The balcony was amazing! the views and sunsets were just incredible. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable. Our check in was great, Maro couldn’t have been more helpful with lots of tips of places to visit and things to do and see. The communication was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Apartment Nia Superior and if we are back in Dubrovnik we will definitely stay again!!

Some of the terrace furniture needs updating (pic provided) The 80 steep stairs up to the property felt unsafe and could be improved. The number of stairs needs to be publicised The property is not very conveniently located and we needed to use Ubers all the time.

It was clean and comfortable. Beatiful large terrace with sun beds launge corner and fantastic wiew! Air condittion in every room. Laundry machine. All is new and fresh! Helpful staff and owner.

Norhing bad to say here - location not the central, but on the top of the hill above Dubrovnik with fantastic view on the day and night to port Gruž and the city!

The terrace has a wonderful view of Dubrovnik and the sea. The apartment is modern and very clean. The host was very helpful with our luggage and information about the area.

Lots of steps to get to the apartment, but the host will help you with the luggage. Definitely not for people with mobility issues. Not a walking distance do the city center.
