The apartment was dirty. It was noisy. The decor is old and dated. Our towels were not changed once. Very disappointing for what we paid. We only had one element to cook on as the other stopped working

Location and size of room

There were cockroaches in the room which were creeping over you while you were sleeping. Booking.com has turned into an unfriendly platform with its hidden fees and last minute charges. This business is surely going down...it is fast loosing the trust of its dedicated customers.

Location was great, bang in the middle of the city close to many restaurants and bars. Apartment was clean and quite comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The toilet wouldn't flush. I called the lady we booked the apartment with and she assured me that she was going to send a plumber in immediately. This did not happen. Fortunately we were only there for one night as if we had been there for longer, it would have been very uncomfortable.

Beware! Total Tourist trap.This is the first time Booking.com has failed me. I reserved a king bed room and i only got a confirmation without specifying the type of room. When I arrived, first of all there was no parking and we had to park in a nearby public parking that was almost a dolar/hour. Afterwards we checked in only to find out that the room was 2 full beds and not the ocean view I wouls expect for the price. Also after insisting the check in was at 3pm at almost 5pm the room was still not ready. We had to wait while the room was clean which was a total mess. We also only had one bed cover. The next day the next door guests played music very loudly eqrly in the morning and the noise level from the street obliged one to sleepwith the balcony closed. The beach and pool area were also not very pleasant as the pool was murky and the beach was full of rocks. For what we paid I was really dissapointed with the exerience and would definitely not recommend this place.
