I loved every minute of our trip

I love Edgewater Resort. I only stay at this resort whenever I’m in Panama City. The pool and access to the beach is so convenient. Anything and everything you wish to have are minutes away. Awesome restaurants!

Our stay was amazing, perfect location with close beach access.

The condo was very clean including the floors. Nice location on the quieter end of the beach. Directly across from some of our favorite places to eat…Dee’s Hangout, American Charlie’s, and Pink Pelican ice cream. Just a very short walk across the parking lot to one of the pools and a nice walk or golf cart ride to the large pool or beach. Condo is very close to the bridge that takes you over to the other part of the resort. Newer appliances and living room furniture. My husband loved the new mattress in the master bedroom so much that we had to ask what kind it was and where to purchase it! Boys loved having their own beds rather than bunk beds. Ana is a great communicator and answered every question I had very quickly. Checkout instructions are simple and easy to take care of. The condo is older but has some nice updates. Plenty of parking right in front of the condo. There were a few things that were a little challenging for our tall family-low shower heads, low ceilings, and low toilets, but that’s common for us. Lol!

The location was perfect. Very central to all the PCB activities and food. The condo was very clean and the check in process was incredibly simple. My family enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location. Excellent amenities - pool right near property, beach 5 minute walk away, or can get a free buggy ride. Spacious unit. Well stocked with all appliances for cooking. Less than 5 minute drive for groceries. Multiple restaurants and game arcades in walking distance. Right next door to convention center why my on had dance competition.

This condo was clean and had all of the necessities. It was spacious and as described. We love Edgewater and will absolutely stay there again. A couple of things would have made this condo better…beach chairs, games, beach toys. There’s nothing like that, so those are things I may look for next time I’m ready to book something. Overall, great experience though. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this villa. It was a short walk to the big pools and beach. It was also a quick walk to other things to do for spring break. We did not have any issues checking in. Overall we had a great week of Spring Break.

Would definitely stay again! Quick easy walk to the beach.

2 BR, 2 Bath, directly across from the Edgewater Conference Center which was perfect for my stay. Pricing through VRBO was a little misleading so I felt like I ended up paying more than I originally expected.

The place was actually a little better looking than in the pictures with the couches being newer than the pictures. The beach is a short walk away and the pool is across the parking lot. Overall it was a great trip and the self check in when we got there so late was helpful. There were a couple minor things, we pay for parking passes which is absolutely understandable however when security gave us temporary ones they were good through our entire weekend stay anyways so we could’ve probably avoided the extra fees for the actual passes & there is a cleaning fee but we have to take out all of our own trash but I couldn’t find any extra bags so I e just packed up some boxes we had in the car with any remaining garbage and stripping all the towels and sheets. Again minor things but it made checkout just a little overwhelming making sure to check off all the boxes along with getting 2 little ones situated to leave. I would still stay again though, everything was clean and the location was just great.

We had an excellent stay and great location of villa. It was a little loud in master bedroom at night since you are on the main road, but did not take away from the stay. The music at the pool was great but only heard it on Thursday. I guess it is only certain days.

For the most part, our stay at this property was nice. Bathrooms are a little outdated and the outlets in the master bath did not work. We tried the breaker, per owners suggestion, and they still didn’t work. Being a condo at a beach resort, it was hopeful that they would’ve provided beach chairs and an umbrella, but this was not the case. We weren’t able to bring ours because of lack of space. It was incredibly expensive to rent from the resort for the week! The location is very convenient to the convention center and the foot bridge to take you to the main pool and beach. It was nice to have the golf carts drive us over when our hands were full! This condo is right on the main road, and the noise from the traffic at night could be distracting. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

I have rented this same property two years now. You can’t beat the location in the villa’s. It is located immediately next to the walking bridge. The property is nice and clean. The owners are very responsive when communicating with them. I definitely recommend staying here.

Here with family after sons Graduation. Fully equipped villa. Easy walk to big pool across street via pedestrian bridge. never had to use tram. Beds super comfortable!! Head hit the pillow and we were asleep. Dont even have to leave complex to get what u need. There’s a store, bar, pool& beach!! Other comments said could hear street noise.Really this wasn’t an issue for us, and I am picky about noise when I’m on vacay. The owner provided all the info right on time. I had contact once during the trip with owner and they were super quick responding.. This is my new favorite place!!

Great place

This was a nice villa, good location and easily accessible. A little noisy on road front side. Had a slight situation at security. Did not have our temporary pass and had to go to office and back to security gate.

Very well kept condo and whole complex. Very convenient centralized location. Nice location if you can’t stay on beach.

We enjoyed this property. It was a last minute booking & everything went smoothly. The place was clean & exactly what we needed for our family of 3. The bathrooms could use a little updating, but that’s the only flaw, if you can even call it that. The couches have been updated since the photos on this listing. It’s not directly on the beach, but a short walk & having the trams running is a plus. They will pick you up & bring you back from main pool & beach access. Great experience!

Everything was as the property owner said it was great time and a very good experience

Everything we needed was there. It was clean. The community property was where the value came in. The unit itself showed some signs of age but still very comfortable. For a nice spot near the beach I highly recommend it

Property was lovely, you can tell the owners take pride in it. Very clean and kitchen well stocked, everything in perfect working order. Easiest check-in ever, and was so nice to be able to park right outside the front door. No parking decks to worry about. Also really nice to be so close to the pedestrian bridge that goes straight to the beach. We saw manta rays right off the beach one day, never expected that! Was fun to snorkel too. And don't miss Shell Island! Would definitely stay here again.
