Very nice condo. The main bedroom suite was spacious and the bathroom had two sinks and lots of storage. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots and pans (unusual in most vacation rental units). It was also very quiet. It’s nice to be in River Run with all the restaurants and shops.

Our condo was nice and easily fit 4 people. Close to the gondola, food, and shopping. The beds were comfortable. Would stay there again. The only issue was a couple of lights were missing bulbs (I found extras in the closet)

The property itself is fabulous -- a lovely, spacious condo right in River Run village. The hot tub was great and not too busy since they have 3 of them. The price is high, but that is to be expected for a great space in a location like that. There were some things we didn't expect though, and weren't really happy about:
- The management company requires you to sign a very lengthy contract in addition to the standard Vrbo agreement. It's like you're signing for a 6 month lease, not a 1 night stay.
- Vrbo confirmed my rental was booked, and I didn't immediately see the emails about the extra contract. The management company threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't sign that extra contract right away, causing me stress over a reservation that had already been confirmed.
- You have to pick up the keys at a different location, and your keys are accessible to others sharing the same keycode. It'd be easy for someone to steal the keys to multiple properties and just try every door until one works.
- You can't check in until 4:30, so we got to our room at 4:45 and were surprised to find the cleaning staff in our room. They left immediately, so whatever they didn't finish cleaning before we arrived was left uncleaned.
Overall it's a great condo but these issues really took away from the experience. I'd save some money and go elsewhere next time, Keystone is a short drive from anywhere you can stay in Dillon and you don't need to stay on the resort to have a great time.

Absolutely loved the rental. Very clean and everything seemed brand new. The best part obviously is the location. Walk out the back door and you're instantly in Keystone's river run village with a 60 second walk to the gondola. Hot tubs were prime, ski locker was in a solid location, very affordable. Only thing I noticed is not a lot of storage/dressers for clothes but I don't really care about that on a ski trip. Will definitely be back next year

Overall this was a great place to stay and would happily stay again. The unit was bigger than expected and had ample room for ski storage and the "stuff" that comes with a typical family of four that is tends to pack for every imaginable case in scenario. We also double ordered groceries and still had plenty of space. My only point to note would be the location. I can't stress this enough, the location was not a concern for us but can get pretty noisy early in the morning as the resort prepares the lots and people arrive. Each morning we were greeted with the snow removal teams outside our window clearing the roads. It was a nice wake up call for those wanting to hit the mountain early but could be a concern for light sleepers or people who want to sleep in. I also only really noticed it on the days it snowed. Normal skier traffic through the access points to the village below were relatively minor. At night, there were no issues at all.

Overall this was a great property. There were games for the kids and everything worked. We locked ourselves out and they were able to send someone to open it in 20 minutes. Not bad!

great location to river run, clean and as described
Stay was great. Condo had everything we needed. One minor property (loose towel holder) that I alerted the maintenance team to but opted to wait for repair until after our departure as it was a minor detail. Received a couple of text (that I appreciated) at the beginning of stay, in the middle of the stay, and at the end of stay to see if we needed anything. Very easy to communicate with via text.
Only part that bothered me was that there is no divider/door between the master bathroom and the master bedroom. My spouse and I woke at different times and showered/got ready for the day at different times. There was no way of not disturbing the other person who is asleep. Maybe a curtain rod with the ability to pull a curtain across the "open" door area to block the light/noise would be helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in this condo!

When we arrived the bed was disassembled and leaning against a wall, one of the chairs was stuck to the floor, and another chair was so rickety I wouldn't let my kids sit in it. Some repairs are needed here. Very happy with the response from maintenance, the amenities, and convenience of location.

The dishwasher in the unit was not working, which we only found out after the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and I called to report an issue. Had I known that information when we checked in, I would have known not to use the dishwasher at all. Also, the shower curtain liners were filthy, and in need of laundering. The condo is in Silvermill, a great location that is walkable to the slopes.

Location was great , all are in river run. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Issue is condo is run down , many items broken or damaged. Since property mgr makes you sign a 15 page contract I wanted to make sure I was not going to be charged for damaged items. And there are many , chairs ready to break , broken shelves in frig , facet handles coming off , whole in door , Formica coming off............ property mgr said owner has to approve fixes , so I wouldn't expect it.

Perfect location, great property!
This condo is conveniently located with only a short walk to the gondola and the heart of River Run's restaurants, shops and pubs. We used all three hot tubs while we were there! The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners were really communicative and responsive. Great place for our family vacation! We hope to come back again!

Great Location, Condo rundown
First trip to Keystone and loved the skiing. The condo is in a great location just about a football field walk to the main lift. The condo is very run down and really needs some remodeling. I have stayed at Motel 6’s that were better kept. The checkin process was difficult as I could not get the lockbox to open. Eventually I was able after multiple attempts. The owners really need to replace the kitchen chairs before someone falls when they sit on them. It seemed like every condo around had their hot tub open except for this resort , did not read anywhere on the website that it was being closed along with the pool. All in All, had great time skiing but did not enjoy the accommodations

Good visit. Good location. The unit, for the price, needs some TLC. Hole in the guest bedroom door, the lower cabinet in kitchen by the sink barely hanging on, floor boards and tile pretty beat up, guest beds a little tipsy. When i booked it showed hot tubs, but the hot tubs were not open which was disappointing, probably would have booked elsewhere due to this. The building is great, staff response was great.

Perfect location for family skiing!
This property was perfect for our family (two adults and two children (8 and 11). We loved being right in the River Run village close to all the shops and restaurants. We also appreciated how close the condo was to the gondola.
The unit was clean, well appointed, and we loved the layout. Access to the ski locker in the lobby area was very convenient and much appreciated.
We will be back next year!
