Pawleys is a special place for our family and this rental property is perfect for our needs. A very comfortable home, beautiful but not too fancy-in my opinion a beach house should not be so fancy that a person can’t relax- but has all the amenities we are looking for. Thank you for adding more rocking chairs this year. Rocking is an important part of our vacation! We hope to stay here for the indefinite future. The upstairs is great for children and they like having their own space. So do their parents and grandparents!

We were disappointed that there was no grill and the stove and oven were not in good shape. The stairs outside need work, and many small inside things need work—door knobs, light fixtures, etc. The house and screened-in porch need attention. The view was perfect, but the chairs could have been in better shape.

This house is nothing fancy, but definitely feels like home. We come back year after year. It has a reasonably well stocked kitchen, as well as televisions in every room. Beds are very comfy. You just can't beat the sound and view of the ocean at this house. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is absolutely the best place to work with on any rental. They actually care about their customers and if there is an issue, they are quick to respond and help. We highly recommend Hiller Villa and Tidelife.

The family room is suited for plenty of people, and the couch is the best! The back screened in porch is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of closet space. Enjoyed all the family pictures and the framed history of the house. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The only other negative was that there was pet hair everywhere in the house, although it is listed as a “no pet” rental. Perhaps the owners have pets and had been there previously. But pet hair was in one of the beds and on the floors. Two of our family members are allergic to pet hair. The house just needs to be cleaned more carefully if pet hair is noticed. There is nothing luxurious here, but the location is perfect and the house is roomy, yet cozy. Beds are comfy, as is most everything. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is the best to work with. Whatever it is, whatever you need, they are on top of it. Highly recommend.

Great option for larger extended families. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms aren’t really great for younger children as there are no gates for staircase at the house. Was great for our Thanksgiving family trip.

Such an incredible location and house. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and how much space it felt like we had. Can't beat walking right onto the beach. Would certainly recommend.

The house had a great layout and access to the beach. We were very disappointed at how dirty the house was. There was dog hair on the couches, carpets and beds. I spent the first day cleaning the house from top to bottom. Many of the outlets in the kitchen and living room don’t work. Sparks came out of one in the bedroom. I recommend an electrician be called out before it gets worse. The front load washer door is broken and mildew had built up. The upstairs shower won’t drain properly. Its in need of new toilet seats, silverware, pots and pans and utensils. Its a shame that this house has not been taken care of.

Tidelife is by far the best company to work with to find just what you need. We travel with our dogs so it's not always easy to find a great place that will allow them. Tidelife always comes through for us. This is our 3rd year renting with them.

It is amazing to wake up to the sound and sight of the ocean. This house is perfect for us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom making it easy for our family to come and visit.
