Great views and seen dolphins daily. Home was clean and I was impressed! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and we cooked daily. Beds were high quality. Robert and his wife were a dream to deal with. We hope to return in the future. BOOK THIS NOW BEFORE ITS GONE!

This WOW location gives you the ocean out your back door! The houses on this street have private access to the beach - no crowds - no setting up early to get a good spot - plenty of beach, sand, and TURTLES. We were located between two turtle nests and got to see two hatchlings rescued after they failed to exit the nest in the initial hatch. The two king size beds in this unit were very comfortable and each had a full bath it shared with an adjoining bedroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy with good water pressure. The furniture was comfortable without being fussy. The back deck was long and amazing with several large rocking chairs. There was a hose at the mid-point on the deck to wash off sand and benches to sit on with morning coffee. We had 6 people in our group but there was plenty of room for more. The only thing missing was a grill. We found a smoker but not quite what we were looking for. We highly recommend this rental.

Our family rents both units, and there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep and gather. We ate together, played games together, and had lots of beach time together. The tents went up on the beach first thing in the morning and were taken down late afternoon. A common comment was "Once I arrived, the only time I left the cottage was to go to the grocery store on my cook day." This was a true vacation for all.

Beautiful view and the property owner was awesome to work with! Wine and crackers when we arrived. Property needs a few updates in kitchen which would definitely make it a 5 star property.

We enjoyed our stay at Robert's property. It was perfectly situated on the beach where we were able to enjoy time on the beach multiple times a day. The house itself was fully stocked with enough silverware to feed an army!

The house was among the cleanest vacation rentals I've had the pleasure of staying at. The layout is basic but manages to have everything you might need for a vacation with ample seating for mealtimes. When we had a question, Robert was very responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again!

I cannot say enough good things about the property and Robert!! This was the second stay for my family of 5 adults. Robert is always quick to respond to a question. We arrived the day after hurricane Ian - Robert updated us on any water or power issues. Everything was clean and stocked on arrival. Will definitely book again next year!! We have stayed at this property about 4 times now and we won’t go anywhere else! The views are incredible. This year we moved to the top floor from the bottom- an extra set of stairs but so worth the view! Being right on the beach is an added bonus with a toddler for ease of going back and forth for food and naps. Robert is great to communicate with and quick to respond!

I found my bed and the living room furniture comfortable and attractive. We could have used a night stand and reading lamp on both sides of the bed. The beach is just wonderful, and this year I learned to see sharks' teeth! Shelling was also good. The nearby turtle nest didn't hatch while we were there, but I don't think the owner has any control over that! We had a wonderful week!

Close proximity to the beach for all ages. Clean and welcoming. Well stocked with what you need for food preparation on the beach. Loved the porches with rocking chairs. Great time away and would highly recommend. We rented the entire house and it was perfect. A+++

We had the upstairs floor of a duplex. It was very clean and stocked with enough toilet paper and dish detergent for a couple of nights. The covered porch with rocking chairs was amazing. We all sat out there every night. Our downstairs neighbors were lovely. We did have a TV remote control missing, and the dryer needs some attention, but we weren't there to wath TV.

Great home!
The house was clean, well equipped and perfect for our family! Robert checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. We spent time as a family sitting on the porch, building a puzzle and playing a board game in the dining area.

We were lucky enough to have Robert and his family staying in the bottom unit during our week stay. He and his wife were so friendly and kind! The house was great! Everything we needed was provided! He even set up ordering bath towel sets for me! He went above and beyond! We were able to order a canopy thru island time beach rentals as well! Loved looking out in morning seeing the canopy already up waiting for us on the beach! Great week, hated to see it end! Will definitely rent from Robert again! Next time maybe the whole house! Thanks for making it so easy!

The location of this property is ideal for getting around at Holden Beach. Great experience because a turtle nest hatched right on the beach at the property. Convenient to get to the beach, lay out on the beach, and fish off the shore. We want to keep enjoying our vacation at this beach property!
