Her walker fit through all doorways. We enjoyed going on walks throughout Carlton Landing, playing tennis, going on the Nature trail, playing ping pong on several of the tables scattered throughout the community. We roasted hotdogs and marshmallows on the firepit, then on Thanksgiving I had no problem cooking a huge thanksgiving meal. I did bring my own disposable baking pans, but there were plenty there if I had wanted to use theirs. Plenty of utensils, towels and everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The electric fireplace was so cool! The furnishings were beautiful and it was SOOOO CLEAN!!! It was a great get away!

Couldn't have asked for a better property for our ladies' retreat getaway. Perfect in every way.. a great location within the neighborhood. We'll definitely stay again!

A large group rented a total of 7 cottages here. There were very few glitches. Overall, everyone was pleased with the accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll first start off by saying we have stayed in Carlton Landing a few times and have had only good experiences until our recent visit. The property we stayed in this time looked like it had been recently rented and not sufficiently cleaned or picked up afterward. There were clothes from either the owners or previous renters under a few beds and dirty towels on the backs of a few of the bathroom doors that were missed or not laundered. The worst part about the stay was the complete lack of Internet or cable and the inability of the Carlton Landing staff to either remedy the situation or get a hold of the owner to figure out what was going on. I spent three days calling the staff multiple times per day, and ultimately had to go to the office and ask to speak with someone in management. The issue was addressed and although cable and Internet was never restored or turned on, at least an effort was made for the owner to bring down a hotspot which ultimately did not work. The manager I spoke with in the office did offer a 15% reimbursement discount, but this was never actually credited to my account or credit card. Overall it was a very lousy experience and not what I have grown used to. Unfortunately it does make me hesitant to rebook, which is a shame given how much my family and myself like the area. COVID-19 had a few amenities shut down which was also a bummer but understandable.

We love Carlton Landing! This is our 2nd time at Prosecco Point. Beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. Fantastic location. We cannot wait to come again!

Overall a pleasant experience. The property was well maintained, pictures and listing was accurate, and the kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and meals in the home. The outdoor dining and multiple outdoor living spaces was a plus! The house was lovely for hosting our bachelorette weekend, as we venues to the pools, near by pizza, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and open floor concept. There was not a check in email the week of traveling to provide detailed navigation, address and check in instructions. Rather the very first booking email had those from over a month prior. Additionally, the VRBO app isn’t as user friendly saving all your messages in one place like other booking apps. The location was hard to find by Google maps and neither the app or confirmation email provided detailed navigation. We arrived after dark and looked for the house for over 30 minutes. The emails (multiple for payments processed over three different periods) had the location of the property management rather than rental address. Therefore there were conflicting addresses. We eventually had to park and walk around after dark by pictures of the house to find it. The address takes you to back entrances that are not marked. I did call the property management around 1030 and left a message. They did promptly call back within 10 minutes. For a property that sleeps 10 people, it was stocked relatively slim. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house and enough coffee Kcups for 7 people. The two bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and linens. The bunk room was less comfortable for adults but would have been great for kids. The house had beautiful furnishings, well thought out design and was clean! I would book again.

The home floor plan was perfect for our family upstairs and grandparents downstairs. We were quite comfortable eating at the island and enjoyed the porch very much. The home was well equipped with towels, soap, and trash bags. We had to borrow toilet paper and paper towels from neighbors though. We would love to stay here again!

It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night trip. We loved sitting outside on the covered patio while the kids played in the grassy are out front.

This house had great decor. It had everything we needed. The area had so many amenities and really fell in love with the area. We live near OKC so this is so nice to have something this special so close. We have traveled all over the world and were shocked how amazing this area was. We will be back to this house or another in the area.

Very nice house. We enjoyed the property and were within walking distance to other family members staying in carlton landing. The only downside is that the property is that its pretty difficult to locate the exact house. It would be great if the houses were more clearly marked, especially in the back alley areas. However, that seems to be an issue across Carlton Landing and not specific to this house.

Prosecco Point was absolutely perfect. Right when we walked in, we kept saying it is the most “Instagram-able” house ever. Everything was spotless and new. The location was perfect for the neighborhood and all the activities. Our kids ran around outside, like kids should. We spent time at the parks, pool, beach, garden, and playing ping pong. It was nonstop fun. A band played at The Meeting House on Friday- it was a blast. The neighborhood church was very welcoming on Sunday. Nobody wanted to leave. And, be sure to try Mama Tigg’s Pizza. It was delicious!

Even with construction in the neighborhood, it is simply beautiful!! My mom lives close to the area, so we pass by several times throughout the year. Driving by the entrance doesn’t start to describe this hidden gem!! We were there during Christmas, and our hearts were beyond happy. I can’t wait to get back during summer!!!

The place was clean and beautifully and efficiently decorated. We felt comfortable and relaxed. The kids loved to walk around the premises. Having pools, a small beach, etc. available is great and the neighborhood concept works! The literature probably needs updated as the kayaks and paddleboards are not free, they are $10/hr. The "pop-up shops" event on Saturday had only 2 small vendors so it was a little overstated. I understand some weekends are busier than others. Overall, it's a beautiful area to relax and we had a great time.
