don’t want frost bite on your food.

This property is very nice. It has a lot of room, and plenty of beds. It's a great location with an easy drive to Big Sky Resort. It was nice to have a hot tub after a day of skiing. WiFi was also excellent.

Everything about this cabin was amazing! It is located 10-15 minutes from Big Sky Village for easy access to skiing, and a property manager cleared the driveway of snow. It’s easily accessible with a 4-wheel drive vehicle (and probably without one). It was also easy access to Yellowstone Park and Moonlight Basin. Bridget was very helpful and always answered texts promptly. The cabin also had a great setup for children - my son LOVED having his own toddler bed, and there were a lot of toys, a high chair, and a pack-n-play. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Not our first trip, but our best trip to Big Sky! We stayed a week and loved the cabin. Pictures do not do it justice. So cozy and perfect place to call home while vacationing. Excellent location. We went to Yellowstone, hit the slops at the resort, rode snow mobiles, spent time at the cabin by the fire pit, sled down it’s hill, warmed up in the hot tub, grilled steaks…all the things…this spot was a perfect! At the end of our 7 days, we were not ready to leave. Great communication from owner and property manager. Thank you for letting us stay and make great memories. We will be back!

The cabin is great! We arrived to a clean, well stocked, comfy cabin with great views, a great location and perfect space for a family of 6 to stay. We cooked all out meals at the cabin and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cabin is comfortable with great charm!

Our family completely enjoyed our time at this lovely log cabin in Big Sky. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was amazing! The views were spectacular. The cabin was located very close to the ski slopes and grocery stores. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to returning again in the future!

This was our family's fourth winter stay in the log cabin. See our 2022 review for more details. Everything was in great condition again this year and as in the past, the owner, Bridget, and property manager, Beth, were prompt in responding to our needs, to include those of our 18-month old granddaughter who joined us along with our daughter and son-in-law. There was a portacrib and there were a variety of toys to include sleds that we used to take her on the hiking/cross country skiing trail directly across the street from the cabin. All in all, it was another wonderful family vacation.

The house and location are great, this home makes you feel like your at home, the master bedroom on the main level is very roomy, the bedroom downstairs is perfect with a very roomy bathroom,
The loft beds are nice just watch your head ceiling is low. We look forward to returning to this property, easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Big Sky ski area parking lot.

Have stayed here multiple times. It’s the perfect ski cabin for family & friends. Lots of room for sleeping and the main floor keeps everyone close for the Après-ski fun. Can’t wait to return!

Montana vacation
Great trip. Cabin was awesome. We visited Yellowstone, only an hour drive, fly fished, white water rafted, mountain biked and hiked a lot! Many trails and activities close by to choose from!

Another wonderful stay in the log cabin.
We stayed for 2 weeks in mid-February. It was just my wife and me and our adult son. Our daughter and son-in-law were planning to come but had to back out because of concerns about flying with their baby daughter.
This was our third stay in the log cabin after staying at a variety of other places in Big Sky. We had very much enjoyed our previous stays and this was no different. The cabin is comfortable and very well located for cross country skiing. We like to cook and have found the kitchen to be very well equipped. We love the comforts of the wood pellet stove in the living room and the hot tub on the deck. The atmosphere with exposed logs throughout is really charming. Bridget is a very responsive owner and the property manager was very helpful as we. We plan to be back again next winter.

Perfect for three guys on a ski trip (although it would sleep many more). Very roomy, great hot tub, close to the town and Big Sky resort. A true log cabin - very cozy, authentic feel. We would definitely return.

Oldie but a goodie
Great little cabin! Yes, it doesn’t have a modern feel inside, but was comfy and well appointed. Ample room for family and friends; loft area could sleep a half dozen kiddos if needed. Hot tub was a nice welcome after last runs. Porch has wonderful views. Owner was very pleasant and communication was quick and easy.

Idyllic cabin & views with amazing wildlife with friendly local community!
This cabin exceeded our expectations for our New Years Big Sky trip. We had amazing views of wildlife, snow covered landscape & fireworks from the hot tub on the deck! We explored Yellowstone, a horseback trail ride, dog sledding, skiing, & kid sledding. The pellet stove kept us warm & toasty after our long cold adventures outside. The cabin was cozy & comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. This cabin is conveniently located to the town center & has plenty of room and beds than what is depicted online for your family to spread out. Also there was a walkable kids playground down the street for an added amenity. Next time we go to Montana we will certainly look to reserve this cabin for our next adventure.

Exceeded our Expectations
This was a wonderful property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was lovely and in perfect working condition. Well stocked kitchen if you choose to cook. Great location. Tons of space. Beautiful views with an amazing hot tub for apres ski therapy. We will be back and I won’t spend time looking for a place. If this is available we will re-book. Great experience
This is a real home, not a 100% always rented type is place. Which is why I loved it. The kitchen actually had everything we need, not like a rental with 1 pot and no good chefs knife! Very responsive owner / property manager. Rental binder with useful info. Like that they had snow shoes of different sizes we could take out. Recommend!

This cabin is the perfect getaway, with an outdoor hot tub, a beautiful view of lone peak from the living room, a short drive to Big Sky Resort, and snowshoes for any backcountry adventures! Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice rustic cabin in big sky
At first property seemed a little too rustic but throughout stay grew to really like the homey comfortable feel. Everything throughout cabin works. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Property Manager is spot on with calling back and making sure your stay is going well.
