Excellent location sandwiched between a great pub and an equally good cafe, a short walk to the city centre amd main bus terminal

I had a room at the back of the building, in the courtyard below the only window are situated about 6 commercial air conditioning units that ran all night, very noisy and no good for a light sleeper. The bathroom is very compact affording very little leg room when sitting on the loo also very little moverment possible in a small shower cubicle.

I requested a quiet room, and I was very glad that I did. This is right beside a busy nightlife.

This was expensive £147 for one night, single room. But I expect the prices go up the weekend of Belfast marathon as everywhere was expensive.

Location was great, when I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was very informative and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bus to and from the airport was close and convenient (bus 600, £2.20 I think).

There just needed a bit of deep cleaning around sink and shower but it wasn’t bad. Everything was great otherwise and still clean.

No conseguimos que saliera aire caliente en la habitación. Salía un chorro de aire frío. Es una zona céntrica, que da a una plaza y tiene bastante ruido en la noche!

Great location, quiet in the rooms, comfy beds, spacious showers and large rooms. Good for a short trip or a one night stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. No faults! I’d highly recommend this place and i’ll be staying here again

Bedroom was situated just outside from a noisy fan or extractor, was on until very late at night. On arrival you’re asked for a security deposit, it’s £100. It is mentioned on the booking site although it’s not as clear as it should be. It’s important to know in advance if customers are on holiday and have to hand out £100 that they won’t get back for a few days.

It was close to the city centre and everything you needed was in walking distance

Maybe could do with a tea machine in the rooms but you could go downstairs and make yourself a drink so wasn’t a massive problem

The locate is brilliant, really central and found within minutes we was in the mixer.

The bar next door was very noisy, they are all drinking in the beer garden outside so there was lots of shouting and laughing until late, it was a busy city pub and I knew this going. I would stay here again all the same. I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Only the have a light in the room I think is a emergency light and it's so strong and I can't sleep better, without this all the things was perfect.

Staff helpful! Could leave luggage with them beofre checking in . Was central location. Staff gave good recommendations. Easy to get in and out, felt safe.

Staff are very friendly andrearno is a perfect receptionist. Couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location will definitely stay again. A bit noisy after closing time but that never bothered us. It’s a city centre location what do you expect. But it was great.

The location was amazing, we had everything we needed within walking distance. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definately be back. Belfast has to be one of the best places I have ever visited. Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome. Guinness will never taste the same!

I had a spotlight in my room which came on when I switched the lights off and flashed continuously with a bright white light. Receptionist taped a piece of binbag over it to try tone down but it kept falling down. I got little sleep all night as a result.

The location was ok for my visit. The front desk staff were accommodating and easy to work with. They changed my room for me when I informed them that the bed linens were dirty.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Bed linens were dirty the first day I arrived. Toilet was broken and never replaced or repaired during my entire 5 night stay. I left after the 4th night. I went to London.
