Condo 206 South en Shore Villas está situado en una playa "no drive". Un hermoso dos dormitorios / dos baños, condominio directo frente al mar en el Atlántico!
Usted puede disfrutar viendo el amanecer desde el balcón completo del condominio con sala de estar y puertas correderas de dormitorio principal de apertura en él.
El condominio está totalmente equipado y actualizado con gama, microondas, nevera y lavavajillas. Utensilios de cocina, platos están incluidos, así como ropa de cama.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king para despertar a la salida del sol, o simplemente para relajarse hasta el mediodía. Tendrá un baño privado en el dormitorio principal con ducha. La habitación tiene 2 camas Queen; Y hay una combinación de ducha y bañera en este cuarto de baño.
Condo está situado en el segundo piso del edificio del Sur con ascensor o escalera justo fuera de su puerta si lo prefiere.
Ya que somos un pequeño complejo, sólo 33 unidades en total, el estacionamiento es fácil. Además, estacionamiento adicional está disponible para los barcos y remolques a través de la calle en nuestro lote privado.
Disfrute de nuestra gran piscina, a continuación, sólo bajar al mar! Nuestra playa es una gran playa para caminar, montar en bicicleta, o simplemente tomar el sol, jugar, etc.

Took my granddaughters and a couple of my girlfriends over for a weekend visit before the granddaughters went back to school. We had a great time. The condo is clean and location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back.

Condo is nicely updated, very clean and has amazing full ocean views from main living space and primary bedroom. Love this smaller sized condo complex with easy access to pool and beach. An added bonus is the always smiling and helpful property manager Sam. Fav place to stay in NSB.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and when you open that door WHOA what a view. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. We had so many delightful moments watching the sunrise, spotting dolphins, and enjoying the surroundings. It was easy to jump between the pool, ocean and condo. Beach chairs and towels were provided along with everything else we needed. A relaxing, beautiful spot!

The property was immaculate. The beach was right outside the balcony and we were able to enjoy all the restaurants and shops that were minutes away.

What an absolutely gorgeous rental! Just perfect! I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to New Smyrna Beach. The view is magnificent and everybody’s so warm and welcoming. What a fabulous find!

This was our second stay at this condo. It's in a great location and has a nice view of the beach. The owners are very responsive and Sam, the complex manager is always helpful.

The home was beautiful. We had such a lovely time. The access to the beach was lovely, the ocean view from the pool was stunning, and we just had such a great time there. Loved it!

Beautifully updated condo, has everything you would need for your stay. Great location, couldn’t ask for a condo closer to the ocean. Nyrla was great to work with. Sam the property manger was also great. Hope to be back again soon!

The condo was updated and decorated well!! The ocean view was beautiful from the balcony! The guest room was a little too warm at night even with 2 fans going. We kept the shade down as instructed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!

We all came from a small street in Savannah. All the families get together on this trip each year (40+ years). It has expanded into children, grand children, great grandchildren, in-laws and folks from the old neighborhood. This condo is perfect for my husband and two daughters. Always clean and well appointed.

We chose this condo for the proximity to the beach and were not disappointed. So convenient, the location just cannot be beat. The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable - complete with ocean view out of your personal access to the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had one small issue with the a/c, but the owners' were quick to respond and so gracious. I do not hesitate to recommend this property!

This is a perfect property for a stay in New Smyrna. The condo is spotlessly clean and new with easy access to the beach which is centrally located. Right on the ocean the back porch was great for the full moon and tidal surge right before a storm. We definitely will be returning

I visited New Smyrna Beach with my son and daughter-in-law over Labor Day weekend. We have stayed in this beautiful beach town numerous times over the past twenty years, and we always return to Shore Villas. This condo in particular was beautifully updated with a gorgeous ocean front view, and the owner was wonderful at communicating all of the information needed for us to enjoy our stay. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the view of the beach right from the balcony. The second bedroom is more suited to younger people/kids rather than adults, given the layout of the beds, and it was a bit warm in that second bedroom, but there are fans in the room to help with that. The rest of the condo was superb with all the necessities needed for a relaxing, comfortable, extended stay. We'll certainly be back. Thanks Nyrla!

Amazing Condo and View!
The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The view was great and access to the beach was very convenient! With 3 boys, 17, 19, and 20 the surfboards were an added bonus. Pool and grounds were clean. The large lanai was great so all 5 of us could enjoy it at once. Restaurants, shopping, kayaking, etc all very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

A place on the Ocean
Really enjoyed our stay, room was exactly as stated and we really enjoyed it. Couldnt get closer to ocean unless you slept on the sand.. Owner was a delight to deal with, would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great time over Easter 2022! Loved the balcony! Great view of the ocean. Our only issue was with parking. It was difficult to get in and out of the parking spaces. Otherwise, everything was great!
