The staff were the most helpful I have ever met, informative and so pleasant. Lovely breakfast, either indoor or outdoor location possible. Outdoor location so lovely, out on the waters edge. See for miles across the bay. Even though late down for breakfast, the food was still fresh, huge range of dishes. We felt cared for!!

Well, I loved it all actually, great old palace with all modern facilities. No lift, but it is understandable as no changes to the exterior of the old building are allowed, and there was someone available to kindly lift the bags up to the third floor if needed. Perast is a small and very busy place, so obviously parking is a premium, but it is possible to park just outside on the road, and the concierge will come and collect you and the luggage in a golf cart. Good service if required. Wonder a little at the glass door in the bathroom in the room, but I made my partner promise not to peek. So that was fine as well.

Tolle Lage, super Service bei der Abholung am Parkplatz und wieder dort hinzubringen. Alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Beim Frühstück im Garten könnten die Tische ein wenig gedeckt sein, da die Tische durch das Schieben von Tassen und Tellern doch sehr verkratzen. Sieht nicht so schön aus. Und der Garten ist sooo schön. Vielleicht auch eine kleine Bedienung beim Kaffee.

Tolle Lage mitten in Perast, wunderschön restauriertes historisches Gebäude mit sehr gut gelungener Kombination von Alt und Neu, super Fischrestaurant, direkt am Wasser, richtig schön ist es in Perast wenn abends die Tagestouristen weg sind oder früh noch keine da sind - eine Übernachtung lohnt!

Parken geht nur am Rande der Ortschaft, das Hotel holt die Gäste aber mit einem Elektrocar ab, wir sind die 300m einfach gelaufen (hat uns nicht gestört - ist schöner wenn der kleine Ort nicht voll parkender Autos steht), Parken kostet 15€/24h - könnte für Übernachtungsgäste günstiger sein, als für Tagestouristen

The staff is very friendly, we had a long ride but they had the warmest welcome, so it made it easier.

Only thing I did not like was the fact that it was said it had e morning buffet but they had a small breakfast menu.
