There was a loud noise I'm the building going of all night could sleep properly next door keep knocking on are door to talk about the noise bath did not drain the water away and when w were checking out we got lock in the inside of the flat for around 25mins we could get out of the room so we rang a number in the guest book but no one pick up or got back to me but I got the lock to work after 25mins and got us out of the room

The bed was really hard and room could do with a up to date paint

The location and views were great, plus you are right on the front key in the hub of the docks. Good lifts in the building for a disabled with wide doors access, parking was easy. WiFi excellent. Tv good. The whole docks were clean and tidy with regular litter pickers. It has loads of eating places only a short walk away. For those with a sweet tooth there is a Chocolate shop was right outside your door. An excellent place to sit and watch the activities on the water outside. This is our second visit to the RW Docks and it didn’t disappoint.

We reported a couple of issues to pureservices on arrival, such as the Bath and blinds. Which they duly noted. Other than that it was all good.

Blinds ..let a bit too much light in

The view was incredible to wake up to during our stay, the bed was very comfy and a decent size. It was great that just outside our door was all restaurants and bars, (don't forget to book in advance though as they do get fully booked in the evening!) It was only 30/35 minutes walk from the town centre also which was handy for a bit of shopping!

Property was really good

Oap neighbours were not very friendly and even tho the Friday we were given a noise complaint which I thought was unfair as the apartment above us was really noisy

The flat was really nice - with lovely decor and a very large, very comfortable bed. The location was brilliant - right by the sea with a view of boats, rainbows and a few seagulls. Brilliant

There was one minor niggle - the extractor hood over the hob remained on the whole time and sounded like a gale blowing through the apartment once you were aware of it.
