El paso dentro de este condominio con vista al mar recién remodelado en Surfside Beach deseable. El condominio cuenta con vista directa al mar y está a sólo pasos de la playa. Esta unidad cuenta con un balcón privado, aparcamiento privado y seguro y una gran piscina privada para los huéspedes Pelican Pass. El condominio fue totalmente renovado en el año 2016 - cada pulgada ha sido tocado con cuidado. En la visualización de las imágenes podrás ver las muchas comodidades en su interior. El condominio es muy amplia, con casi 1100 sq. Ft. Es una unidad 1er piso final. También tiene un tamaño de la habitación llena de lavandería. Ha sido bellamente decorado con todas las comodidades del hogar. Instalaciónes exteriores cuentan con sala de asar a la parrilla y ducha exterior. Situado entre la entrada de Murrell y Myrtle Beach con muchas atracciones para incluir: golf, restaurantes, tiendas, actividades al aire libre y mucho más. A una corta distancia a pie de restaurantes, bares y Surfside Beach Pier.

The condo is amazing and very close to the beach entrance – just a short walk to the other side of the street and you’re there! The place is great, clean, and it has everything you need to feel comfortable. Also, very close to many restaurants and the Pier.
We were there during the tropical storm Debby and had to cut our vacation short, but Roger was a great host, and he communicated with us several times to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed. We are planning to return and would rent again without hesitation! Highly recommend this place.

I was so happy when we got inside — the pictures don’t do it justice. It was so convenient to the beach - my 2 year old had no issues to and from. It was very clean. Little spikey gumballs from the trees get in the breezeway but as long as you’re wearing shoes it’s no problem. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed an awesome week in SSB at this property. We had everything we needed in the unit and everything was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the “home style” linens and towels and not the scratchy generic ones you sometimes get elsewhere. The property is very close to the beach and only a few blocks walking distance to restaurants. Overall, very pleased and would rent again without hesitation. Thank you.

This was an amazing condo! Everything inside was comfortable and homey. Being on the first floor was the best. The walk to the ocean was super quick, with an access point right across the street. The pool was excellent! We used it multiple times per day, everyday we were there. Great restaurants right up the street. All in all, made a wonderful vacation. Looking forward to our next vacation. Thank you for sharing your place!

Place was great. Nice location a close enough walk to the restaurants but far enough down Ocean Blvd that the beach is a bit less crowded. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The host, Roger, was very communicative and even called to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed during an incoming tropical storm. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful visit to Surfside while dropping my daughter off at college. The unit was clean, comfortable, steps away from the beach, and within easy walking distance of the restaurants in Surfside. Has safe parking behind the building, and a lovely balcony out front with a glimpse of the ocean.

The property was clean and super stocked, the kitchen, baths and laundry room had all the accomodations of home just had to bring our supplies...was great for having littles ones under the age of 4. Great location to the beach and local hot spots. We will be booking here again! Thank you

Our family of four loves our stay in this 2 bed 2 bath condo. The unit was very clean. Beds very comfortable and kitchen fully stocked for a week of cooking in unit. The pool is a little dated but very clean and a great size for 18 units that share it. We would definitely rent again!

Awesome Condo!
We had a wonderful vacation in Surfside! Everything from the booking to check out was a breeze. This condo suited our needs perfectly. It was super clean and the kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals. There were so many fun restaurants within walking distance and the beach was just across the street. It's a beautiful, clean beach and very quiet area. Thank you for a seamless experience!

Walked into one of the nicest cleanest condo's we've stayed in!! We loved the location and super easy access to the beach! The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip after we came off the ocean!! We definitely would love to spend another week, or two there!!!

Was a great place. Price was better than similar condos and it had everything I was looking for. Nice pool, close to beach, 2 baths, and was recently remodeled. Large tvs in every room. Plenty of comfy living room furniture which other places may lack.

We really liked the condo. Kitchen had a lot of dishes, glasses and cookware. The only things I needed that were not there was a crock pot and an iced tea pitcher
