Only issue would be the check-in time and check-out time. It says on the listing check-out is 11:00 am but was told to be out by 10:00 am and 4:00 pm seems kinda late. You don't get a full 2 days but over all would defiantly stay again.

Just as fun and enjoyable as the first time. You can tell the owners care because there were a few improvements made within a year. Ive recommended this pace to several friends.

This house was amazing. The inside was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for people to sleep. The backyard and pier were great as well. We had plenty of room to tie up our boats and being in the no wake zone was nice as well. The long driveway provided plenty of room for parking multiple cars and boat trailers. Legenia was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely recommend this house!

We had a wonderful vacation here! The house is beautifully decorated and the location is close to shopping and dining. For those bringing a boat, the house is located close to the Perdido Key Bridge. You can easily be exploring The National Seashore, Robertson Island and the Pensacola Pass a short distance away. We owned a condo in Perdido Key for years, and the privacy and solitude of being in a home verses a condominium is unbeatable! Legenia is a wonderful host who responds quickly. We look forward to coming back!!

Renting the property was easy, we had great communications with the rental property agent they accommodate us after having to move our scheduled stay due to Ida. Thank you so much we are great-full!

We had an amazing stay … the home and grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided…. So peaceful and such a convenient location. Boat dock in the back yard and Publix a block away . So nice to spend time enjoying family and not worrying about things you need, because everything you need is there !! Everything was pristine and beautiful! Our family enjoyed our rental experience thoroughly - the layout of the house and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of nine. Loved the fishing off the dock with the bait store next door, the large fire pit for s’mores, and the family room for game playing, boat watching, and beautiful sunsets! Lots of space for eating and cooking too. The hostess was prompt and helpful whenever we had a question! Thank you for providing our family with a wonderful vacation space along with a location close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public beaches! We will be back again!

The home was just as described and had plenty of room for our two families and teen friends to spread out. We enjoyed the patio and dock in the evenings. The beach was not too far of a drive which was our main goal with this vacation. My only complaint would be some thread bare bath towels. Otherwise, everything we needed was there to help enjoy our stay.

Great location...fishing from dock, 1 mile to beach, lots of restaurants. The house was perfect...decorated so cute, very comfortable, clean & had everything we needed with plenty of space! Our kids loved the set of trundle beds for cousin sleepover! The owner was fantastic & very responsive to all our questions. We would love to go back sometime!

This home was a dream spot for our family group. It was even bigger and more beautiful than depicted in the pictures. We loved sitting out at the dock watching the dolphins and even saw a manatee! We were able to rent a pontoon boat and that added a fun boating option.

This is a great property. Has a lot of room. Can sit on the dock and Boat watch. Will absolutely use this property again.

This is a boaters paradise. We absolutely loved that we could look at our boat our the window of the house. The dock was a game changer for us. If I could buy this house I would, I even offered. Hostess was very prompt with all our questions. The house has all the comforts of home. Grill, fireplace, boat dock, awesome sun room and back yard for all ur entertainment. I'm not sure where I spent more time the I side or the outside. We had a fire every single night we were there. We can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family. It was relaxing to be on the bay and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We also enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening.

This pictures they post for this house do not do it justice. It was beautiful and accommodated 9 of us comfortably. We loved watching the dolphins, barges, and pelicans that showed up the o the dock daily. Legina responded immediately to any question we had. Being able to dock our pontoon there was a definite plus for us. Everything was clean and expectations were clearly written. We will be back for sure!!! Make sure to go check out the bait shop next door...Red had a ton of stories he likes to tell. :-)

This home is beautiful and so relaxing too. The view of the water is automatically calming and the kids had a blast fishing off of the dock. I loved sitting and watching the boats go by and just enjoying being by the water. It was a wonderful property and we also loved walking to Fisherman’s Corner to eat (food was divine) and my husband became instant friends with the folks at One Fish Red Fish and booked a half day charter fishing trip where they caught so many fish! It was a wonderful and relaxing trip and awesome memories were made!

My family and I had a fantastic time. House was everything we expected and more. Very clean and comfortable. All furnishings and interiors seemed to be in new condition. The pier was a fantastic bonus with fishing available for our son. We will certainly consider staying here again on our next visits

Beautiful home on the bay. Enjoyed the sunroom and backyard with our family. Great place to fish and hang out on the beach. It was perfect for our boat also. Had a great stay just wasn't long enough!!

Nice place to stay about a 5 minute drive from the beach. Could go to the beach during the day, fish off the dock in the afternoon and roast marshmallows at night. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was clean and spacious with an excellent view of the bay. If spending time on the water is what youre looking for, this spot is hard to beat.

My family so enjoyed staying at this wonderful home. And that is not right on the beach, it was so wonderful to be on the bay and watch all the boats passing by. My mom and dad loved it so much they said we needed to buy the place! we will be back.

The house is beautiful and there was enough space for my family (8 adults + 2 small kids). Legenia was very quick to respond to any messages I sent her. We loved the dock and outdoor space as well! This property is so beautiful! We had such a great time and everything is so convenient nearby. The grocery store is just down the road and we especially enjoyed being able to take our boat out and park it at the dock. Aside from the accessibilities, the house itself is wonderful. It was very clean and there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The view of the waterway was beautiful and we enjoyed getting to watch all the boats go by. Overall this place was amazing and I definitely reccomend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere peaceful and nice to stay on the water.

Had a lovely time at this beautiful home! Sunny views of the water from almost every room, beachy decor, comfortable furnishings, amazing dock and patio area! Cant wait to bring our boat and fishing poles for a real vacation this summer! Thank you to our gracious host a great visit!

Looking for a last minute get away and found this lovely jewel! I can tell the owner is trying her best to make this a very classy yet relaxing place to enjoy. Whoever her decorate is, they definitely need a raise. All the bedrooms are spacious and the house has several different areas to sit and watch the boats and dolphins. Our favorite spot was the den with the oversized couch and wall of windows to watch everything happening on the water. If you have kids, they will love the barges. They will toot their horns if do the arm honking gesture. Lol We were also able to keep our boat tied up at the large boat dock. There was a small, quiet marina 3minutes from the property and the driveway was large enough to park our 40ft trailer with plenty of room for 4-5 more cars. If you're looking for a nice, quiet, beautiful place at the beach, this is it. Will definitely be back!

I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH I ENJOY THIS PROPERTY. THE CONVIENANCE OF THE BOAT DOCK AND LOCATION IS PERFECT. I ALSO ENJOY THE LOCATION TO FOOD, BEACH, AND SHOPPING. THE OWNER IS SO EASY TO WORK WITH AND THE PLACE IS ALWAYS SO CLEAN, AND FUNCTIONAL FOR OUR GROUP. I WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING HERE MORE.
