Amplio salón-comedor con mesa de hockey de aire, televisor de pantalla grande, y un montón de áreas que incluyen un sofá cama doble sentado. Disfrute de las vistas del lago mientras se cocina y relajante!
En el exterior hay una terraza cubierta privada con mobiliario y parrilla de gas. También encontrará extra grande cubierta y el muelle que se extiende en el lago terminando con una plataforma de baño grande con sillas de salón de la calesa para el entretenimiento, observación de barco, tomar el sol y nadar. Se puede utilizar el muelle privado para el atraque de su barco para un fácil acceso dentro y fuera del lago. Asegúrese de ver las puestas de sol en el muelle. Everything was seamless and the property is so well appointed. Our stay was so comfortable and the location of the home was perfect for what we needed. This home is definitely one of those properties we will stay at again. We cannot wait for our next trip back to hot springs.

Great place!!! The grandchildren loved jumping off the pier and playing on the stairs going into the water. We even enjoyed a stormy afternoon playing cards out on the covered deck❤️❤️

We enjoyed our time in Hot Springs so much! The house was perfect for our needs. The view as you walk in the house was breathtaking. The large covered deck was an oasis each morning as we ate breakfast and enjoyed the lake view. We will be back.

Our family had a great time at this property. The house was just right for our trip- it was all very clean, nicely decorated, easy to get to, and just a great set up! We loved our time on the lake and would highly recommend this lovely lake house. It’s a busy spot for the lake, but it makes for good people/boat watching! Mike was also helpful and communicated with us quickly. Appreciate it!

We had a fantastic time here! We appreciated the necessities that were supplied. It was a perfect layout for us with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home was also very clean. The view of the lake was so pretty and my husband caught a few fish. The location was perfect to enjoy Hot Springs National Park and other local attractions and hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

Mark’s property is a beautiful yet quaint home with a beautiful view of the lake. The check in was super easy. Mark was prompt with responses throughout our stay. The master bedroom is really pretty with a view of the lake. The other two rooms were small yet comfortable. The living room and the master bedroom has a modern fireplace. The furniture in the living room and the patio are cosy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed though our stay. The bathrooms were also well equipped. We were 3 couples and 3 kids.
The house was neat and clean.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Mark’s property.

We had the best time at this location. It was exactly what we needed/wanted and more! The location is top notch! The view of the water and scenery is perfect and so relaxing! The TVs were fully loaded with all streaming channels which made for fun family movie nights!
The showers were upscale and made you feel as though you were at a resort!
The master bedroom bed was very comfortable!
Mr mark was very accessible

Awesome Experience
The photos do a great job capturing the property. My family and I had a great time on Lake Hamilton. The location of the property is super convenient and the home layout is great for supporting family for a weekend on the lake. We actually requested and received an extra night at the property and Mark was extremely accomadating with our request. We were not ready to leave when it was time to go! We hope to stay again in the future!

Family getaway
We loved our stay at this property. All our needs were perfectly met. My son loved fishing off the dock and caught his first fish. At night we snuggled on the most comfortable sectional ever to watch movies. The master bedroom gave us privacy to unwind and relax on our own when the kids go to bed. We can’t wait to return next year.

Friends escape to Lake Hamilton
Prior to our arrival, Mark let us know the air conditioning was not functioning properly and a technician would need access to the property during our stay. This was a minor inconvenience and everything worked out for all of us.
The property is beautifully maintained and the view is lovely. It is a short drive to any of the activities Hot Springs has to offer. We visit Hot Springs often and plan to stay here again. We adventured to Oaklawn and rented a party barge from Kahuna Bay, who I highly recommend for their customer service! Our favorite breakfast is on the deck or at English Muffin. Thank you Mark for sharing this home with us!

Family Vacation 2021
This was a great new place to vacation for our family. We usually visit the beach this time of year but wanted something different, and this was great. We enjoyed a two days visiting Charlton Springs, a day boating on the lake, and another day mining for quartz. We opted to cook all our meals at the house, and we had everything we needed. Best part was watching my kids, every evening, play in the lake right off the dock at the house. Thanks for a great time and new memories made.

Loved this home for it's cleanliness, close proximity to Hot Springs, and the perfect covered porch to sit and gaze at the lake. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. So relaxing!

Mark's house is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and a lovely deck for an October visit. We enjoyed the sunsets, and grilling on the deck. Mark was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Also, parking area is large and convenient for loading and unloading for the visit!

We really enjoyed this house! Really had that home feel to it! Loved nights and mornings on the dock enjoying the views!!! Was able to tie our Yamaha boat off the dock for daily use. Would definitely recommend!!
