This was our 3rd trip to Carillon and first time at Beach Castle. We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again. Our kids (2 & 5) loved the space to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked, which in other rentals I have stayed in has not been the case. Also, I did reach out to Don during the stay and he was very quick in response. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall very nice property. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Plenty of games and activities. Good sized bedrooms. Easy check in and check out process 😊 private community is awesome!

We were 5 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of dishes, silverware and kitchen supplies. Just across the street from the pool and pickleball courts. We played every morning. We loved all the outdoor seating areas too. Coffee in the mornings and happy hour in the evenings. Don made sure our every need was met. We hope to be back next year!! Carillon Beach is our favorite place to vacation. We love the fact that it is a gated community.

This is a beautiful property, it had everything we needed as a family. The hall bunk beds were large enough for teenagers to sleep in. We had my son and his fiancé fly in for a few days and we easily fit them in the sleeping arrangements. We never felt crowded. The outdoor shower was nice to rinse sand off before going into the house. Grilled out a few nights and everything we needed was there including large serving trays . The owner was great to work with, will definitely stay here again in the future.

The property owner was the best ever, very responsive and accommodating.
The home was super comfortable, across the street from the heated pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, and playground. The beach was minutes away. We home to return as it was a fabulous vacation!

Return to Beachcastle
The owner and housekeeping were very, very accommodating. We had a major problem with car rental at the airport and the owner and housekeeper were very diligent, and mainly, pleasant, to work and get us in early because of our rental car situation. The house was clean and very well furnished for a family vacation. We will return to Beachcastle and highly recommend for anyone looking in Carillon Beach.

Carillon is the only place my family wants to stay, and this house makes that decision easy. Clean, well supplied, and modern. Owner stays in touch with you throughout the booking and we had no issues at all. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect Family Beach Stay
We enjoyed our month at Beachcastle. The home provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and host our family and grandkids. All the tucked away decks and sitting areas were enjoyable and offered privacy. The community is outstanding as well as nearby Conservation Park. We hope to return to this beautiful property.

Excellent Time Had By All
The Beach House is amazing. We loved the spacious feel and all the decks. The outside shower and the hose to spray off beach items were great. We cooked most of our meals and really enjoyed the kitchen. A large casserole dish and some cookie sheets would be a nice addition to the kitchen.
The close proximity to the large pool is nice. For future renters I would suggest bringing washcloths, towels and bath mats. There was only one set per person for the five of us.
I look forward to the beds and furniture upgrades. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful family Fall Break!
This was our 9th trip to Carrilon and we loved Beach Castle! It was a great house for 4 adults and 3 kids. The beach and pool are a super close walk. The owner was very responsive and great to work with! We will stay here again.

Fabulous property for our family vacation!
Loved the cleanliness of this property! Great kitchen with everything you would need to cook a family dinner. Couches comfy along w beds and pillows. Loved all the balconies to enjoy our morning coffee. Close the beach walkover and pool. Really a great experience!

Good overall
Overall good, we enjoyed the spacious rooms and decorations. MB was beautiful, very comfortable but needed more bath towels. Both queen BR bathrooms needs window coverings for privacy. The boys loved the bunk beds, especially the night lights, personally I felt the bunks needed an extra rail for safety. The sofa and Queen beds needs to be upgraded. We enjoyed the house and would recommend it.

Our Beachcastle in Carillon
Our 3 generations of family came to Carillon Beach for our first time in July for a week. Fell in love with Beachcastle online and booked it for our week. It was perfect! Everything you could possibly need is supplied in the kitchen. Found the house spacious, yet cozy. Loved the crows nest. There are 2 bikes that the grandkids loved. Would have loved to have had 2 more bikes. The owners were wonderful and very gracious to work with. Hope to return again.

Beach Castle was a dream!
I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at the Beach Castle! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 older children. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill was amazing!! It was super clean and decorated nicely. We will be staying here again!

Great stay
The property was cute, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pantry situation has been taken care of with a free standing pantry. Towels were pretty darn good quality and decent quantity. (One of my pet peeves) Loved the washer and dryer. Two things I wish were different. There are ample balconies on front of house, however I would love to see the back space more usable. That is where I prefer to have my morning coffee and dinner. And one other "negative", the two back doors have a film on them so you cannot see out. I would much prefer blinds that would allow me to open and close at my preference. I did feel a bit claustrophobic with the filmed doors. But those are about the only negatives and small ones. Each room had its own bath, and I loved having a 1/2 bath, so everyone can keep their baths to themselves. Place was very clean. I am not sure if they were left over from previous guests, or if the owner has these for every visit, but we had a beautiful floral arrangement when we arrived. My family LOVES fresh flowers. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this property

Exactly As "Advertised"
This home is everything the listing says it is and perhaps more. Highlights from my experience:
- Ideal location with private beach
- spacious, super clean (felt so comfortable even during COVID)
- great amenities throughout home and community (pool, etc.)
- great communication with owner (pre and during visit)

Escape to BeachCastle
We had a great week at BeachCastle with 4 adults and 3 small children. Carillon has been our beach destination for the 7 years and this was our first time at this property. BeachCastle was clean, large enough for our family, and the children were enchanted with the tower room. Don responded quickly to our minor requests and questions both before and during our stay. We cooked all our meals with carry-out a few times in the well-stocked kitchen. We purchased a few dish towels to supplement the one provided. As there is no accessible pantry in the kitchen, we moved some glassware in the cabinets to accommodate our groceries. The showers were spacious and a few more bath towels would be nice. With three little ones, we did a lot of laundry. Instructions for using the washer would be helpful as we found it would not start without the addition of the liquid soap left there (maybe it only allows liquid) and we wanted to use our own unscented detergent pods. Also, cleaning the mat on top of the washer/dryer would allow one to use the area for folding--it was grimy with detergent residue. The outdoor shower offers privacy and the kids used it daily. We also used the charcoal grill. We enjoyed the boogie boards provided by the owner. The beaches were not crowded--just like usual at Carillon, which was a relief based on other FL beaches we'd seen in the media. We always love walking/running in the Carillon neighborhood and especially during the pandemic, we were beyond thankful for a fun and peaceful week at Carillon.

Perfect family vacation house
Highly recommend Carillon Beach and the BeachCastle. Great location between the pool/basketball court and a short walk to the beach. house was well stocked and nicely appointed. Only minor complaint was that cars headed to the condos drive fairly fast down Park Shore drive, but wasn’t a big deal. We had a great week.

Quarantine Heaven
Although the trip was marred by the coronavirus, The Beach Castle was a great place to stay. There were eight of us and we all had her own space. Yet we could get together for fun games meals in the common areas. The facilities were great and the location was great. The kitchen worked out very well since we had to cook almost all of our own meals. The area was fantastic for bike riding and walking, playing corn hole and bocce ball. If we had to be quarantined this was a great place to do it.

Love the Beach Castle
We had 4 adults & 3 children, plenty of space in the home. It was very clean (and I’m picky!), the kitchen was well stocked & it was a comfortable place to stay. It’s a nice spot between the pool & beach as well. There are beach chairs that belong to the property, but I didn’t realize that at first somehow, so we didn’t actually use them. Don is very accommodating...I asked quite a few questions and he always responded quickly.

Fun at Beach Castle
We had a great week at Beach Castle! The property is very nice and has a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed except an ironing board. We loved our week at Carillon Beach!!

Great Stay!!
We loved the beach house. The kitchen was stocked with spices and all kind of cooking supplies. We were able to cook meals in the crock pot at least 2 times during our stay. The beds were very nice and everything was exactly the way it was pictured in the listing. They had beach supplies so you don't have to bring your stuff from home if you dont want to. WE will stay there again if it is available next time we come to Carillon beach. Thanks for letting us borrow your house for the week !!! We loved it

Great house & vacation.
Had another great vacation in Carillon Beach, our first staying at Beach Castle. The house was fabulous and met all of our needs. Each couple had their on en-suite, and the living room was very comfortable and large enough for everyone to hang out. Short walk to the beach and to the cute downtown Carillon area. Owner was great to work with as well. Will stay here again for sure.

Lots of fun at Beach Castle!
Our family loves Carillon Beach. We’ve stayed at a variety of houses there over the years and Beach Castle did not disappoint. It was a perfect set up for our family of five. We also liked that it had plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. The location was great too. Big thumbs up! 👍
