Check in was easy, the view of the bay magnificent! The unit itself was comfortable. They allow dogs and apparently renters before us must have a big shedder since we swept at least 3 times during the week and picked up dog hair EVERYTIME it was even in the door mat. The outdoor showers were great! We wished it wasn’t on the main street or in a neighborhood but the bay view made up for the lack of curb appeal. We would definitely stay there again.

Truly a nice property on the Bay. The deck was nice to have for Bay Sunsets however, some upgrades needed. Deck lock rusted. Front door very hard to lock. Not a bowl to be had for large servings. Bathroom towel bar was broken. On the bright side, Beds comfortable, great Cable and Streaming, great parking and not a far walk to the beach. The owners are lovely and they also provide beach badges which is a plus!!!

Everything was exactly as expected. Check in was simple.
We loved being able to bring our dog. The living room was nice and cozy, the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed when sometimes rentals have very little.
The location of the rental is great with bay access, and then also only about a block from the beach.
Sunsets from the deck were even better than the pictures in the listing!
We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Off-Season Getaway
The view was perfectly beautiful. We enjoyed all the different weather types we experienced while we were there.
The house had everything we needed and then some. The thoughtfulness and care of the owners is clear with all the personal touches. We will happily be back when it gets warmer!

We would like to thank you for our stay, everything was just as described. Unfortunately we caught a crappy weather week, and a lot of places were closed, so we ended up leaving a day earlier. Loved how everything was so close to home and view in back was awesome!!! Thanks again!!

Very responsive owners
Great bayside property with excellent view and AC. Outdoor showers handy and good laundry and decent kitchen. Master bed excellent. Seating excellent.

However, the ceilings in the garage are high, it is just that the washer and dryer and built up for storm surge, obviously important. I needed to bend down to put clothes in washer but it was not a big deal. I was happy to be able to wash wet towels and bathing suits. The king bed in the 1st floor unit was very comfortable. Would have liked to see a glass mixing bowl, measuring cups and more cereal sized bowls in the kitchen. Air conditioner was great. Noise from the street was loud the first night, but we got used to it. The outdoor setting in the back of the house was worth it!

Wonderful place to stay
The apartment is a nice size, well laid out and very comfortable for our family. The house is has everything you need. I’m going to buy some of the games we enjoyed playing. The kayak was fun too.The porch is wonderful and perfect for sitting at all times of day. Really close to the ocean too.

We had a lovely week in this first floor unit. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The spotless ocean beach is only a short walk away. The deck is AMAZING, very comfortable with beautiful views of the bay. The kitchen is very well stocked with any utensils/dishes you might need during your stay. The a/c works great.
There were a couple of maintenance issues (holes in many of the screens, etc.) and I would very much recommend curtains that block more light. Also, if you are picky about blankets and pillows, bring your own. (The unit has decent pillows but they are older, and only a coverlet on each bed.)

Amazing views and stay
This getaway was wonderful. It looks exactly like its pictures. the view from the back deck is amazing , spent most of our time there. It was clean and had everything you need to just have a great time and relax Thanks for everything Kevin and Viktoriya!

Great little spot!
Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located on the island. Bedrooms are good sized, walk to beach was a breeze, plenty of parking and the deck provides great privacy on the back of the house overlooking the bay. Pet friendly was important to us and it was very convenient that the deck has a gate at the top of the stairs that locks. Loved it, just wish the weather had cooperated!

The. Best. Deck. Ever.
My family of 5 stayed on the first floor in July - a consistently hot and humid week. We were grateful for the working AC. In general the house was in very good condition, nicely decorated, comfortable, and well stocked. The floor is starting to warp a little and the door knob was broken, so we couldn't lock the door, and we accidentally broke a window (ugh!). These issue prompted several visits from Kevin and one of his employees. They were very nice and easy to deal with.
The deck is large and provides a great view of the bay, which provides the most beautiful sunsets. There are several comfortable chairs, a hammock (that is easy to put up and take down) and a picnic table. There is also a gate which locks, which is very helpful with dogs.
The yard is stone, so not easy to walk barefoot. It's surrounded by a lovely reed "fence". There's a opening in the weeds to access a small "beach" on the bay - which is lovely to sit at. The bay smells of sulfer, and is too shallow for swimming, but it's beautiful for kayaking. The property allows use of their tandem kayak - it's heavy and hard to maneuver.
This property allows dogs, so we brought ours. The backyard isn't huge, but it provides ample room to walk a dog in the morning before you're ready to hit the street. Bear in mind that this means that your 2nd floor housemates may also have dogs, Our upstairs neighbor dogs were quiet and well behaved, but their owners did not clean up after them in the yard.
The front of the house is Long Beach Blvd, so very busy, but not very noisy. There's a crosswalk on the corner and 1 block to the beach. It's a long walk with coolers and chairs! The beach here is very deep, so there's a long walk to a spot in the sand too! They do check for badges quite often, but they don't count them - we had 5 people and 4 badges with no issues. There are also plenty of food options nearby and it's an easy place to walk around. It's about 5 miles to Beach Haven center - we rode our bikes there often.
The only other weird thing to note is that you cannot stand up to use the laundry facilities - the machines are on a platform and the ceiling is low. I'm short, and I imagine this would be difficult for a taller person.
All in all this house and property is beautiful and the owners are great. I definitely recommend it.

comfortable and clean
The house was very conveniently located. It was neat and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be that when I got there I had to buy a hair dryer. (I have never stayed anywhere where one was not furnished) I should have paid more attention. Also, no linens were furnished. To bring beach towels, bath towels, sheets for 3 different size beds is a little inconvenient. However, I used LBI Dreamakers, and they wound up saving me the headache. (at an extra fee of course) All in all, it was a very nice place, and the sunset over the bay was awesome. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful HOME!
As other reviews have stated- this is a lovely home- I walked in the front door, and felt and said "Ahhh"! The view from the deck, living and dining room is gorgeous- lots of windows and comfortable seating. Immaculate, well equipped kitchen; the home is decorated to give you a sense of calm. Centrally located on the island, it is set back from the main road with lots of parking available, and a traffic light nearby to easily cross the street to the beach if you're there in season (otherwise, not an issue). The owners could not have been nicer, and I greatly appreciate the fact that their home is pet friendly. It's definitely "a keeper"! Thank you Viktoriya and Kevin!

Great sunsets
This rental was so clean! The furniture was beautiful, it had a nice kitchen with all the appropriate silverware and dishes, pots and pans. It was perfect for 6 people. The queen beds were very comfortable! I was surprised how close to the beach this house was...one block. Viktoriya and Kevin were very attentive. The location was perfect for beach, restaurants and miniature golf. This was a pet friendly house that was spotless. I would definitely recommend this house.

A VACATION YOU WON'T FORGET
This rental exceeded my expectations. It was clean, homey.. Perfect size for my group. We had 6 adults that all slept comfortably... And I can't stress enough how much it felt like we were home. We had the pleasure of meeting Viktoriya and Kevin the day we got there, and even saw them around town a few nights. Wonderful, warm, friendly people who were happy to direct us to the popular spots to check out in LBI. Also, you can't beat the location. You get to watch beautiful sunsets on the bay every night while barbecuing and listening to music... And during the day you have a short walk to the beach (only about a block away). This is our first trip to Long Beach Island but for sure won't be our last. I hope to rent this location again next year. Trust me, this is a rental you will not regret!!!! Thank you Viktoriya and Kevin for an unforgettable vacation. It's been a few weeks since we got home and we still are talking about how perfect our week at your house was.

Very Nice Property
We enjoyed our week at Brant Beach. The property is clean with everything you need including beach passes, beach chairs and umbrella. The bay view of sunsets from the deck were terrific. Short walk to beach with convenient and safe cross walk at light across busy LB Blvd. Viktoriya was great to work with and very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful family vacation with 3 generations and beautiful weather at LBI! The sunsets were amazing and the deck accommodated us nicely. The beds were all comfortable and the amenities were as described. I would recommend this for a group of 6 who are able to take the stairs!

Great time!
We had a wonderful family vacation, with our dog Ashkii. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin and Viktoriya were easy to deal with, prompt in responding to emails and even mailed us something that we left at the house! Would love to rent this place again next year!
