Our visit could not have been better. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect. We walked right across the street to Captain Curts, Daiquiri Deck and Anna's Sandwiches. We hand plenty of room in the condo and the complex is right on the beach. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. There were pool toys, coolers and beach umbrellas, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept like a baby in the comfy King bed in the master The owner was super nice and answered any questions I had prior to my arrival. I'm getting ready to book another trip to my new "home away from home". Thanks Andrew, for sharing your lovely condo with us!!!

Condo was very nice. It actually exceeded my expectations. Right on the beach and condo provides beach chairs. You can rent and umbrella for $15 per day. Restaurants, bars, shops and drug store are located across the street.

Amazing location right on the beach. This is our second year staying in this resort and will definitely be back. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owners were friendly and answered all my questions. Looking forward to our next stay.

Just steps from Crescent Beach this 2 Bdrm condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The location in the condos was fine. The view from the balcony was mainly of the next hotel and public beach entrance. You had to lean out of the balcony to see the beach, but the public beach entrance was entertaining with all different types of people coming and going. We were close to the elevators and the laundry room. The room was well equipped with everything you need. Lots of seating. One chair was broke and advised the owner and never heard back from him. The tub was old as it had peeling of the surface in it and the curtains in the master suite had a water stain on them. There were large closets and plenty of dresser space, but all in all the rooms were clean. Would have liked to have a linen swap out after one week.

I worked with the property owners son because the property owner was recovering from surgery. The son was SO nice and great to work with! Answered all my questions timely and always had kind things to say. The condo itself was very clean and welcoming. Perfect location right off the elevator and convenient parking location. This condo had 3 different size coolers to use (large, medium and small) to take your beverages to the beach. It also had 2 sun umbrellas to use. Others that we talked to on the beach did not have those things in their condo, so that was nice. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future and we will definitely try to stay in this same condo.

Just steps to the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas provided, nice heated pool, spacious living room with smart TV. All appliances worked well, beds were comfy and bathrooms were fine. While the condo is not located in the charming Siesta Key Village, the immediate surrounding area had everything we needed: walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, ice cream (excellent seafood- Captain Curts and awesome pizza- Pizza N Brew) and a nice grocery/market. Five minute drive to Siesta Key Village which was a nice outing for when we wanted a change of scenery and wanted to browse the other shops and restaurants.

Apparently the people who rented this condo before us left it in rough shape. The top cover on our bed and the extra blanket in the closet that was folded and on the shelf smelled like body Odor. They did come and wash it but we still had one night with nasty blankets.

It's a smaller condo complex which is nice. Great location, beach steps from building. In walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The unit itself is ok. Needs updating.

We had a great time, the property was clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The location was close to the beach, trolley, restaurants and activities! Very quick responses from the owners. A few things were not fully stocked and the master toilet tank plug kept coming loose but my husband was able to fix it. Overall was a great place to stay!

This was our first experience staying with any VRBO property. This was wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Close walk to private beach (which I walked nightly), 2 bathrooms which is extremely nice, a king size bed in one room and 2 doubles in the other. Plus they had some beach chairs and umbrellas which we totally utilized. There were a couple coolers as well as some noodles and boogie boards! We didn't swim in the pool, but it looked nice. The internet was hard to get going, but once we did, it was fine. There needs to be more towels and a change machine for the washer and dryer. We walked all over just trying to get some change! Make sure to bring some change! Lol The washer and dryer are each $1.50, also bring your own detergent because there is none where the washer and dryer units are. I brought my own, just didn't have the change. Lol There were a total of 4 of us and I was worried about my daughters wheelchair, but it fit just fine. One of the elevators is very narrow and small but the other is normal size. My daughter felt right at home and did better than I expected! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for some beach time! Siesta Key is a wonderful area, our first time going there but I would definitely go back again! Thanks so much!!

Perfect location, clean condo, with everything we needed to have a wonderful trip. Walking distance to dining and nightlife, and a short trolley ride to the village. We had a great weekend in Siesta Key!

Our family had a great time! The whole experience was awesome. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. You can find beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, surfing boads, and a ball. The furniture was in new condition and sofas and beds were super comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment and will rent it again in the future. Five stars is well deserved!

This property is very nice and centrally located. You are able to walk to restaurants, drug store, post office, grocery and tourist type shops. There is entertainment at restaurants/bars across the street. Also a free trolley that runs to Siesta Key Village every 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again if visiting the area.

Great location right on the beach and a short distance to Siesta key village shops and restaurants. Towels and washcloths were limited in supply but there was a washer and dryer just outside the door. Condo was right beside laundry room and elevator which was great. Beautiful beach with beach chairs provided. Great vacation location.
