Una gran casa de vacaciones situada en el corazón de la ciudad de Augusta. A solo un corto paseo del supermercado IGA, las tiendas locales, el hotel y la panadería. La cubierta de arriba tiene vistas sensacionales al río Blackwood y la bahía de Flinders. La cocina y las salas de estar también tienen excelentes vistas.
Arriba, consta de dos dormitorios, uno con una cama queen y el otro con dos camas individuales king. El maestro tiene un baño privado y separado. La cocina totalmente equipada es espaciosa y funcional y la sala de estar tiene una chimenea de leña y asientos para 12
En la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios, uno con una cama queen y el otro con dos juegos de literas (individuales). Hay un segundo baño con un inodoro separado y también la lavandería. En la planta baja hay una sala de juegos con área perfecta para TV / DVD para entretener a los niños.
Hay una sala de almacenamiento con cerradura al aire libre adecuada para bicicletas, cañas de pescar, etc. ¡La ducha al aire libre tiene grifos calientes y fríos y es perfecta para lavarse después de la playa!

Really well set up property with great spaces and views. Downstairs was nice with space to spread and chill out. Upstairs layout of kitchen, verandah and lounge / dinning was very spacious. Good size garage made parking easy. Very convenient short walk in to town for coffees, groceries and bits. Would stay again.

Fantastic house with everything you could possibly need. So close to town, you can park the car and walk everywhere. Awesome views from the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stay in Augusta every year and decided to try a house instead of camping and I’m so glad we did. This home is absolutely perfect. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, cosy lounge and great views from upstairs. Downstairs is set up well so kids can enjoy that space while the adults enjoy the views from upstairs. Balcony is a great size and safe for the kids. There is a baby gate on the top of the inside staircase as well as the top of the outside balcony stairs so felt very safe. We rebooked before we’d even checked out for next year. Can’t wait to come back!

Family get away

Wonderful Stay in a beautiful home
We had a wonderful stay at Manning Views in Augusta. There was plenty of room for 2 families, with 2 living areas, big kitchen, wonderful outside deck with a beautiful view of the Blackwood River. This house is modern with a homely feel and everything you would need in a home away from home. Being only a very short stroll to the main street, Augusta Pub and IGA, it is in a great location. We would love to stay again, and would highly recommend!

Fantastic accommodation
We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this property which was fantastic for 2 families!
Perfectly situated to the town and walking distance to the river.
Lovely and clean. We had a very relaxing stay.
The only suggestion I would give is to have a gas heater on the balcony so we could enjoy staying out on the couches a little longer on those cold winter evenings. :)

Clean and Simple
This accommodation was perfectly suited to our 2 family arrangement, great upstairs area for meals and congregating and a separate downstairs area for when adults and teenagers needed to be separated! Great view, warm fire, great location. Really appreciated the opportunity to spend time in Elizabeth & Warricks place.

Wonderful house with spectacular views! Great location! Safe & secure. Everything you need! We loved it - however the only negative was a significant ant issue 🐜� (needs addressing asap) - would stay again if ants were under control 👍�🏼� - Augusta is amazing!

excellent house
perfect house for 3 families ! great location close to shops and the amazing Augusta pub, only thing we did notice was the house wasn't very clean and needs a really good spring clean, also we got charged for sheets which was $100 but it wasn't a laundered service so not sure why they charge so much just for sheets , it just seems a bit expensive ,anyway despite this we will definitely be back and will recommend to others

Great location and holiday home
Well appointed holiday house overlooking the inlet and the ocean. Perfect for a large family or group of friends for a weekend away in Augusta. Four bedrooms, sleeps 10 with plenty of room upstairs, downstairs and on the balcony - space for everyone to spread out and relax. Close walk to shops in Augusta town centre and the river, and a short drive to the beach.

Excellent home which caters beautifully to two families. Home is very clean, immaculate, well thought and practical with stunning views. Kids entertained inside & out. Location perfect.

Excellent property
Wonderful property, well kitted out and spacious. Plenty of space inside and out for adults and children. We enjoyed out stay very much and would recommend this to everyone. The property does have stairs though it is not necessary to use the lower floor if there is at least one person who can manage stairs as that is where the laundry is situated.

Thank you Warrick for providing a very well appointed, exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodation. Beautiful property that catered for all our needs, including the incredible view. The house is very well maintained and contained everything to make our stay easy. BRILLANT location walking distance to all ammenities. As locals residing in region we will definitely be back!
