The house comfortably accommodates 6 persons. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there is a washing machine on the premises. Brzac is an excellent location to avoid crowds, with 2 beaches within walking distance. There is a nice restaurant 1.5 km from the house. And Zaiko is an excellent host, responding to each request.

Villa localized in very quiet place, almost at the end of small village Brzac. There is beautiful view to Adriatic and Cres island from both groundfloor and balcony. High quality of each detail inside and outside the house - for instance roller shutters on each window operated electrically, very quiet air-conditioning system in each room operated individually, very clean 3 bathrooms and external swimming pool.

Missing kettle to boil water in the kitchen.

Amazing! The villa is absolutely fantastic... It's clean, modern, comfortable and in a great location. The pictures on booking.com do not do it justice. The owner and his son made us feel very welcome, and they have literally thought of everything, with lot's of nice little touches. Plus a beautiful secluded beach/cove nearby which combined with the villa ,made for a wonderful relaxing holiday.... We will defiantly book again :) Thank You!
