Incredible place to get away from busyness of life. The view was WELL worth the cost, but cost is extremely reasonable to be honest. Relaxing on the patio was a favorite. It overlooks the courtyard and lake. Great relaxing vibes! As far as room itself, it was clean enough. Just small things weren’t taken care of- but we’re not too picky. Coffee pot was dirty. Some coffee mugs weren’t washed thoroughly. May need to bring your own filters for 4 cup pot. The filters that are there are too big for the pot, which causes the filter to collapse and grounds are able to get into your coffee. The 5 cup coffee pot sits in top cabinet, but it’s broken. Towels had an interesting smell. Other than those super small things, it was fully stocked and cool. Everything appeared as pictured in advertising. WiFi discrepancy from automated message on app vs the info book in room. Book is correct. Pool was often nearly empty.
Communication with owners was fantastic. Directions super clear!! Very kind people and responsive. We will 💯 be back! Highly, highly recommend! Again… can’t stress how beautiful the view is.

This was a great condo on Lake Travis. We loved how quiet it was, and the spa was just down the elevator which made for a relaxing stay! The check in process was easy and directions to the property/parking were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at the condo. It’s efficient, tidy, and has a lovely lake view. The owner and property manager are easy to reach and make check-in and out very easy. This is the second time we have rented from this owner (but different condo, same complex) and have been pleased both times. Highly recommend.

One reason we booked this place was for the view from the balcony. It was beautiful and quite peaceful, especially at night. The place was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. Communication with the hosts was easy and they gave great recommendations.

A beautiful vacation complex. Such a gorgeous view from our balcony. Very relaxing place with 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, disc golf - no need to go anywhere else.

Elegant decor and charming balcony overlooking the lake make this condo a rare find. The Island condo complex is a world unto itself, with courtyards, waterfalls, walkways, pools and friendly people. Great vacation for the whole family!

Very nice. My husband and I loved the condo and the view. It was very quiet and clean. Perfect for a couple to just getaway for a bit.

My 8 y.o. princess and I stayed at the property. It was perfect for her end of Spring Break weekend. Everything was so close. We fit mani/pedis. Ate at the onsite restaurant right around the corner on our floor. Watched the sunset and enjoyed live music and beautiful scenery. The condo was very nice and accommodating. We plan to come again. Thanks for having us.

Enjoyed our time at this complex. Property was as described. A bit smaller than expected, based on photos, and would have preferred in unit laundry but shared laundry room was great to have. Would stay at this resort again.

We had a short trip away and Lake Travis was the perfect distance from DFW. The hill country is beautiful and refreshing to get away from the flat Texas environment. We had a really small issue with getting into the front gate, a typo on the email created a bit of confusion that was remedied quickly.
Oh the Dear, there are a couple families of deer that seem to call this place home. They seem very domesticated almost like larger dogs letting you approach them and take pictures.
The condo is clean and very well maintained, not new or as immaculate as some others that we have stayed in but very well taken care of. We didn't realize that it would be so far to some of the local hiking trails. Being on the north east side of the lake we had to drive around to the south side to go to some of the better rated trails.
There is a good truck lot not to far which had great food and your about a 25 minute drive to cedar park for some urban life if you desire. That drive is so fun if you choose the alternate route on Google maps.

We had a very relaxing weekend. I loved our view from the balcony! Next time I’ll go in the Spring or Summer so I can enjoy it more. It was nice seeing deer everywhere. We went to a wonderful little winery called Flat Creek. It was recommended by our host. It was fabulous with delicious pizza, salad and wine. The view was gorgeous, and the staff were so friendly!

I had such a great time staying here. The condo was extremely clean and it exceeded my expectations. I wish I would have stayed a little longer so that I could have gone to the lake but spending a day at the pool was just what I needed. I appreciated the book that stated where places to eat were and about different things you could do. If I come back to Texas, I would love to stay here again.

My family enjoyed our relaxing stay at this beautiful property. We enjoyed our view overlooking the fountain and the lake. It made my morning coffee that much better. The property was clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely be returning in the near future. A bonus was seeing all the deer roaming the property.

The stay was nice. It was calm and peaceful and right on the water. We are breakfast on the patio every morning and viewed the lake. I will say it needs some deep cleaning overall (power washing and webbing) but overall I'm very satisfied.

The accommodations were as described in the listing. The restaurant in the condo however was extremely terrible: the quest appetizer had the consistency of pudding, chunky; the plate with the chips had a hair on it; the salad we ordered was definitely lacking: mostly just lettuce and the ranch was thin, runny, like water. Much to be desired, not recommended at all. My mom and I went to the local market a few miles up the road and cooked our meals for the remainder of the weekend. Also on Saturday night the restaurant played live music and since the room is literally next door, the racket was annoying until they closed at 10pm.
Overall a good stay, we know the restaurant is not the owners fault. Do not go to Lylenes on site.

We often stay at VRBO properties. This one was just ok; the view of the lake is what saved it. There are several small (and not so small) adjustments needed.If guests are there for more than two nights, an additional set of towels should be offered.The front windows have blinds but only one wad to adjust them. This is awkward and could result in damage.A standard size coffee maker should be provided.Upon arrival elevator two was not working. There were no carts available either. This made checking in very difficult.We were unable to get television service. My husband reported it to the manager. He didn't get back to us until later on the second day.We always bring our own pillows. However, one of the pillow cases had stains on it. This could give the impression of poor cleanliness.The location is at the end of windy, narrow roads. We scheduled our activities and meals so as not to be traveling after sunset. But, at the end of the day, the lake viewing from the balcony was great, and we loved seeing all of the deer!

The place was nice but could use to fix a few maintenance issues (handle missing on front blinds, knobs loose). The loveseat needs replaced as it’s not the comfortable. The view is fabulous from both sides .. easy to get here from parking spot.

This place is perfect for getting away from it all. So peaceful, beautiful lake view, sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. It's exactly what we needed for total comfort.

Was a nice place. The condominium complex was a little dirty and unkept. There was hardly anyone there so it felt kinda aerie. However Obi’s pace was nice. Clean and simple. Would have been nice if there was more kitchen supplies.

I can't say enough about how happy I was with our stay. Obi went above and beyond. I had originally booked my stay for a different date but, due to a work conflict I had to adjust my dates. Obi was more then accommodating and helpful on assisting me with changing my dates. The condo was as advertised, perfect, and the sunset view from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. We felt like we had the island to ourselves. I haven't been that relaxed in a long time. Enjoyed both outside pools and hot tub but, didn't get a chance to use the indoor facilities, which looked very nice. We will when we come back because we will return. Rented a boat and had it delivered and picked up at the day dock hassle free. It was a great relaxing hassle free get away. I've recommended this get away to a lot people since I've returned. Looking forward to going back.

This condo was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying lake views. Enjoyed several meals there as well. Love the Mediterranean style of the complex plus all the amenities. Highly recommend this condo.

We had a great stay.
First impression walking in was wonderful. Very clean and well decorated. The view from the bedroom was amazing morning or night. The walls must be really thick because it was completely silent at all times which was perfect. We loved the deer that came to visit and we even went to get food to feed them. The pool area was a nice refresher and just over all it was s nice trip away from life. We would definitely go back.

My fiancé and I take a mini vacation to The Island on Lake Travis every year. This year we came across this beautifully decorated condo and had to book. The condo was very modern and clean. A lot of the rental condos on the island do not offer king size beds so that was a plus with this unit. The view from the balcony was amazing and we had everything we needed in the condo. The owner was great with communicating in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this condo for a great weekend getaway.
