Our stay was amazing. This apartment is walking distance to most everything you want to venture to. Our accommodations were comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

This little apartment is in great walking distance to everything. The ferry arrives 2 blocks away, it has shops & places to eat all around it. Right next door is the moped rental company as well. The space is a little dated but clean and airy. We would stay again if every out this way.

A very comfortable, well furnished place. I prefer unit 1 for the larger kitchen and living space. It was raining on our first night and we stayed in playing games at the big table. Very fun. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has some basic condiments which is nice. Bedrooms don’t have doors, just screens. Location is perfect. Will gladly stay again.

My friend and i had a wonderful stay above Funk & Junk. The location is perfect for walking abound town, plus a couple of delicious restaurants very close by!

We loved the this apartment for its comfort, light and personality. The location in the center of Friday Harbor could not be better. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We loved staying so close to town and walking to restaurants. The restaurant next door was a little loud in the morning, but otherwise it was good. The beds were comfortable. Overall we had a great stay.

Arriving at Annie's Rental couldn't have been easier. Literally a minute off the ferry, you're parked and finding her in her Antique store. Open and friendly, Annie welcomed us with an easy acknowledgment of our reservation. The unit is upstairs, in the back. Roomy, with an additional back deck. (No view to speak of, but good morning light; as well as a surprise chance to listen to live music played at the restaurant next door on the Friday of our stay.) Bed was comfortable, linens soft and good quality, with great space to spread out. Large fans help with any upstairs warming, and the door to the back deck brings in more airflow. (Just know there are no screens, but we had no issues with insects.) We enjoyed browsing her Antique store. Bought some Depression glass plates. Spent more time exploring the town on foot than expected (- so easy!) Shops, museums, and views. Two of three nights we went to Cease and Desist for great beer. No food to speak of, but the views, vibe, and brews were a hit with us. Also went to Blue Water Bar and Grill and had a really good meal. Spending more time in town than we expected, we only had one day to drive around and did not see half of it. Highlights were the San Juan Distillery, Roche Harbor, Sculpture Park, Krystal Acres Alpaca, and a brief chance to look out over the ocean just south of Lime Kiln Park to view Vancouver Island. Annie's rental is a great spot for easy access to town and the ferry, and comfortable accommodations.

Wonderful 2 night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment! Annie was very easy to communicate with, and we loved the eclectic decorations.

This place was great for my wife and I. I would have preferred a bedroom door but new ahead of time.

This stay was perfect for what we needed! Fully equipped kitchen, prime location with everything in Friday harbor within walking distance, super easy check-in/out process! Highly recommend!

Excellent communication, and location. Would definitely stay again

The unit is nice and well located, but they had no record of my reservation when we arrived to check in, despite making the reservation a month prior. They did not respond to emails or phone calls made the day prior and the day of arrival, asking for entry instructions. We had to use the VRBO call center to get sorted out. When we arrived, one half of the lodging was already occupied for that night and we had to shoehorn our group into one unit.

This place was great! It was clean, comfortable and close to everything that Friday Harbor had to offer. We walked to everything in town! The owner Ann was so friendly & accommodating. My only suggestion would be to list that the place does not have a/c and that windows don't have screens on them, which wasn't a deal breaker for me as it was September but it still was warm up there and we had to open windows and doors & just deal with any insects that flew in. If it was summertime, the A/C situation would have been total deal breaker...other than that we love, Love, LOVE this place & hope to come back some day!

Was in Friday Harbor for a couple of days and couldn't have been happier with the property. Great location on a quiet street, with parking. Nice fully equipped apartment with a great balcony.

This is our second time staying here and it does not disappoint. Great value for Friday Harbor! Huge private patio which seems unadvertised. We look forward to staying here every year.

We loved our stay. The space was roomy, had everything we needed and was in a super location which provided a very short walk to the store front area. The back deck was a wonderful benefit as well!!!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The property is in the heart of Friday Harbor but was very quiet at night. Coffee right around the corner! There was an issue and Annie kept us well-informed and went above-and-beyond to make it right.

The place was spotless. Excellent central location, awesome owner. Great place to stay! One suggestion would be screens for the windows, it was warm (low 80’s) when we were there and we either got flys or too much hot, musty air.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this loft apartment. Nice patio and amenities. Very close to ferry terminal and all restaurants and shops. Thanks for the good memories.

We liked it but suggest cleaning the many windows, which were sad to look out of. Otherwise it was clean and sweet, as well as roomy. Do note that the one bathroom is inside of one of the bedrooms, and that the bedrooms have curtains instead of doors.

The unit is above a cute antique shop and everything in Friday Harbor is within walking distance. Great location and comfortable living space. We particularly enjoyed the wrap-around bench for the dining table. Perfect for eating, reading, and lounging.

Property was nice with good amenities, but the TV wasn't working., stereo remote had no batteries, and some lights did not work or had no light bulbs. Overall, we still like the stay with those few exceptions.

This property was just what we wanted. Location is prime. Walking distance to everything even the ferry if you don’t want to bring your car across. MAKE FERRY RESERVATION!!!! The listing says 6 occupancy but they charge the “extra guest fee”for anything over 2 occupancy. Still worth it. The balcony was the best part! Private but you could still hear live music. We had a great time.

There was so much room. Very comfortable . Loved Annie’s artwork.Wish we could have stayed longer. It is very convenient to all Friday’s Harbor has to offer. Walkable. We’ll be back.

Centrally located, clean, lovely breakfast nook. Bedrooms had curtains instead of doors but that was fine.

Great Place in Town, easy walk from the dock, quiet and clean!

We were looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay in Friday Harbor for our first visit. Michael and Annies’ place was perfect. The two bedrooms, each in an alcove off the main living space, along with a pull out futon sofa made for comfortable sleep. We really enjoyed the sunroom with large table, and deck. It was fun to notice various antiques as decorations from their antique store below. The kitchen seemed well equipped, although we elected to eat out most meals in town, which was an easy walk away. We would definitely choose to stay again next time we are on the islands!
