Breakfast (and a la carte) was v good. The location is a little inconvenient because of roadworks and resultant road closures. This will be temporary (perhaps till end of the 2024) after which it will be a great location.
Pricing is high for this star quality of the hotel. I have used similar hotels in trhe approximate area that have been more "value for money" (at about INR 3000 per night)

My parcel was missing and I informed about to hotel last four day. I told to checked room cctv camera. But hotel was not response yet. I am totally unhappy about that matter.

The location of S Hotels is the one I like the most
To my surprise the Hotel was struggling to find my booking on arrival . Not sure whose problem was it . If it was Booking.com or the Hotel itself. The reception staff have to be little bit more customer friendly. The room could be little bit more clean. Few facilities have to be improved within the room like shower, automatic switch on of AC on getting into the room.

This hotel charges for the empty plates if you get the food from outside restaurant. I paid for the empty ceramic hotel plates for the first time in my life out of my 22 years of travel and stay in more than hundreds of hotels. I was very disappointed with this kind of service.
