Stayed for the weekend before dropping our daughter off at camp and found it to be a great property for our little group. House was decorated well, A/C worked well, nice open concept in the family room/kitchen/dining area. All of the instructions were communicated accurately.

Second time staying as this property and will continue to be our go to vrbo when needed. Very comfortable and has everything needed while in Rock Hall. Had some difficulty opening up door with key pad initially, but was able to figure it out. Highly recommend this property.

We were there for the local triathlon weekend. This property was centrally located within easy walking distance to the water, race site, and restaurants. We didn't get much of a chance to explore downtown but still had a great time relaxing and talking to the locals!

The home decor and furnishings, location, and town were just what we needed. We did have to collect and bag up all the scented products during our short stay. We assumed the cottage had not been used recently and the various scents were strong. When we finally figured out how to set the mini split heating and cooling system, we were comfortable. Views of the lush lanscaping and birds through the windows was a highlight for us.

The place was very easy to find. Located very close to the wedding venue. Despite the nasty weather, we still enjoyed our stay. If I were to plan an East Coast getaway I would definitely stay here. We weren’t in the house much as we had so many wedding activities. But it has everything that would make a long term summer visit wonderful.

We stayed here for our anniversary. It is a lovely cottage with seascape decor throughout. We really felt at home and relaxed. Everything was clean, so pretty, and left us wanting to stay longer. We will definitely come back.

This was our first time visiting the area, wanted something close to the water and also walkable to what the town has to offer. This property fit the bill perfectly! We brought our own kayaks and were able to walk them across the street to the marina and put right in. Walking to town or the other end of the town to see the sunsets was nice too. The house itself was very thoughtfully laid out and comfortable. Would love to stay again!

Everything was perfect. We had read that the area was friendly and that was so true. We just relaxed and spent some time at the beach. Restaurants were all excellent. The Java Coffee House was my favorite place to spend some time in the mornings.

This property is well maintained and the amenities make it a shining star. We enjoyed the subtle coastal decor and the convenience of having many amenities even if we did not cook our meals here. The location for us was a winner. We spent our time in Chestertown for the Downrigging Event but also lots of fun in Rock Hall a friendly coastal community.

1) there is no regular TV just netflix and hulu

This cute little 2 bedroom home was conveniently located and perfect for a family of 4. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We especially liked the open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living room.

Gorgeous
Well decorated and well kept. This was my first time renting a VRBO so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was well supplied with paper towels, tp, and dishwasher detergent. I wish all the plates were microwavable (since that's how I do a lot of cooking) but we made do using the bowls and other things in the well-stocked kitchen. The living area was perfect with good lighting and comfortable couches. The beach was easy to get to with free parking and wasn't crowded at all. This was exactly what we were hoping for. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood
This house was perfect for me and two friends for a girls' weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and super comfortable, especially the beds. We loved hanging out in the living room area - the couch and chairs were quality furniture and very clean. We ate out for our meals, but the kitchen worked nicely for snacks and beverages, though a light over the kitchen sink would be most welcome. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend with friends in a very pretty setting

Stayed for the Rock Hall triathlon. House was convenient to race, and also within walking distance of several restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and I would stay there again.

Very smooth and easy process; the rental was very nicely decorated, plenty of towels and everything you needed in the kitchen.

Out of town for 4 days
The house was dirty, the stove top and burner control area were very greasy and dirty, the kitchen is not well appointed! There was not even a picture to make iced tea and only two cook pots and two small frying pans. This is to accommodate four people but you would have to constantly wash dishes in order to have clean ones available. There is no icemaker and there were no tissues or additional paper towels. This property was not conducive for home away from home. I could’ve spent a lot less money staying at the local Holiday Inn and had the same amenities! There was no casserole dishes or pans for baking anything. The bedsheets were mismatched and stained, the queen bed you could not move in it without it appearing as though it was going to fall apart! The air conditioner in the larger bedroom did not work. The bathtub is rough looking and there was a filthy shower mat in the bathtub to step on that was gross. This property needs a lot of improvement I would reconsider before booking another day at this house.
