Lovely property that fit the needs of our family get together. House has nice amenities, but not a lot of extra towels or blankets. Bit of a drive to nearest grocery store but the scenery is worth the drive.

House was exactly as listed and perfect location & space for our friends to enjoy the weekend together. The downstairs/pool room were perfect for game day.

This is a great and spacious cabin. Views are beautiful. Property manager was very responsive hand helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. There is a large pantry beside the kitchen with an additional refrigerator and since we were a large group we filled up both refrigerators. The pool table room was a hit with everyone. We have already rebooked for another stay!

The tv remote in the pool room needs batteries, the tv in the bedroom off the dining room did not work for whatever reason. The shower valve in the master bath is tricky. It just goes all the way around and shutting it completely off took some luck. The flood lights under the deck in the back did not come on. It rained our whole stay so we were there a lot! The home fit everyone well and it was super quiet there. Thanks for the coffee pot.

We just returned from a 5 night stay there with our 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-laws, and 4 grandchildren. Without a doubt this gorgeous home has us, wanting to return again and again! So much so, that we are already making plans to return in 2022. The owner of this home is fantastic, in that he sees that it stays well maintained. When we walked through the doors this year, we found that the entire inside had been repainted a beautiful oyster grey, new bedspreads in all 6 bedrooms, new screening on the large inviting back porch, (where we spent each day and evening recounting with our wonderful family again). The property is also so well kept ... very very clean throughout. The well appointed spacious 'gourmet' kitchen has become our favorite place to visit with each other. There is plenty of room for the 'chefs' in our family to laugh and talk as they prepare our dinner. The large oval dinning room table is also a late night favorite of ours, where we gathered each evening to play board games, The property has a fantastic hot tub, which we have used in the past, but we were just too busy sitting on one of the two decks, enjoying our family time together, (which is rare), to take advantage of it this year. We did however, enjoy the community pool, which is included in the rental. It has never been crowded, even on a holiday weekend. Because of the pandemic and being cautious with Covid going around, our coming together as a family meant more to us than ever this year. If you want a place to call 'home' for a few days and to make new memories, Paradise Inn is the place you should reserve. Take it from our family, this should be your choice! Thanks to the owner Robert, for sharing his home. We want you to know that we took take of it like it was our own. In all of our years of doing vacation rentals, yours is the best! Please know, that we will return.

This is our second year to stay here. We had five couples, and there is plenty of room for everyone! The house is perfect for a large group. Great location also. We are planning to come back again next year.

Our family loved our stay at Paradise Inn. Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful location and clean. We’re already talking about coming back in a couple of years. Pool and hot tubs were clean as well. Breathtaking scenery throughout Tennessee and the houses location.

Property overall was clean. The upper deck off kitchen area was not. They did send someone to sweep and spot clean for us. Then it was ok. Very spacious! The community pool was not open yet and it was hot weather. Pool opens Memorial Weekend. Disappointed grandkids no where to swim.

Several couples were in our party and enjoyed this home and its layout. There was ample porch space and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the game room and took advantage of the three refrigerators in the house to make sure everyone had what they wanted. Excellent appliances (range, double oven, dish washer, washer, dryer, fridge/freezer). There's also a hot tub and pool table we enjoyed. This property is located in a wooded setting with views of the lake along a winding road. There are other homes in the area, but we felt that it was private. Not terribly far from gas, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Great large house for our 5 couples getaway!

This time it seemed a little cleaner in some areas than usual. However, every year we are there in November and we complain about floors not being clean in the kitchen (upon arrival), they always say that we are going into the time of year when they do some "deep cleaning." Are we always missing the chance for it to be REALLY clean?
KITCHEN--they could replace some knives with ones that are sharp enough to cut food. But the dead lady bugs in the windows were better than ever. None at all this time! Unfortunately the first morning we discovered the good coffee pot had a leak; a hole in the glass pot. It was like it got shot by a bb gun or something! A perfect hole. So we used the white Proctor one for the weekend. That glass decanter will need to be thrown out and replaced. Nobody can repair that.
The kitchen floor is filthy; you'll know if if you get down to clean a spill...you see all the dust and crumbs at the base of the cabinets. You also end up cleaning more than your spill; the Clorox wipe is grey from not being cleaned well. Behind all the bathroom doors and the baseboards is MAJOR dust. You sit to pee, and can see where all of it needs cleaning. Both tile showers need some attention before the mildew gets worse.

In the Rust colored bedroom off the kitchen, the mattress is definitely tired; slopes to the middle. Good news is the Master BR got a new mattress and that couple was thrilled.

LIVING ROOM--the couch still sits great and is cozy. However the arms on either end are awful. The stuffing is gone and it is hard and isn't comfortable to rest your arm.

We always have a great time no matter what, and this house fits us and our needs for our weekend. But some things should be addressed as a rental house that seems to be a very busy rental! Thanks and we'll see you again next year! The 'Boro bunch

The view from the back porch is amazing with gorgeous fall coverage. The house is very large and all five people in our party had their own privacy and never felt squished. We had an issue with the hot tub but the company was very responsive and had someone out within the hour. The fireplaces are a little finicky but all tuned on. Would stay here again.

This definitely has become the perfect home for our family to gather each year to make 'priceless' memories. The home with it's 6 bedrooms/4 baths gives us plenty of room to spread out to enjoy lots of fun time together. We absolutely love the screened in upper deck porch for the adults to relax , while others enjoy the hot tub below. Two of our grandchildren love to cook and have fallen in love with the 'high end' style beautiful kitchen. Again ...there is plenty of room there for others to 'hang out' while they cook. The master bedroom, where we stay, is wonderful, with two large walk-in closets, a separate jacuzzi and large beautifully tiled walk in shower with his and hers sinks. The other rooms are just as pictured and then some. We have already told Jessica, (Center Hill Chalets) who by the way was wonderful to work with, to reserve us a spot for the same time next year, for we will definitely want to return. The house is as pictured, and then some, and was very clean. We thank the owner for sharing with us his beautiful home. ... what we are now calling our "home away from home".

The maintenance gentleman was called, he came to help. It was fine then. The only thing I would let other vacationers know is that there are absolutely no spices of any kind including salt and pepper so you should bring your own.There are 3 chefs in our group so cooking was a bit trying until we got some spices at the store. The oven was started until it started to smoke so we turned it off. Other than that we would defiantly stay here again. It is a beautiful home.
