Tiny bed (we have doubts if it was really queen size). Secondary building (Rue du Roi de Sicile) seems a bit unattended, maybe due to understaffing. These thing made me lower the rating that I provided in a stay in 2021 (a 10). Hope you guys catch up ahead.

Location and staff were fantastic.

The property was in great newly furbished condition, in a separate location from the main reception but very close to cafes, restaurants and a great supermarket! So easy to access with our own keys and within walking distance from trains and many main attractions in Paris like Notre Dame, Sainte Chappelle and Louvre. This was just perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Elevator was tiny (2ppl max) but at least we had one and had planned the amount of luggage we took in advance! The noise from the cafes below and the traffic did not come inside at all. Cute French windows with flowers, fully equipped kitchen and the 2 rooms were spacious for us all to fit in comfortably. Huge sofa bed, great air conditioning as it was getting quite warm in June. Would highly recommend this accommodation! The reception also organised a taxi to take us to airport, which can be tricky in Paris.

Wish the drinks weren’t so expensive in the basement bar, would have loved to go down for a drink costs far too much compared to other places. Rooms were great however are in need of a little bit of maintenance to keep them in great condition.

The apartments are somehow disconnected from the hotel, and therefore you don't really have access to the public amenities such as the bar. But on the other hands, the neighbourhood is full of options, it doesn't really matters

Great location to walk around or catch the batobus to tour major highlights of Paris. Desk staff (Lesley) was phenomenal in helping us with anything we needed!

This is a clean comfortable apartment style hotel in the Marais. It's a great, lively neighborhood with tons of shopping and great places to eat! Lots happening all the time but the room was quiet enough to sleep well. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities! Easy access to the Metro as well and walking distance to the Seine.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed in a Superior Studio for four days over New Year 2022/23. The room was reasonably well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the TV well-positioned and the kitchenette was well laid out. There were a couple of small issues but reception staff were mostly helpful and efficient in sorting these out.

We had several small issues that we mentioned to reception. They were addressed or in the process of being attended to at the time we checked out. The floor in the room was clean but gritty in areas, and could be better cleaned. The shower drained very slowly and we noticed a slight smell sometimes, which I assume is a blocked drain (we reported this). The toaster repeatedly caused the power breaker to trip so either it or the electrical wiring has a problem. A set of dishes, glasses and crockery for 2 people was provided, but both dinner plates had large chips. Although there is a cooktop only a single induction bowl was provided for cooking. Together with an oven casserole, a large knife and a bread board that was the extent of the cookware, which is absurd. Dishwashing liquid was supplied but no dishcloth, only a tea towel. Coffee capsules, tea bags and sugar sachets were provided but were not restocked each day - on the third day we mentioned this and one of the housekeepers brought us replacements. Overall we had the impression that housekeeping was only adequate.

Fantastic location in the authentic area of Paris a little way away from all the mainstream tourists.
