Nuestra casa de playa está situada en el extremo oeste de Panamá City Beach, Florida, en la comunidad de Laguna Beach. Esta es la comunidad de una tranquila 1,940 playa, con casas con encanto de la playa de la vendimia. Disfrute del sonido del mar, la brisa del golfo, vecinos amigos y familias que han ido de vacaciones aquí durante décadas. La Asociación de Propietarios de Laguna Beach controla la primera línea de playa; por lo que no es el bloqueo del acceso a la hermosa Golfo de México, el azúcar blanca arena y dunas naturales de esta zona, que fue votado # 1 mejores playas del mundo por la revista "Travel and Leisure" y se votó regularmente en las 10 mejores playas nada! Nuestra familia ha disfrutado de ser dueño de esta casa de vacaciones durante cerca de cuarenta años. Está completamente amueblado con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, sala (con sofá cama) / comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado central y el calor, lavadora y secadora, lavavajillas y dos televisores con reproductores básicos de cable y DVD. El frente de la casa tiene dos dormitorios; uno con una cama doble y la otra con una cama de matrimonio. El gran porche delantero adicional proyectado es nuestro lugar favorito para relajarse, pasar el rato, leer, tomar una siesta, o simplemente sentarse y balancearse en la mecedora del porche !! El dormitorio principal / baño se encuentra en la parte posterior de la casa y tiene una cama y baño principal extra grande.

Tenga en dirección este en Front Beach Road y hay un montón de lugares para cenar, Goofy Golf, un muelle de pesca, ya sólo 10 minutos de distancia se encuentra un deleitó niño ... With this property we love the location love the family feel. An love everthing that it has to offer with this beautiful home. This is our home away from home and will always continue to come here. We wouldnt choose anything else but here. Its a 15 min drive to Walmart if needed. Beach right out the drive way. Thank is 5 house down and your at the beach. Great location where the home is located. There isnt enough good things to say about the property just over all. 10 star. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆. We recommend this home to anyone. At this home you feel like your home away from home. Have everything you need all the way down to even the laundry detergent.she supplies.
All you need to bring is your family and fun bc you want be disappointed.
Also before the beach early morning your right next to donut shop b4 you hit the beach or afternoon for a quick bite. . This location will not disappoint if your unhappy here its not because of the owner bc she will go above and beyond to help and make what ever right. Nothing but love for this Family home. Again 10 Stars.

The vintage beach cottage was just what we were looking for. It was located in quiet neighborhood with east beach access across the road. The front porch was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t at the beach. The house had all essentials needed for our vacation.

Old florida beachhouse defined, if you know you know - charming beach cottage with all the modern amenities
plus comfortable coziness of spaces for small to medium groups. The front porch is amazing for gathering, dining, entertaining and relaxing - if we weren't at the beach we were sitting on this porch. Less than 1/2 block to fast disappearing unspoiled beach. It was perfect!!

Location was great. Only 8 houses away from beach & close to Thomas Donuts & Carousel Grocery, both highly recommended.
House has character due to the solid woods & uneven floors that are probably original from the 1940s, when it was built. The uneven floors & narrow hallway, however, could be problematic for those with mobility challenges.
Screened-in front porch was a big plus. Really enjoyed eating meals on the picnic table & relaxing in the rockers.
Water pressure was very weak. It was not possible to run 2 showers at the same time. We were informed that this issue would be solved once the county installs a new water main.
Roku TV was frustrating when trying to watch NFL games on Sunday but enjoyed watching different movies each night on Hulu.
Driveway is convenient but very narrow. We could not open the doors of my truck. But parking on front lawn was a good alternative.
House was well stocked. Management was easy to communicate with.
Overall, enjoyed our stay but something’s, like uneven floors & water pressure, need updating.

Family girls trip again to this cozy, beautiful little beach house within walking distance to the gorgeous waters/sand of Laguna Beach. Most of our beach days was double red flag but we made the most of it & still enjoyed the beach. We did get to enjoy the front porch more this time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Schlader House. It was just the right size for our family of 4 and the beach was just a short walk away. We all loved the amazing enclosed porch and ate most of our meals out there. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. We liked being in a neighborhood instead of the touristy bustle of Panama City and enjoyed being on a quieter beach without giant hotels behind us. Thomas Donuts is dangerously close - they are SO good and we got donuts there almost every day! I also loved being to walk to Carousel grocery store which had surprisingly good prices.

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Such close proximity to the beach and Thomas’ Doughnuts made for a wonderful experience. We spent the rainy days on the screened-in porch. It truly is a rare find. The host was also amazing and very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Our family made so many fun memories on this trip, thanks to a great host and amazing home. These place was amazing. Short walk to the beach and easy access. We had plenty of room for out little family without being on top of each other all the time. Front porch is a great added bonus, wonderful for hanging out with the kids. The donut shop on the corner is an added bonus. Short walk with great food. We had a little a/c issue out first day and owners were on it in no time. They are the absolute best. We loved our host and location. Definitely want to go back!!!

This place was just what I needed, a chance to relax before moving on to Gatlinburg. I felt so at home here, and yes just like everyone else I loved the front porch. This place has everything we needed!! The host was delightful, the heater stopped working and when I contacted Jennifer she got someone to fix it quickly!!! Even though I am ready for chapter two I will definitely miss this house!!!! It felt like home, so cozy!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your little piece of heaven!!!

Had everything we needed for short getaway. We have stayed in this general area several times and always enjoy it. Eight houses away from the beach as well as Thomas Donuts and ice cream shop. It is an older home that could use some freshening up but nothing that took away from enjoying our vacation. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Parking IS limited, and if you have a large vehicle you might consider parking in front yard instead of driveway. It is very narrow, and bushes that badly need cutting back make it even more narrow. Check in and out process was smooth with no problems.

We loved it here. The house was older, but it definitely felt more like home because of it. The screened in porch is beautiful, my kids loved being able to play “outside” without the annoyance of bugs. They had everything you could possibly need for your stay-and things you may have forgotten.
The location is so close to the beach-a really short walk and you’re in the sand. I would highly recommend staying here-the price is great and we had an amazing time.

This place was just like it said and was super easy ,everything was explained perfectly. It has a huge screened In front porch that will seat 23 people, and could easily sleep 8 people. The house was very clean and big . I would recommend it and will definitely be back . It is in a quite location and great place for kids. The beach is very close and not very many people on the beach . Grocery store close by and famous doughnuts and ice-cream around the corner 😋

This house was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice-it is so charming and felt like a beach cottage! The porch was our favorite place to hang out, eat and play games. Beds were all very comfy! The house is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach-and Thomas’ donuts-we are there every morning! Great communication with the owner and super easy check in and out process. We will def stay here again! This house is well stocked with any and all things you will need in the kitchen and extra linens.

You are less than 200 yards from the beach access in this super cute house. 3 full size bedrooms, and a front porch that will be your favorite place. Plenty of room for 6 adults.We will definitely be back!
