We loved staying at this house! The home was beautiful and clean. Great views of the ocean and a quick walk to the beach access. This home is great for families with kids.

This house was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed having lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the decks in the rockers. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow we can not say enough about this property. Dan was a wonderful host and was quick to respond with any questions which makes the vacation that much more enjoyable.
The property is just as described in the listing. It was perfect for a larger group offering individual bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. We had a short walk to the beach. The location of the home is on an area of the beach that is less crowded then other areas of OIB. Even on Labor Day we found a large open are for our group on the beach.
The property was clean, lots of open space for our group to play games and enjoy fellowship. The porch is a perfect place to wake up have coffee and enjoy some great conversations. The home had extra amenities that were available for our group to use which was a pleasant surprise.

Very nice property which met our needs very well. A bit of a walk to beach access but not really bad. Kitchen was a bit short of bowls and pots and pans since we cook a good bit with our family but we made do. Thank you!

We’ve been coming to OIB for 33+ years and this was one of the best weeks we’ve ever had! Dan was super available for any questions I had leading up to our trip, the home was VERY clean and comfortable, and the check in/out process was so simple. My favorite part of the house was the extra large deck and kitchen! Plenty of space to congregate with family at the end of a Long Beach day. We will definitely be booking this home again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation of 12 adults and 2 grandchildren. It was clean, well stocked and maintained and had everything (both inside and outside),we needed to enjoy our fantastic family vacation! The view of the beach was spectacular from the house! Dan was immediate with responding to our questions. The 1-2 minute walk to the beach and being on a more quiet side of the island was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

The house and location could not have been any better. Absolutely beautiful house and extra clean! Everything you need is there. If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed!! Directions for the TV’s were in every room and the check in and out process was clear. I would most definitely stay here again!!

This was a great house with plenty of room for everyone in our group. Love that there is a bathroom in every bedroom. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond with any questions.Very easy to access the beach from the home.

Our family always takes a quick beach trip every Thanksgiving to different beaches along the NC coast. This was our 6th year and by far my FAVORITE! We loved the house and Ocean Isle. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I hope to return again!

Our group consisted of 10 adults, 55 and older. We found the walk to the quiet beach convenient. The beach itself was clean and quiet. We found the property to be exactly as pictured and described accurately. Our property manager answered our questions promptly. We would definately visit this property again.

We stayed for an extended weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location , 2 min. walk from beach access.
Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Every bedroom has a bathroom.
The Host Dan is super helpful and very quick to reply to any request .

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Ocean Isle Beach. Dan was an excellent host and communicated everything to us in a timely manner. The house was great for our family with plenty of room for everyone. So nice that each bedroom has their own private bath! We will definitely book again!

Family Beach Week
This home had more than enough room for our family, which included grandkids ranging from small children to teens. It has a well stocked kitchen, large decks to accommodate everyone and to enjoy the ocean views. It's a very short walk to the beach, and Dan, the owner is very accommodating and quick to reply back to you if you have questions about anything. An added plus for us was the fact that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Our family really enjoyed our week in this home!

We were a group of 10 with 3 little ones. Having 2 living rooms was the best- how many times can you watch Encanto? The kids could watch it downstairs while we gathered upstairs preparing dinner or hoping they would fall asleep in the evening. Nice TVs too. There was a large grill for cooking out, plenty of table and chair space, a well stocked kitchen, and we LOVED this side of the island- it’s not crowded. The beach is wide and wonderful. Dan is great at responding- he would get back almost immediately- I had lots of questions and he had all the answers. If you are looking for an entire house in a great location this is it!

The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cooking utensils and pans to prepare for our large family. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. The only suggestion would make would be to add an outdoor dining table option or a little more comfortable seating. We all loved being out there but it wasn't conducive to much relaxation or conversation time.

Spring Break ‘22
Property was just as presented and perfect configuration for two families with middle schoolers. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Non one ever had to wait or compete for a spot. And, all could comfortably meet on the top floor where the kitchen & dining room accompany another large living room and deck. We had a very enjoyable visit. Dan was a great host. Thank you, Dan!

Also, one thing that sets this property apart is there are all Queen size beds, except the bunk bed. Many other properties have full-size beds but this isn't ideal if adults are sharing a bed. Dan is wonderful and very responsive. Hope to stay here again!
