We stayed two weeks at this property and had a great time, there was plenty of space, everything was very clean, the back yard is huge and the pool was a big hit. However, as someone who owns and rents out vacation properties I noticed many things that could and should be improved. 1. There is barely any grass in the back yard and as a result, it gets muddy and is also filled with weeds and branches, I and one other person got thorns stuck in our feet as a result. Must wear shoes in the yard 2. The grill needs to be replaced, it gives off a strong chemical smell when you use it and has a hard time holding heat. I would suggest adding a normal propane grill, charcoal is a pain to deal with. 3. New furniture: the beds are not comfortable and neither is any of the furniture. There is not enough sitting capacity in the main areas of the home (two small sofas) and there is no real outdoor furniture (we had to bring our own). If you have a pool, there should be some loungers for your guests. 4. Kitchen: The filter was expired in the refrigerator and the ice maker didn’t work, this needs to be fixed ASAP. In addition, the dishwasher is not properly installed, it feels like it may fall out of the cabinetry at any moment. 5. Bedrooms: For some reason, air conditioning has trouble getting to the bedrooms, I and my guests were very hot at night in the bedrooms. In addition, the mattresses are very dull and the sheets are not comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay here, but most likely wouldn’t come back unless if some changes are made.

Wonderful stay in Seminole! Great location! No pool heater so we could not swim, but house and yard was very nice!

Lots of hairs all over the place. Kitchen wear was old need replace like fry pan ...

The property was even nicer in person. My fiancé and I loved it. We didn’t even leave the house!

Communication with the owner was excellent and he worked with us with check in and check out. Excellent location: 10 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to a beautiful park with fantastic nature trails and views of the water and amazing sunsets. Great private pool MADE our trip! Kitchen was well outfitted. Plenty of sleeping space for parents and up to 6 kids.

Overall good but a few minor things. If you put plastic on the mattress you need to put mattress pads on the beds otherwise it is Difficult to sleep because all you do is sweat. The first night I thought the sheets were put on damp. Very uncomfortable. Also a stopper for the kitchen sink helps.
