Everything as listed. Clean and comfy. Loved having the covered parking right at the unit. Quiet neighborhood within a short walk of restaurants and shops. Great communication with property owner.

The space was just as advertised.
Equidistant from slopes and downtown, making the walk to each (even w ski gear) very doable. (I wouldn’t want to do it w ski boots). 2 bathrooms was nice as my daughter and I each took one.
The hot tub was being serviced thus we couldn’t use, but it is right outside.
Brooke was responsive and gave us a slightly extended checkout as our shuttle wasn’t coming until 1030.
Great spot to stay ! Highly recommend.

This pet- friendly 1-bedroom was in a great location, allowing us to walk to restaurants and parks. Will be coming back.

Amazing property, just as advertised. Location steps to bus stop for free bus to skiing, steps to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Great amenities. Very clean and modern. Bed and pullout couch very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Close to bus stop. Central to ski locations. Walking distance to restaurants. Fireplace and hot tub were great after a day of skiing. Nice to have off street parking.

We had a fantastic fall trip to PC, the condo was clean, comfortable and well situated for all our needs. The owner/manager responded instantly to all questions we had and was lovely to interact with. It was great to stay in close proximity to everything PC has to offer, but also to have a comfi place to relax for a few hours.
We will definitely rent here again!

We really enjoyed this condo, it’s location as we were able to walk to Main St and around this great area. I feel the refrigerator was too small for the unit considering there was a very large stove. I felt another comfortable chair would have been nice. These are just things we would have enjoyed. We really liked the deck which we did spend much time on.. overall our stay was perfect.

Perfect option!
Just a couple minutes from the town lift. Condo had everything we needed for a terrific week of sun and shredding. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay at Brooke’s property. It is close to Main St, and an easy walk to the Town Lift. Transit center is also nearby. The bed was very comfortable, terry cloth robes were a treat. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the pantry had many essentials. Plenty of room to keep ski equipment in the garage. Brooke is very helpful and receptive to questions. We had a great week at her place, and would definitely stay there again!!

Loved it!
It was perfect for my husband, two boys and I. The bed was very comfortable and having two restrooms was another plus. We walked to the Town lift each day and were close to the shops and restaurants. The fireplace was nice after a day of skiing. The unit was equipped with everything including a washer and dryer.
We wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. The owner was friendly and attentive.

Cozy, close to Park City Mountain
We were a group of 3 adults who stayed over Christmas to ski and hang out in Park City. The property gave us plenty of room to have an enjoyable time. The two bathrooms came in handy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to stay for a few days, but keep in mind the refrigerator is a mini fridge with a tiny freezer. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Village. We hope to stay there again next year.

Park City playground
Perfectly located for great access to Park City’s quaint downtown and Deer Valley Resort. Owner was very easy to work with when we had a slight change in our travel plans. Condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Having parking was an added bonus. Only small complaint was the intermittently loud neighbors. Otherwise perfect spot!!

My family and I loved this condo. We could walk to park city mountain to ski or walk to Main Street to eat and shop. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Perfect location just a short 1/4mi walk to the town lift and the center of Park City. On a quiet side street with private parking. The condo was super comfortable and well appointed. Gas fireplace and hot tub were wonderful places to warm and relax. Plenty spacious and the bed was comfy. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying here with a total of 5 people total. The unit has a bed in one room, a pull out sofa and a foam pad that can be used similar to an air mattress. Two full bathrooms with hot water. We loved how it was only a 10 minute walk to the lift. This proximity is one of the main highlights. The hot tub located outside was also very convenient. With the the gas fire place inside there are countless opportunities to stay warm. Pots and pans as well as seasoning was available for cooking. The only downside was that there was no shampoo or soap provided for the shower. I had read this complaint in a few other reviews but it was always followed up my the host commenting that they just restocked and it wouldn’t happen again. It seemed that is not always the case. Just bring your own shampoo and soap to prevent having to go buy some at an up charged price on the mountain. Overall we had a great time and I would stay here again.

Great place for a short or longer stay
Great place with more room than we expected. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Not far from everything (lift access, town area). Good to hang out in the hot tub after a day out. 100% would stay here again.

This condo was nicely situated for walking to town, basic necessities were met, but there were a few things that need correction. We left a note , so hopefully housekeeping will correct. Overall, this condo was sufficient and pleasant to retreat to after a day on the slopes

Clean, comfortable home close to Main St!
My wife and I stayed at Brooke’s home for two weeks and it was very clean and warm (has a fireplace!). 10mins walk to everything on Main St and ~5 mins to the Town Lift and High West Saloon. Would happily stay here again! Thanks Brooke!

Wonderful little hide away
We stayed for a week and this place was great. Only a few block down from old town. The dog park is just down the street with a coffee shop right next to it. This place was very affordable and had everything we needed. The bed is super comfortable and gas fireplace is very warm if you need it. The ceiling fan was great for sleeping during the summer nights. The second story deck faces the street and is wonderful to hang out on during the evening. We will definitely be returning to this place again in the future.

Good location
Overall good experience as the location was convenient for walking to most anything. A suggestion: bathrooms and kitchen needed hand and back soap. If not going to provide inform guests so they can bring. We had to go out and buy after a long day of driving.

Downtown Park City
This property was very clean, well decorated and walking distance to Main Street. Brooke was very helpful when I called her. We unfortunately visited during a heat wave in summer, so the unit was quite warm without air conditioning, but that did not stop us from enjoying everything on our visit. I highly recommend this unit if you are visiting Park City to ski or in the summer months.

Great Location! Affordable!
We had a little difficulty getting into the unit because the wrong key had been placed in the lockbox. We called the property manager and went to dinner. We received a call back quickly and the key situation was corrected by the time we returned from di,or. Everything was perfect for the remainder of the stay. The condo is a a short walk to Main Street as is the lift to Park City resort. E loved the coffee shop in the library at the end of the block.
