Very nice house, well equipped, clean and very comfortable, all bedrooms with their own bathroom, good pool and hot tub. We enjoyed staying at this property, we highly recommend it.
The only suggestion would be to add an extra barbecue in addition to the existing small one, particularly if the group is larger than 8. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful, well maintained, well equipped vacation home for our yearly beach trip to OBX from PA. Lots of space, kids loved the pool, close to beach. Appreciated bringing our fur baby too!! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Willems Beach Club was perfect in so many ways (location, layout, amenities, etc). Eight of us (5 adults and 3 kids) stayed for the week and had plenty of space with room to spare. Miranda was proactive and responsive with her communication. Would definitely love to stay again!

This property was equipped with everything we needed for a great week. The host was communicative and helpful. We loved walking to duck every day and getting coffee or drinks. We used the beach shuttle a few times and otherwise parked with passes at the beach access. Get your tent up early to get a good beach spot! We loved the neighborhood and the amenities were amazing. Can’t wait to stay again!

Suited our family gathering perfectly. Very convenient to all amenities. Well supplied kitchen for cooking in, and loved that all BRs had en suite baths. Kids loved the pool. Walking distance to the beach, clubhouse and town.

The house was so well managed and clearly kept up to date unlike some houses. It was so clean and had all the amenities we needed/wanted. Such a big house and made the vacation feel so good. Close to everything. Thank you to the owner for sharing this beautiful house with us.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The room layout was perfect for our families. It was spacious and we loved the en suite bathrooms in each room. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs, the community was fantastic and easy to navigate and close to the beach. Loved that we could walk to town. Thank you for a great, relaxing and fun week!

The Willems Beach Club was great! It was very comfortable for two families with young children and one grandparent. The best was the pool out back, easy entertainment for the kids everyday! We also loved walking to town and going to the beach. Miranda was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house with great community amenities. The host checked in with us too! Rooms and pool where much bigger than the pictures. SO MANY beach chairs and beach toys provided & walking distance to downtown Duck. No complaints. Would stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at 100 Hatchcover...the home exceeded our expectations, and the location is perfect- a short walk or shuttle ride to the beach, and short walk into town for shopping and dining! We want to return next summer! Rich Clift

We had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room for the 3 families. The kids loved the pool in the backyard as well as the community pool. The walk to the beach was easy and they had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the sand toys while the parents liked the chairs. It was nice to have a cart and wagon to take everything to the beach. Having access to bikes was nice for night time rides. We would stay here again!

This was a very nice house with a lot of amenities. The beach was within a short walk along with the shopping area of Duck. Relaxing in the evening by the pool or in the hot tub was definitely a plus. The kids loved the ping pong table and all the games too. I am sure that we will be back!

Wonderful property! Nicely decorated and equipped. Great location with a short walk to both the beach and the town of Duck. Enjoyed the private pool every day! We would definately recomend both the area and the property.

Great house; the house is big and able to accommodate a large group. Each couple had a private room with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The beds were COMFY! Everything was clean when we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised to see just how close the home is to Duck Village; I t’s a quick drive but only a 5-minute walk. The hot tub was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool. The owner was available during our stay but we didn’t have a single issue. This home is within a community with beach access, an outdoor neighborhood pool, playground, an indoor pool, pickle ball and tennis courts. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for a family visit. Our niece wasn’t able to take a bath as some rooms had a shower and those with a tub didn’t allow tub usage; this may be an issue for some families but we improvised. The owners have games, puzzles, books, cookware, dishes, glasses, plenty of silverware, a coffee pot, Keurig, fridge with an ice maker, billiards table, stereo, beach chairs, etc. we rented a golf cart; don’t bother unless you rent a street legal one, otherwise you can only drive around within the neighborhood.
We dined at Aqua (amazing), The Village Table and Tavern (delicious), Fishbones (delicious), Treehouse Cafe (meh), and went into Kitty Hawk for Stack ‘em High breakfast one day. Highly recommend visiting the lighthouses. The OBX is a great spot for a family, multi-generational stay and we so enjoyed this home and the area!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was exactly what we were looking for and exactly how it was pictured. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 baby. Outdoor space was also great, especially the hot tub. Miranda was great at communicating before our arrival and made sure to provide us with local recommendations. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic time! The house is located in a gated community right outside the town of Duck - easy walk. The beach is a couple of blocks the other way. We found the rooms to comfortable with king size beds. Kitchen was well equipped which is not always the case. The hot tub was really nice on the chilly evenings. Pups enjoyed the fenced in yard. Miranda is an excellent host! Already thinking about next year.

The property was just as described. We had a wonderful time walking to the beach and walking into Duck. Miranda was responsive to all questions. The 4 Seasons Community was great. We used the Clubhouse pool on a cool day and enjoyed walking through the community. My grandkids want to come back every year! We were very happy with our rental property and Duck!!!!

The property overall was nice but needs some updating. House has a good layout for large families. Fun pool table and ping pong for parties. Pool in yard was nice with hot tub. Shuttle was helpful to take everyone into town.

Plenty of room for 13 adults and teens. Short distance to beach. Renting golf carts totally worth it. Different ice cream every night within walking distance. 4 bunk beds on ground floor better for smaller children rather than teens. Only downfall was the charcoal grill which was old and not efficient. Owner very responsive to few issues we had and took care of them right away. Basketball courts awesome feature!

Terrific Vacation in Duck
This is a great vacation property for a family - plenty of room for everyone! It's was great to have big spaces for family to join together for meals and games, yet plenty to room for all to have some privacy. The house is located in a terrific neighborhood with plenty of its own amenities as well as being close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants of Duck. We will definitely be back.

A Wonderful House for a Family Beach Vacation
This was a beautiful house with plenty of room to relax and visit. I stayed here with my three children and their families. Everyone had their own bedroom and attached bathroom. The grandkids shared 2 bedrooms. The older kids were entertained in the pool while the little ones took naps. The walkway to the beach was a little farther than I preferred but not too bad, and it was mostly shaded. The beach was less crowded than other areas on the Outer Banks where I have been previously. The kitchen was very well equipped. We also enjoyed the use of beach equipment and toys. It would have been helpful if there were a few baby items provided, such as a pack-n -play and a baby gate that opens. We also could have used some plastic kid-sized cups. Overall, however, the house was perfect for us.

Loved It
This house was perfect for our family of 11 and the location could not have been better. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I have encountered on VRBO. The one thing that was unusual, and you need to be aware of, is that we had to furnish our own towels. Towels for 11 people required a lot of packing space. Our check-in had a minor glitch (due to a mistake made by the cleaning people). But the host dealt with it immediately. The host was always responsive and friendly when I contacted her with questions. I highly recommend this house.

Fantastic, prime location in Duck
We loved our stay at this property! The house was perfect for our family of 8 (including grandparents) as everyone had their own space and bathroom. Our teens loved the pool and yard and played a lot of games in the lawn. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location of this house is fantastic - you can easily walk into Duck in less than 5 minutes. The house was very well stocked and clean. The neighborhood amenities were also very nice and we used the fitness center several times that week. I highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation home!
Location is perfect and house is exactly as described. Note there are 2 full flights of stairs within the home.
We had wonderful weather so we did NOT need the community amenities except for the beach access walk, but it's great to have if needed.

Even better in person!
We traveled April school vacation week to Duck from New England. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 10 to 70. Everyone had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The location of the house is fantastic. We loved biking to town and in the neighborhood and the miles of bike paths in the area. It was also so nice to be able to walk to town in minutes and almost every morning we walked either the beach of the boardwalk. We used the indoor pool at the club house, the tennis courts and the basketball court. The kids even went in the outdoor pool at the house that had just opened (way too cold for me) and having a jacuzzi was a bonus enjoyed by all. Miranda was so easy to contact and responded to our few questions very promptly. It was very nice to have a direct owner contact. We would definitely rent this house again if traveling back to this area.

Thanksgiving family trip
We had a wonderful stay here. This was our first time traveling for thanksgiving and we were excited to spend it at Duck near the beach. The house was perfect for our family of ten and two dogs. We loved the big open livingroom and kitchen/eating area. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The community was a great location with playground, indoor pool and short walk to the beach. Duck is a wonderful little area and had the most beautiful sunsets that we saw from the boardwalk area. We would highly recommend this home and will be looking to return. Thank you for being a wonderful host and super communicative during our stay!!

Great house and great community
This was a first time vising Duck and we loved it. It is a great October vacation destination. The house is in a fantastic community that is a short walk to the Duck boardwalk and many restaurants. The community has an indoor pool for swimming during the cooler months. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and everyone had plenty of space. The beach is within walking distance. We visited in October and were able to comfortably swim in the ocean. Beach chairs, toys, and a beach cart were are supplied with the house. We would definitely stay again. Even the dog had fun! The owner was great to work with.

Great OBX Location
Great location in Duck. The 1/2 mile walk to the beach is easy and beautiful. The Four Seasons neighborhood is set up nicely with a community pool near the ocean. Sunrise on the beach is a must…but remember to bring a flashlight to see the crabs on the beach at night.

Great home for families
This is a beautiful home. Miranda was an excellent host; very responsive. We loved that every one of the six bedrooms had it's own bathroom. The pool was beautiful and the fenced back yard was perfect. We've been vacationing in OBX for almost 20 years and this is one of the nicest homes we've had.
