Posizione perfetta in quanto a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione da cui parte il famoso treno del Bernina. La proprietaria una ragazza giovane, solare e molto disponibile.. come benvenuto ci ha omaggiati delle mele coltivate direttamente dal nonno, di liquori prodotti in casa e di altre piccole "coccole" non previste e soprattutto non scontate.. ci ha saputo indirizzare perfettamente su posti in cui cenare e visite da effettuare... addirittura si è proposta di portarci a spasso il cagnolino che viaggiava con noi in caso di impedimenti durante le nostre escursioni. Stanze accoglienti, ben rifornite di ogni materiale e molto pulite..letti comodissimi. Nel complesso quindi esperienza più che eccellente..torneremo sicuramente, soprattutto dopo l'invito della proprietaria alla baita di famiglia 👍

Isabella was a pleasant and helpful host. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were much appreciated. It is centrally located within walking distance of the station, restaurants and old town.

Location in the center of Tirano, and the hostess will give good recommendations too! There is a shared kitchen with one other room, but the kitchen is very well equipped. Hostess even had some drinks for us in the fridge and some coffee or tea for the morning. No air-conditioning, but the floors are cooled some way, so it wasn't hot (even though the temp was above 30 degrees)

Perfect hotel like setup with the added bonus of a kitchen shared with just one other room. Very recently remodeled, spotlessly clean and a very convenient location.

Isabella is a fantastic host. We were not expecting food to be provided but there was a lovely selection of food and drink in the shared kitchen. The kitchen is shared by only two rooms. A wonderful base for doing the glacier express

The room was adjacent to another room kitchen hard to use without making s lot of noise. the coffee maker was extremely loud!

It's difficult to list all the great things about this property! On check-in we were greeted by Isabella who kindly gave us suggestions for things to see and places to eat. We tried most of them and they were great! Throughout our stay, she was always available for any questions via Whatsapp or through the Booking app. There are also leaflets available on location about train schedules, hiking trails, etc. As for the property itself, it's hard to tell if it's newly refurbished or extremely well maintained and cleaned (probably both!), but everything was sparkling! We stayed in the blue room which looked very modern, with excellent lighting, very comfortable bed, USB sockets, window roller shutters etc. We also had access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, with a great coffee machine, fridge space and a selection of teas, snacks and drinks available. Welcome snacks were also available in our room on arrival which was a great touch! Whether you're in Tirano for the town itself or for the Bernina Express, and whether you're travelling by train or car, the property's location makes it an ideal choice regardless. There is a less than 5 mins walk to the train station (which includes the Bernina Express starting point), 5 mins walk to the city center and there is ample private parking available on location. The nearest supermarket is also just 1 min away. It's fair to say that this was one of the best and most welcoming properties we've stayed in!

The place was well designed and spotlessly clean and the use of the kitchen was great.

Our host was exceptional and was very welcoming. She responded quickly and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There were snacks and drinks readily available at all times. We would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Tirano.

Very nice room very close to train station. Close walk to everything. Very clean. Nicely appointed and everything was very nice. Very pleasant touch to have some breakfast snacks and some drinks available in the fridge (even a beer and some liquors!!!). Coffee machine also a nice touch. Isabella was so very helpful with directions and recommended the best restaurant - very helpful. I really loved the soap products - I wish to ask what the body wash is because it smells so good!!! Tirano is way more than a stop to the train Bernina Express. A lovely city and lots to see and great local hikes. Highly recommended is the restaurant recommended by our host - Palazzo Parravicini - it was very very good.

Next room is very close - you can hear then talking etc. so you need to keep your door closed and hope they are not noisy- however I did not find this an issue for our stay- but might be for others. Minor issue and does not detract from my overall feelings.

This accommodation has two rooms with a shared kitchen which is well stocked to prepare food and eat. There were complimentary pastries for breakfast, drinks (even home made liqueur!) and a good quality coffee machine. It is both modern - almost brand new - and immaculate. (I've never given full marks for cleanliness in any review). It is less than 5 minutes walk from the station, and 10 minutes to the old town. There's a supermarket a couple of minutes away. The location was very quiet and I slept well. It is possible to hear the residents in the adjacent room so it is necessary to be quiet but that suited me. Isabella was a helpful host who spoke English. Fantastic accommodation and I will return should I need to stay in the area again.

Located close to the station, supermarket and bars for breakfast round the corner, also restaurants for eating out available in walking distance. Parking place on private ground directly next to the room is a plus. Info material for Bernina train, Tirano and Valtellina is available also for guests, which we appreciated as we arrived too late for the tourist information to be open, and left early next morning with the Bernina train. Tips for restaurants were given and appreciated!

Very nice and caring private staff. Very close to the main station, just 5 minutes to walk. Very clean and modern, especially the bathroom. Netflix account included on the TV.

It was excellent! Came with a shared kitchen. Everything was clean. Location is right by the train station. So if you are catching the BERNINA express, you are in luck!

Walls were very very thin. You could hear the water flushing and every conversation from the other room

The room was brand new, there were drinks for us in the fridge and private parking in front of the room. Also Netflix and Amazon prime.
