This condo worked well for us and our two grandchildren. We took advantage of the summer activities at the resort along with biking the G.A.P. And rafting the Y

It's a well-appointed, spacious condo with a great mountaintop view. We drove down to the pool/hot tub a couple times, where you can meet some other guests. We also drove down to the main hotel/resort area to enjoy some amenities. We walked once and drove once up to Lake Tahoe which was awesome. One day we went to Laurel Hill State Park which was also cool. We would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at stone ridge condos at seven springs resort! It was a last minute trip, great location, beautiful area. The condo is in excellent condition, clean and plenty of room. We had 6 of us that stayed, 2 adults and 4 teens. Just a quick drive or walk to get to the pool and tennis courts/basketball courts. We were able to watch the 4th fireworks from the balcony, it’s a quick 5 min drive down to the resort for all kinds of activities and some great restaurants. Check in and out were easy and the owner is really easy to communicate with and left easy instructions on how to use everything in the condo. We had a great time and are hoping to return during the winter months!

We had a great stay even though the weather didn't give us any snow for skiing. The condo and the amenities were great so we had plenty of things to do. The entire family, especially our kids appreciated all the USB ports throughout the house.

The property, location and owner exceeded our expectations. The decor had a cozy, modern ski theme that was thoughtfully carried throughout the home. The amenities provided everything we needed for preparing meals and family entertainment after dinner. If you are an all day skier, the location is convenient for you to grab lunch, take a short break and be right back on the slopes. The owner was very detail oriented with his communications and quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a perfect ski getaway!

Ski in/ski out is super important to me and this place did not disappoint. You do have to walk down some stairs, but then you are right on a nice trail, easy green to make your way down to the lift.

My family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for two night and really enjoyed the place. It's right on the Boomerang ski slope - which unfortunately was closed because it was early-season, but the shuttle to the main lodge was quick and easy and picked us up steps from the ski lockers.
The apartment is cozy, well-equipped and well-cared for, fully stocked with the essentials, including towels, toiletries and and a selection of pillows. The switches for the gas line and fireplace are a little quirky but a snap to use with the videos Ron provided.
Speaking of which, Ron was super-responsive and helpful, and had lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Overall excellent experience.

Communication with the host was great. Detailed property instructions and info about the resort were very helpful. Everything in the home was labeled which made it so easy. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the activity on the slope. The ski lockers made it easy to store equipment. We also ordered groceries ahead of time and had them delivered to the property. Our family would rent this property again. We had fun!

We do a girls trip every year to seven spring and this year decided to stay in the villages. This property is a gem! Everyone has so much space! The decor and view are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and you have everything you would need for your stay!

Beautiful condo! Lots to do!
My family of 5 adults stayed here for the long 4th of July weekend. The condo was beautiful and just perfect for us. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view. We spent one day relaxing by the nearby pool. The next day we took the short drive to ohiopyle and spent the day white water rafting. In the evening we headed down to the resort to try our hand at axe throwing, then went back to the condo to enjoy the fireworks display. The condo was very well stocked! We didn’t need to pack soap, shampoo, or even a hair dryer! And there were even some games for us to play! Ron was wonderful and answered immediately if we had a question. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Ron!

Everything packed into 1 place
The owner has truly tried to think of everything you will need. This is both in the instructions and the actual condo. Everything is labeled in the units. Everything is new and updated. The ease of having our own code to get in and out of the house is outstanding. And the ski lockers have the same code to access games/sports equipment to play with was very nice. Owner was super responsive with any questions that we had. We stayed for the summer and would stay again for skiing if we ever choose to go to 7 springs for the winter.

Best Experience We Could Ever Ask For!!!
We loved every single aspect of this rental experience. The rental process is seamless and the owner is quick to respond with any questions we had. The rental details provided are exact and easy to follow. The condo is super clean and the decor and furnishings are incredible. The beds are all very comfortable. We loved the location. And the views are amazing. It’s fun watching the skiers from the two porches overlooking the trail and entrance to the slopes. The atmosphere is great. This is definitely a 4-season location. We all definitely plan on coming back soon. If you’re thinking of renting, this is the perfect spot for you!!

Friends Getaway
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay. We had 6 adults in our party. We had planned a friends getaway to ski and celebrate the New Year. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough snow to ski. But this place is excellent for skiing purposes as it is a ski in/ski out house. The views are great. The shuttle is a bonus as we didn't have to drive anywhere the entire weekend.
The house is fully stocked and communication with Ron was impeccable. He was very quick to respond and was able to afford us an early check-in.
If I had to critique one thing, it would be the bunk room that is connected to the master bedroom. You had to walk through the bunk room to get to the master. And the master doesn't have it's own bath. It is shared with the bunk room - so there wasn't as much privacy as you would think with having a master bedroom.
Again, overall this is a great place and we would definitely come again!

Great condo in Seven Springs
My family has been visiting Seven Springs for over 15 years considering it's a fun & friendly family oriented resort close enough for us to drive to. At the beginning we'd stay at the hotel, but the past few years, especially as our children grew older, we've been renting condos at Stonegate, trying to stay on boomerang trail, which usually offer ski in/ ski out conditions when village trail isn't open. It's always so much fun to do so. Ron's place was no exception!! Located on the third level, the views are really nice and the trail is right there (you will have to climb up / down a few flights of stairs) and it's definitely worth it. The beds were so comfy, the place is very well equipped and clean. 2 balconies! very roomy to enjoy the big screen and awesome fireplace in the living room. Ron was super helpful the entire time leading up to our stay and even while there. I love all the outlets and usb ports everywhere - super helpful to keep all the gadgets charged and the lighting was very cool too. We'll definitely be staying here again if given the chance. Thanks Ron for allowing us to stay at your place - we really enjoyed it!!
