Spacious with lovely garden and good outdoor seating and dining furniture.

The downstairs bedroom lacks the facilities of the other bedrooms and is much smaller. My husband and I had to use this room as he has reduced mobility. Communication with the management company both before and during the stay could have been better.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Such a lovely setting on the edge of the meare. House had all the necessary amenities and was well stocked with crockery etc.

The living room carpet needed a better clean - lots of dog hairs which wasn’t ideal for our party with two crawling babies !

We have small dogs but as no gate to driveway couldn’t let them out without going out with them
