Large Immaculate Home in Beach Plum with Private Heated Pool, Tennis & Gym

We spent a wonderful week at this Beach Plum Home. The house had the perfect layout for our two families - plenty of living space and well appointed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table. Everyone loved being able to use the tennis court. Easy to get to town and the beaches. Numerous conveniences such as a small community gym and two washer dryers. Highly recommend!

My family, friends and I go to Nantucket quite often but this was by far one of our favorite rentals! The house was beautiful, had all the right amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.), great location and an unbelievable host! Julie was very accommodating and extremely sweet. Will definitely stay there again if she'll have us!

We loved our time at this property in Nantucket. The house is well located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. In rainy days, the backyard well heated pool served well for my teenagers. The host was wonderful, very prompt and helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. The house layout was excellent that it did not feel crowded with two families. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware and towels. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool.

Julie’s home on Nantucket is the perfect rental for families and friends seeking to accommodate a large group in a lovely neighborhood, close to town, beaches, restaurants and more! This spacious, well-appointed and well-equipped home is as described and pictured. We especially appreciated the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, ample bedrooms and full baths, private, heated pool and fenced yard/patio, lower level with ping pong table and bar, as well as the adjacent tennis courts and nearby gym. Julie is very responsive and accommodating as well. Happy to have discovered this gem to which we hope to return annually!

Very spacious and clean house. Kids enjoyed the pool and when the temperature wasn't warm enough, the host was very responsive about fixing it. Adjacent tennis court was also fun for the family.

The house was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable for our three generations of family: grandparents, our children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. The pool was perfect for swimming with little ones and they loved that it was warmer than the big community pool. The tennis court was right next to the house and we were able to play every morning. We also made great use of table tennis in the basement and the fire pit by the pool.
The house was well equipped but not cluttered. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, serving dishes, great fridge and freezer. And the location is convenient to everywhere on the island.
What a fabulous vacation! We would go back in a heartbeat!

We were so excited to find this wonderful home on VRBO, and it turned out to be even better than we thought it would be. The photos don’t do it justice. It is the perfect home for 2 families – with lots of beds, separate living/sitting rooms, and a large kitchen and dining area that we loved as our central gathering spot. The home is bright and airy, beautifully decorated in the perfect Nantucket style, and it’s very well-equipped for cooking, entertaining, playing, and beach-going. We love to cook, and the kitchen has everything we needed to preparing gourmet meals, there were plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, cake pans/cookie sheets, plenty of place settings and flatwear for a large group, and many sets of glasses – for water, wine, cocktails, plastic wine glasses, etc.
The little pool and back yard area was so nice for sitting out and reading in the morning sun, and then taking a dip with cocktail in hand in the evenings. The home is right next door to the beautifully maintained tennis court, and our group just loved having the gym/clubhouse nearby. It’s an idyllic neighborhood – we loved everyone we met along the way. The location is perfect – a short bike ride to both the beautiful Surfside Beach and into town. And it’s a very quick trip to the grocery store. The owners of the home were so lovely, welcoming, and very attentive to the questions we had along the way. We will absolutely book this house every year when we return to Nantucket!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as shown on the website, absolutely beautiful!! Everyone had plenty of room and we had lots of fun relaxing and cooking in the beautiful kitchen and backyard grill! Easy to get to downtown for shopping and entertainment!

This was a beautiful well-maintained home that was both spacious and cozy. It had a lot of light, was tastefully decorated, with a few great spaces to congregate as a group, e.g., two living rooms and a basement. There is an open floor plan that allowed our kids to come in and out of the kitchen/dining room and living room, but also to claim their own space. The space was very well-organized wit copious amount of orienting information provided by the owners. They owners were highly conscientious and responsive to any request and seemed very warm. In spite of it being a tad cold outside, the kids and a few adults enjoyed the beautifully blue salt-water pool kept at a balmy 85 degrees and then, later dried off by the fire pit. Our only complaint is that our time there went too quickly.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is not only beautiful, but we’ll equipped with everything you may need. The layout of the house was perfect for the teenagers in our group to enjoy all of the games (ping-pong, Pac-Man, board games) while the adults sat by the pool and enjoyed a beautiful fall evening. Wonderful location - able to walk and enjoy the beauty of Nantucket in the fall. Julie was a delight to rent from and we will certainly be back!

Our group of 11 had a great week at this terrific home. The spaces lend themselves to three family groups each with their own space.
The home is very well equipped with a lovely kitchen and excellent supplies.
The property is in a small community with pool and tennis and there is also a private pool. The house reflects the magic that is Nantucket and the homeowner could not be more responsive.

This home and neighborhood evokes a family friendly setting that is quintessential Nantucket. The maintenance of the property is pristine. Plenty of time for rest, fun, tennis, pool, lobster and outdoor dinners, and loads of biking to nearby attractions. Julie was a great host and very responsive. Five stars!

This impeccable. quintessential Nantucket home was the perfect vacation spot for our large group. We had three families with room for more. The decor is magazine-worthy, the basement is hours of fun and the kitchen is gourmet. The best part of this rental is the owner. She is professional, experienced, sweet and a pleasure to work with.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Nantucket home! Everything was perfect. We spent the long weekend with our family of four and another family of four with an au pair. The home was incredibly spacious with a great layout, allowing for privacy but also plenty of room for everyone to gather together. The kids loved having s'mores at the fire pit and had so much fun in the game room downstairs. The bedrooms were immaculate and comfortable, and all rooms are beautifully decorated.
This house is the perfect getaway and is centrally located, so it was easy to get to town or the beach (Surfside). I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to large groups or families looking for a perfect Nantucket getaway!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the house. The house is great for groups and lots of fun things to do at and around the house! Close to town but would need to take an under. Can rent bikes at a place close by and will come and pick up the bikes when you are done! We recommend the house to anyone! cant wait to go back

This is a perfect house for multiple families or a girls' getaway. The house itself is beautiful. Very Nantucket, and tastefully decorated with a beachy feel. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. Multiple floors with spacious bedrooms and well-appointed bathrooms give everyone privacy while also giving plenty of room to gather. The backyard is pretty and quiet, but you also have the option of all the community's amenities - pool, tennis courts, gym, playground, and more. The location is also excellent for biking to town and Surfside Beach. We loved it for our girls' getaway in the Spring, and definitely plan to return with all of our families for an extended stay in the Summer.

We stayed in this beautiful property over a spring weekend and could not have been happier. The home is bright, updated, well decorated and perfect for anything from a single family to multi-family, friends weekend and larger groups. Gorgeous kitchen with anything you could ask for. Private backyard with new fire pit. Location is great with easy access to town and to one of the best beaches on Nantucket. (Surfside) The Beach Plum development is wonderful with a gym, tennis courts, infinity pool, playground and nice open space. It is easy to ride bikes within the development and into town or the beaches. We absolutely loved this property and hope to return!

We had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous Nantucket home with 2 other families for a week this past August. The house is exceptionally appointed, everything you need for a beach vacation is ready for you when you arrive. We enjoyed its proximity to Surfside Beach, as well as a quick car ride into town. We spent many evenings enjoying the fenced in yard with grill, outdoor table and fire pit. Our kids loved the beautiful, uncrowded pool, conveniently located right across the street from the house. The kitchen was well stocked and organized, with everything we needed, including a massive Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we enjoyed that there was lots of room for entertaining, including areas for the kids to play or watch tv. We would definitely recommend this incredible home, and hope to return again!
