I liked the wellcome, the disponibility of the staff, the position, so close to the beach. The room are very nice and confortable, coffee machine is avalaible and water also. The place is very very nice, there are chairs outside for every rooms. I will come back!!!

The only negitive is the walls are very thin and you can hear noise in other rooms. But everyone staying there was very respectful

No breakfast? The place was exceptionally clean. Unfortunately the neighbor were awful. Music and tv all night. So the missing of any front desk personnel was a problem. Noisy.

the bed was kind of sinking on the middle it seems to me is time to change it, the room wasn’t really dark at daytime maybe they could add some other protection for the sun. The A/c wasn’t really cold if it wasn’t for the fan I’ll be sweating 😓

The location - 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from restaurants and shopping on 5th Ave South. The room was very spacious and 1940's style - 1 floor, no one above you. The set up of the furniture in the room (Room #1), the ease of checking in - key lock box on the door so no worries about when we arrived. Free bottled water every day and free use of the washer and dryer and detergent. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash all in a dispenser in the shower. Plenty of clean white towels to use. 2 Beach chairs and beach towels in the room ready to use - no need to go to the office to ask anyone. K cups for the Kuerig. A kitchen with everything you could need for breakfast or snacks.

This is the sweetest little place. Very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and 5th avenue where there is shopping and dining. It's really a fantastic location.

There aren't standard office hours listed or followed. We got there at 10 am because of an early flight. Thought we could store our luggage and take off. The office was locked, so no one would answer the phone. I finally instagram messaged them and got a quick reply. I know this sounds weird, but it didn't affect our stay. Just make sure you tell them up front when you will be there, so you have a lock box on your door. Also, ask for an emergency number.

Sparkling clean, new and very comfortable rooms, excellent location. Ice machine was a great bonus for our evening drinks

If you want to stay in a place of character, comfort, and closeness (to the beach and 3rd/5th ave shops - 8-10 mins walk!), The Gondolier Inn is IT!!! Please stay here and support this family-owned hotel! We came a couple months after Hurricane Ian and were relieved to see that this place recovered. Thank you Katherine and Keble! See you next year ☺️

Best Location! beach access just 4 blocks away, our room was super clean and had all that you will need to cook and drink your coffees and teas. Nice TV system. 5 minutes away from the 5th Avenue! 100% recommended
