the owners are very nice and helpful and the home is very nice. It is located in a nice family residential area.
I was rerouted to a different place to stay because my room at the property that I rented, was damaged by the previous tenant. I was not given notice of this prior to my visit and arrived confused about the location.
the tenants in the room near mine were loud, stayed up until after 2:00 in the morning and were smoking pot which, permeated into my room. I notified the landlord about this and they addressed it as soon as they got my message.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking.
O felt like the host was being a little cheap. The thermostat had a lock on it and was set to 77 degrees. I stayed downstairs and felt little to no ac, witch made it hard to sleep comfortably. The tv remote for the room did not work nor did the lamp. The upstairs bathroom had paint falling off the walls and the tub and curtain were dirty. I had to clean the calcium off the shower head to get it to work. The bottom floor bathroom needs maintenance as well and I had to unclog the sink. The host asked me to pay for laundry when it’s listed as a amenity on the listing.

it’s quiet. It has kitchen appliances that we can use.
I extended my stay for another 9 days, so I stayed for more than two weeks and yet the floor is not mopped and the carpets not vacuumed. the sofa are so itchy on the skin due to heavy dust. the toilet near the kitchen is really stained.

Quiet and provided easy access to using the kitchen. The fan/light remote in the bedroom. Affordable. Key to bedroom. A comfortable bed that didnt feel like a cheap hotel bed. Smart TV.
Couldn't find the tv remote in room 2.

Good size closet and tub. Master bedroom away from other guests. Quiet location. Comfortable bed
No laundry, which was supposed to be provided. Generally dirty: closet, dresser drawers, floors, etc. My wife and I were provided only 1 towel to share for 4 days. Management said they would provide more and never did. Other guests left the property unlocked no less than 4 times

I loved the peaceful and clean environment! The owner was very accommodating.
There were some small things that needed to be fixed inside my room and the bathroom.

how safe I felt as I was traveling alone.Property manager was so helpful.. planning on staying there again in the near future.. Bed was amazingly comfy..Amazing
Bed room furniture could use updating Chair, Lamp,night stand. Bed was great. Tv remote need up grading. had to stand in front of tv for it to change channels and turn on and off.. Could not lay in bed and operate tv… Not happy.

The big tub was nice and having your own bathroom was nice
The tv was very small for the room, the bed was horribly hard, and stuffy with not much air flow.

The house is nice and clean. It's pretty quiet for the most part. The host is very kind and quick with responses. The temperature is warm on the cold days/nights. It's a lot better than staying in a hotel, that's for sure.

The house was nicely decorated and in a nice community. The mattress I slept on was so comfortable!
I don’t think the other guests understood how to lock the door behind them.
