At our arrival the security guy gave us the key, he took us upstairs the room and after he opened the room he disappeared without saying anything or show the room. The room is small, the bed in our room was small but the mattress comfortable. I asked for another pillow and they gave me. The bathroom was loosing water and not only from the toilet. Door and window were full of mouds and no mosquito net. Please provide as soon as possible to repair everything.

The studio/bathroom didn't have a sink where you could brush your teeth or wash your hands.

Friendly host / Basically you stay in the room next to the host's appartment, so if there is anything, help is readily available.
Quite, nice atmosphere and small room but has everything what it needs / We were a bit afraid though as the ceiling fan was not 100% stable, so that's why we did not keep it on at night. However you really need the fan as the heat is almost unbearable!

Nanzala is a very friendly host. She arranged a transport for us and helped us because we had some health issues. The apartment is pretty basic, but it got all we needed. Safe area.

There is no window at all😩,no mirror inside and can they add a tissue holder cz it was getting wet when using the shower.
They can also add a couch or table and chair to sit on while eating ☹️

The host can improve on communication. The number listed wasn't responding to calls immediately. Maybe consider providing an alternative number to use when the main one isn't reachable.
Provide a plate or two in the room. There are only cups for taking tea.
Check instant shower. The medium(warm) mode doesn't work, it still outputs very hot water.
