Apartment is centrally located making it easy to get around the city. Nice neighborhood with food/drink options nearby. Older home but apartment was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Julia’s place for a wedding and we really enjoyed this property! We were on the go pretty much the entire time, but the location of this property allowed us to get anywhere we wanted in less than 30 minutes. This is also a VERY safe neighborhood and even on a holiday weekend, we had no issues finding a place to park. Julia had everything you needed at her place. She was also very flexible with check in due to our flight changes. If we were to visit Buffalo and Niagara Falls in Canada again, I would 100% stay here again! I highly recommend this apartment and Julia is a fantastic host!

The apartment was a perfect size, bed comfortable, kitchen everything at hand. Loved the skylights, tasteful decor and the deck off the bedroom for a meal or glass of wine. We asked about Niagara Falls and mentioned a Frank Lloyd Wright house and found brochures waiting on the coffee table. We only wish we could have met Julia to thank her in person and would love to return sometime.

Property was great. Close to elmwood and about 15 mins from anything you’d want to do. Just be aware with street parking, we did get a ticket.

This place is perfectly located in Allentown, was clean and all the amenities I needed for a short stay in Buffalo. Julia was communicative and accommodating. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Julia is a perfect host, right there if you need something, but never hovering or checking in unnecessarily. And so accommodating with my crazy schedule. I booked 10 days so it really became like home. And the location is beyond superb, quite street but right off Allen and Elmwood with plenty to see and do in walking distance. I could not recommend Julia and her property enough!

we drove to buffalo to visit my mom for christmas and booked julia's home for our stay. unfortunately, due to winter storm elliott, we got stuck while driving and never made it to julia's property. she was in constant communication with me ensuring i was safe and warm and not once mentioned the fact that i didn't make it to her home. next time i come to buffalo, i will absolutely book through julia.

Lovely space with all the amenities you could need and an accomidating host!

Due to Buffalo getting over 6 feet of snow and canceling all flights, we could not make our trip. This was a natural disaster and the owner refused to give any money back except for the cleaning fee. We were going to Buffalo for a Bills game and that game was relocated to Detroit. While in Detroit we met many Bills fans who all had their rentals in Buffalo fully refunded. In the owner's response to me when our flights were canceled, she gave the excuse that she didn't have time to get her place rented since we had to cancel on the day of arrival. I don't feel she would have rented her place when there was a travel ban in Buffalo. This is just a poor business model when the owner refuses to work with the renter during a natural happening that kept us from travelling. I even shared with the owner that we would be returning to Buffalo next year for a game since we were unable to come to a home game this year and would have liked to rent this place; following the responses and difficulty to work with the host, we will not be returning to this property!

This was a lovely place! Very close to down town! You have to park on the street but never had a problem finding a spot to park in! Perfect for our needs! The owner is very nice & helpful as well! She provided a map for us with a lot of tourist spots/locations!

My wife and I decided to go to Buffalo and Niagara for our 2nd anniversary. We found this VRBO and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great because you're a short walk from Allen street which has a lot of entertainment.

Due to an unexpected change in travel plans, I had to get very last minute accommodations. I was so happy to find Julia’s lovely apartment on such short notice. She was very accommodating with the time crunch and communicated well. The apartment was even better than in the pictures! Cute, cozy, and very clean. The queen bed was very comfortable and there were ample fans and AC during some hot and humid weather. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It’s a not-too-far walk to downtown and the lake shore. Definitely put this one on your list!

The apartment is located right in downtow. It is clean, the owner is very friendly, and we had a great experience. Will be staying here again when in Buffalo!

It was a great stay! I brought my dad along to Buffalo New York for my best friends wedding. The VRBO is perfect for staying a couple nights and not wanting to be cooped up in a hotel. For not having central air the AC unit kept it really cool.

My husband and I arrived from Montréal to spend a weekend. It was a lovely experience the location was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Street parking was readily available. We were walking distance to coffee shops and grocery.
