Lujosamente diseñado con un plano de planta de concepto abierto, con chefs, COCINA GRANITA CON ISLA CENTRAL, PISOS DE AZULEJOS EN TODO EL MOMENTO, GRANITO CONTADOR DE VANIDADES Y PASEO DE AGUACEROS, FACILIDADES COMPLETAS DE LAVANDERÍA y un lugar que le permite caminar a TODOS los restaurantes, tiendas y la playa. . Como novedad en el mercado de alquileres vacacionales, desde mayo de 2019, hemos diseñado cuidadosamente los interiores para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes. El edificio consta de dos unidades de alquiler. Ambas unidades son idénticas. Ambos espacios de vida están completamente separados con sus propias entradas. Las unidades de dos dormitorios son un poco menos de 1300 pies cuadrados. La unidad uno está ubicada en la planta baja y la unidad dos está ubicada en el segundo piso (arriba de la unidad uno). Cada unidad tiene un listado separado en VRBO. Este listado alberga la UNIDAD 1 ubicada en la planta baja del edificio. Ubicado en el corazón de Carmel-By-The-Sea, aún contamos con un entorno bastante privado, ya que los dúplex se encuentran lejos de la calle y están rodeados de otras posadas tranquilas.

The property is in a great location, easy walking to restaurants, markets, coffee and easy walk down to the beach. The unit was very clean and modern, having everything we needed. The manager was easy to engage with. Great stay!

This was a great place to stay in Carmel for two couples. We loved the fact that it had two en-suite king sized bedrooms and a comfortable living space. The location could not have been better for exploring Carmel-by-the-sea. Would definitely recommend.

Property was a gem of a find and the perfect location to unwind post family wedding in Napa. We've stayed in Carmel several times over the years and loved the idea of being so close to Ocean in the heart of town. We were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was well appointed and very comfortable for two couples. Super responsive management team when one small issue arose (fire alarm). Highly recommend this place and we would stay there again.

Stayed here with my wife and dog. Had an amazing trip. The apartment is very well kept and clean. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were nice as well. Steven was a great host and made sure we had everything needed. Definitely want to stay here again soon

This property was so prefect for our girl's trip! The unit is beautiful, clean, very well equipped and perfect location. We walked everywhere around Carmel from the house. The owner is amazing, accommodating and available. This is my second stay at this property and hopefully won't be my last!

Have stayed here before with friends, and knew it would be the perfect place for our grandmother, daughters and granddaughter get away - and it was! Location is the best, with a short walk to the beach. Will be back in October with friends and our dog!

For dining and shopping this was perfect. I didn't realize the unit was below grade. There was a musty smell we could not get rid of, not sure what it was. Also one of our guests had a very difficult time with the door lock. Amenities and supplies were perfect!

Excellent location, beautifully updated and maintained property with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, good parking. Property manager communicated well, getting access was simple. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Monterey/Carmel area.

Great place to stay. Chilly the week we stayed and everything was great. Nice amenities and well supplied kitchen. Only caveat would be if going in warm weather, no air conditioning or nice outdoor space.

Beautiful Place in Carmel
My husband and I spent 3 nights in this Unit and it was fantastic, exactly like it looks in the pictures. Everything we needed was there and the interior design is very well done. When we checked in the place was immaculate and clean, exactly what you want to see in the age of Covid.
Your can't beat the location - walking distance to everything. Also, 2 car off-street parking right in front of the Unit is a huge plus. Just park the car and walk everywhere.

Great End to Spring Break!
We stayed in Carmel for the second half of our spring break in March 2022. It was an outstanding trip! This property is fantastic!!! Well-appointed, spotless, and a perfect location for exploring Carmel. Easy walk to downtown shops and dining. Would recommend this location to anyone!!!
