The property was perfect. However my friend and I got ill but to see the beach and water was a prescription for wellness. The condo was perfect.

This was our first time to Siesta Key. The condo is right on the beach. The linens, towels and beach towels are all included. The owner is available by cell phone or email for any questions. There is a private beach and beach chairs are available , there is a fee for the umbrella, but it's well worth it. The chairs and umbrella are set up in the morning and taken down in the evening. There is a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and bicycle rentals. This is a beautiful place to visit.

It was very enjoyable. The host was very helpful. Can't think of anything we needed. We will go again.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this Crescent White Sand Beach condo. The condo is clean, full of kitchen/bath amenities & bonus includes beach toys, rafts, coolers. Vacationing in hurricane season there is always a chance of evacuation even if it doesn't happen a lot. This year we experienced it first hand for a few days. She kept us updated- day/night, answered our messages asap, helped us locate other temp arrangements. I felt she really cared about her condo guests like family. When we got back we talked to other people staying in the building w/other hosts. Sadly, they did not have the same great communication w/their host as we did & it was so vital to have. That in itself is why if you are looking for a place on the Key this is the condo/hostess you need to book with. You will have peace of mind that she really cares that you do have an amazing time while you vacation in her beautiful home. Highly Highly Recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay. There was tons of beach toys in the closet, beach chairs are set up for you each morning, and the host always responded promptly. Check-in was a breeze. We have a fun week!

The location and style of the property did not disappoint. The condo was large with a great view of the gulf. There are restaurants and bars close by and plenty to do a trolley ride away. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic condo in a fantastic place.

The location was great. We enjoyed the food at several restaurants. Got to take in the Mote Aquarium and parasailed. Our only complaint would be the location of the pool. It was towards the road and front of the complex not on the beach where we’re used to having a pool. Otherwise it was a great trip.

We loved everything about this are from the powdery white sand, the clear green water and the location! Very close to skip over to Sarasota. We rented a car and would recommend doing that instead of depending on a shuttle. Definitely plan to return someday!

We had a lovely time. The location was perfect, close to airport, shops and restaurants but the best part is of course was being steps away from the beach. The owners were responsive to questions and condo is well furnished and clean. The beds are comfortable too, which is a big plus in my book. We also got lucky with the weather 12/10-12/17, it was very warm and sunny first 4 days then cooled down after a rainy storm. The water is still incredibly warm if you enjoy swimming. We saw lots of different birds on the beach. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo!

Easy access to the world famous Siesta Key beach. Had cocktails on balcony facing beach every night. Relaxing

My family had a wonderful, relaxing week. The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Closet full of beach items, including blown up inner tubes to float around in the water w/a drink in hand. Great, easy access to the beautiful, white sand beach. Beach chairs available on the beach was a big plus. Owner was friendly, & quick to respond w/any questions I had. Close covered parking spot. Only used car couple times during week traveling off SK. This is the perfect spot!!! Walking distance to Capt Curts/Sniki Tiki w/Awesome clam chowder. The Village shops, restaurants, lil grocery store are only a trolley ride or a frog hop ride away -just give a tip. Highly recommend! We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for my family. I traveled with my mom, sister, nephew, husband and our two kids and the size was exactly what we needed. Check in was a BREEZE! Gate code for entry and keyless entry to the room which is perfect for the beach so you don’t need to keep track of a key. Assigned parking spots so you don’t have to drive around to find one. BEACH CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED! This was probably the highlight of our beach time. We flew in so not having to bring or buy chairs just to leave them was awesome! We rented an umbrella for the week for only $75! It was all set up for us every day and we just went down to the beach right at 7:30 in the morning to put our tags on the chairs we wanted and then went back to the condo until we were ready for the day. Another highlight was beach toys (and I mean lots of beach toys) were already in the condo! I didn’t bring any because of weight limits so I had planned to buy some and have to also leave those behind. To my delight there were buckets, shovels, boogie boards, and donut floats! There were even floaties for my 2 year old for the pool! The bathrooms were so nice. The shower tile isn’t slippery AT ALL. I was worried because my toddler does not like taking showers at other places because he feels scared to slip and fall and usually cries we can’t get him out fast enough. He was standing in the shower with ease and didn’t cry once! The patio is screened in so you don’t have to worry about bugs or gnats flying around everywhere (my kid loves to eat them so this was a big deal for us lol). The hosts were so easy to contact and replied within minutes. The washer and dryer are right outside the room which makes it easy to wash and make lunch without missing out on any time with family. We were even able to buy rolls of quarters from the office! Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have stayed several places and while most have been nice, this one checked every box on our list. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a great stay the property was just as described and great location.

We enjoyed a week-long vacation at this property, which is located right on the beach. While it is on a side unit, it has open views to the beach and ocean. The unit is well stocked with cooking appliances and has some items for kids to enjoy the beach as well. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved everything! Condo was great, owner was so helpful and responsive and the location was perfect. Walk to restaurants and entertainment and short drives to all kinds of sites and experiences! Will return!

My mom and I spent a week at this condo and it was absolutely lovely. Spacious, clean and close to everything. We loved the kitchen especially. Fully stocked cookware, updated appliances, and everything we needed. Perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. My mom is 71 and has knee problems so we loved the accessibility in the condo and to the beach and even the close parking space. I had a question while I was there and Ruth answered faster than I expected. We had a terrific time. Highly recommended!

Beautiful beaches! Condo is convenient to many walking places. The free trolley is a definite plus. Owner is very helpful with any issues that may develop. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A girls week away and friends who relocated to Florida came as well. The condo was perfect! Very roomy, clean and right on that magnificent white sand beach! The owner was always accessible and accommodating. We would all stay here again!

This property was great! The owner supplies all you will need to enjoy your time here. She was very responsive to questions I had and made sure that we knew we could contact her at anytime. The condo is very clean and has a great view of the beach from the outside, screened in balcony Definitely would stay here again!

Great place. Easy to get ahold of the owner. Clean. Only issue is the water pressure is non existent - but that’s everywhere in Siesta Key. Would book again.
