Every year, my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren find a house to rent and spend several days. This house did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and the house were very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was very clean. There were three family room areas, so plenty of places for people to relax, visit, and play. There was a children's game closet stocked full of stuff for my grandkids. With a ping pong table, a pool table, and a movie theater, there was plenty of things to keep us occupied. We visited, we laughed, and many wonderful memories were made. We would definitely stay in this beautiful house again:)

A wonderful home for a family reunion!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house is big enough to accommodate our family with each family able to have their own bedroom(s) and bathroom. We utilized the ping pong table and pool table a lot. We also enjoyed having access to the clubhouse for swimming. We forgot to bring our basketball but we did use the pickleball court. Great place to stay and we'll likely stay here again.

The property was even better than described. The views are fantastic. The home had everything a large family could possibly want. Summer was fantastic in all of her communication. I can't say enough good things about the all around process of booking and staying at this beautiful home. My family is already talking about when we can next come back!

We had such a good experience at Big Piney Place. It was exactly what our family was looking for in a family reunion. There were about 20 of us and the place was big enough for everyone so that we didn't step on each other's toes and the common areas were large enough that we were able to hang out easily. We also really liked the double kitchen and the two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our large family to come out and stay for our sons wedding at Snowbasin! The variety of bedrooms, the abundance of bathrooms, and the location and view could not be beat! The brides family stayed across the street which made it even more fun. Thank you Summer!

We had a wonderful stay. The house had all the amenities we could have wanted and we were able to serve our multi family group easily out of the kitchen. It was great having two fridges, two dishwashers, two washing machines and two dryers! The rooms were all as described and the bathrooms were plentiful. The kids/teens had a great place to hang out in the basement and there was plenty of room for us all to hang out and enjoy meals together in the main area each morning and evening. This property is ideal - we loved it! Thank you for a great stay.

Big Piney did not disappoint! PLENTY of room. We were only a group of 7 but I can see how this place would be perfect for a family reunion or large group. We enjoyed the many amenities as well as the stunning views and wildlife in the neighborhood. It was in a convenient location to town and the ski slopes. We would definitely consider it again for a future trip!

We have stayed at other units in the same housing complex. They are all very large with many bedrooms and more than one kitchen in each house. This particular house was very nice and well equipped. Very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

This house has a great layout for families. And a beautiful location. The only problem was that the huge west facing windows had no blinds or curtains. The afternoon sun was brutal. That’s why I only gave it 4 stars.

Beautiful house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It was everything we thought it would be. If anything, the photos on the site don't do it justice. Summer was excellent to work with. Beautiful mountains, close to so many things, just an awesome place. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend this house.

This home has it all, great location in Eden, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and lots of room! Enjoyed the mountains and some snow skiing as well!

Wonderful huge home, we had 18 family and friends, everything you need, close (15) minutes to Powder Mountain ski area, tubing and snowmobiling, kitchens had everything you need, we cooked every night. This neighborhood has 30-50 deer and turkeys everywhere, we even had 2 moose 25’ from back door. I am booking this property for next February this week 👍

This property is fantastic and probably better than advertised. There was plenty of room for our whole party. The space allowed us to be able to get small children to bed and still have a game night with adults. The media room is unparalleled! We were able to watch Frozen more times than I care to count with little children snuggled up for quiet time.
Summer is excellent to work with and very responsive to any questions we had.
We drove in at night and were stunned at the beauty of the view. A number of people took advantage of the hot tub, which capitalized on the view.

Summer was fast at answering questions, the house was very clean, a great location and had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Summer's home was amazing. Beautiful views from every floor. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space for the adults and teens to spread out but plenty to do together when we came together for game night, movie night, etc. We had 3 families (total of 6 adults and 7 teens) and their was plenty of extra rooms, bathrooms and overall space than we actually needed. Ogden, Powder Mountain and Snow Basin were easy drives within 15-30 minutes from the place, the streets are well maintained and plowed often in the winter. Summer was very communicative, friendly and personable. We will definitely rebook!

We celebrated my father's 80th birthday with my siblings and their spouses. The house was perfect. Everyone had his own bedroom and the house was big and roomy so we could spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked a few great meals together. We had fun in the hot tub and playing pickleball.
We have an imuno-compromised person in our group. It was wonderful for him to have a separate room and bathroom. The house was very clean and he and his wife were comfortable and at ease, enjoying family time without extra worry.

My wife especially appreciates a well kept and clean home. Like the rest of us, she especially appreciated this home and the cleaning crew that prepared it. The views, 2 decks, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms very much fits our family needs (more than half being females wanting sufficient privacy and space). The Clubhouse and pool, along with the home's pool and tennis tables, 2 kitchens, theater room, and two extra gathering/family/game rooms provides special elbow space. Thanks for being able to use this great home!

Great for families!
This was our first time to Eden and it was beautiful! The house was clean and comfortable. It has everything to keep the teens and young ones happy and entertained. Only downside was you can only have 8 from your party in the pool areas at a time, even if they aren’t swimming. But we fully enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous home for a family reunion!
Twenty people, eight adults and twelve kids, from three one-year-olds to a 14-year-old, gathered at Big Piney in late June/early July. We had a fantastic time! The home is spacious, nicely decorated and uncluttered, very clean, and excellently appointed. On top of all the bedrooms and bathrooms and the variety of shared spaces, we really appreciated all the kitchen supplies, the boosters and pack ‘n plays, and the games/ping pong/pool table/theater room. The hot tub was a hit, too! The community pool, pickle ball/tennis court, and basketball court were close and used often, and we also enjoyed walking the trails. Hiking on ski resorts is very accessible, too, and we enjoyed that. Eden is a sweet, picturesque community, and it was great to have the Valley Market close by. We went sightseeing in Ogden one day and rented a boat on the Reservoir another, which were both hits. Proximity to the SLC airport and train station was good—not super close, but it was worth the hour drive to be in a quiet but not super-touristy area. We will definitely consider coming back for another reunion! Thanks again to Summer for all of her help!

Big Piney in June
We had a fun, active stay in a beautiful home in a scenic mountain area. The house was spacious and well appointed-- superb for our 5 families. The area offered lots of enjoyable activities for both kids and adults -- mountain views were awesome. Summer (the property manager) was friendly and exceptionallly responsive. Overall: we felt wonderfully blessed!
